Austin made this car buying experience as painless as possible. We already new we wanted a Telluride so the process was already more streamlined because we had test driven one and done our homework. However, we never set foot on the dealer grounds and were totally confident in our purchase. Everything was made available online and over the phone. The entire process was easy, straightforward and Carriage hand delivered my new ride swapping me for my trade in on the same day. Hands down best experience for car buying ever.

It was a good experience. The sales person and manager were nice and respectful. My only negative thought is...when I set a monthly payment for 200ish, I would like that to be priority. As I stated, for me my budget is key. I did not buy a car today. They didnt have an option that hit all my needs in my budget. I will continue to look. They said they would too and I am not sure if they will be able to find it within my financial perimeters.

The people here are extremely friendly. They make sure you leave with the vehicle you had set in mind.I walked up and was greeted instantly and the conversation just took off from there. The manager Mark and sales representative Johnathon made sure that I was comfortable not only discussing a purchase but being in the office as well as driving off the lot. It was a quick process as well. The conversation I thoroughly enjoyed. I recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a vehicle. The environment was comfortable, friendly, and entertaining. I definitely enjoyed my visit and my purchase. I’ve already recommended several people to this facility!

A friend recommended this dealership and we are pleased we did. Our Salesman Jimmy Hendrix was awesome. Great spirits, funny and just a pleasure to work with. He asked what was important to me and didn’t talk about a bunch of stuff that I could care less about.He was able to work with the bosses to find exactly what I was looking for and after some back and worth we came up with an answer I could deal with.He even had a common interest with my husband that kept him interested while I was dealing with all the paperwork.We were only there for roughly 3-3 1/2 hours which is amazing for car buying.When I came back to pick the car up two days later Lucy did a great presentation of all the buttons and settings and helped with getting me able to use the care easily. Great idea!! Never experienced that before.Great place to go for sure, and Jimmy and Lucy were the best!!

I’m really impressed by the staff! Every time I go for service I’m treated like I’m their #1 customer. They go above and beyond in every respect.The facility is really clean, well organized, check in is a breeze plus if you want to go somewhere else they provide transit service up to 10 miles.They also have a very clean, well stocked courtesy lounge with nice seating, Starbucks coffees and teas, baskets of treats as well as goodies in the mini fridge.Finishing touch is your vehicle comes back to you washed and vacuumed!

We bought our new car Kia Sportage there and traded in our old car. I brought it in for the oil change for the first time today. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The lounge has everything. Free Wifi, Starbucks coffee, sodas and snacks are all free. Kids play area. They followed the CDC guidelines for Covid. The restroom is fancy and very clean. Surprisingly got free car wash for first time oil change and vacuum cos we bought our car there. I love their customer service. Highly recommended!

Waited two hours for an oil change service to be done on my boyfriends car. The service was also supposed to be free. They charged me anyways, and now I can’t get in contact with anyone to be refunded. How do you not have records of whose supposed to get an oil change for free?Update: thanks for letting me know I was refunded over the review feedback. I called and told someone, but they just said I would be getting a call back regarding the refund (which I never did)

My wife & I purchased a new car yesterday and I can’t say enough good things about the time spent at Carriage. Our salesman Jimmy was such a nice guy, super knowledgeable, very personable & for us that makes a big difference. In addition, we felt no pressure from the finance team. That is a huge positive for the two of us, car purchases can be tense and we don’t buy that often so it meant a lot. Honestly a great experience overall! Do not buy a car from them nor serviced your car with them! I have tried reaching out to this place way too many times over the last few MONTHS and they keep telling me someone’s going to call me back. I have been sent two factory recall letters for my car for the same issue and the are pretty much refusing to fix it. because of the recall I have water leaking into my car causing electrical issues. No one has yet to either return my call, properly answer how can I get my car fixed or even try to rectify the issue after voicing this to multiple people. They just keep giving me the runaround, Avoid this place at all cost.

My appt was for 8:40 I arrived at 8:20. At 10:00 I went to the service desk to ask the status of my car I was told that it was complete but the girl was with a customer I asked how long had my car been done and unfortunately I didnt get the girls name that I was speaking to, she stated she didnt know and that the other girl will be with me in about 15 minutes she is with a customer I then said I have someone waiting on my she then went to the other girls registered and finished my paperwork so I could leave - seriously!!! Had I not gone to the service desk I would have to wait on the other girl regardless who has my paperwork they should see that the car is finished and get me on my way- Im sure the other girl would have tried to sell me something I didnt need is that why I had to wait for her!!! Not very good customer service

AMAZING STAFF! I had the best experience on buying my first car here! My sales rep Austin was super helpful and made the experience enjoyable and was straight forward with everything. He made the process of buying the car smooth and seamless and helped me fall in love with my new Kia K5 GT Line! Also Ryan, I believe a manger, would just pop in and out consistently just to make sure everything was going well! The financing manager Mayor explained everything in great detail and helped us have a clear understanding of all the paper work. Ashlee Rose was an amazing insurance agent and helped me find the best policy to go with and with the best coverage to keep me and the car protected. I was helped by Mark and Austin in sales. I had a very good experience at Carriage Kia in Woodstock. I was treated with respect and kindness. The best part is the dealership honored all commitments and I had no issues. One of the office personnel, I forgot her name, showed me how all the electronics work in the car. That was pretty cool. Mayor in the business office was very kind and efficient. I think I was in the business office for about 15 minutes finalizing everything. I highly recommend Carriage Kia in Woodstock for anyone looking for a good deal. If you are interested in a new car, my advice is to do research and be prepared on game day.

Adam was our sales representative and made the experience very enjoyable for my wife as I was out of town. He made sure our van was detailed before pickup and passed all expectations. Be careful if you’re buying or selling through TrueCar at this dealership. They followed up with me multiple times to confirm my appointment to buy my car, but when I arrived the normal “TrueCar guy” wasn’t there. They had someone else try to help me but wouldn’t honor the price quote. He suggested I just go to CarMax instead…All-in-all it was one big bait and switch that wasted hours of my time from work. I’m not sure why TrueCar keeps them as a partner.

I was scheduled for the last appointment of the day on a Wednesday. After a long day at work I really wasn’t in the mood to spend my evening waiting in a service lounge. When I rolled in at 4:40 the rep told me they were two technicians short and behind. My wait may be 2.5 - 3.0 hrs but if I wanted to reschedule they would get me in & out ASAP. I opted for the reschedule and as promised, my oil was changed, tires rotated, vacuumed & washed in record time.The level of customer care at Woodstock KIA goes above and beyond. They are patient, professional, and willing to make your service stay as painless as possible. I appreciate their attention to details in care of car and customer.

Im a first time car buyer and my process couldn’t have been better honestly! My sales person was Shaun and he was absolutely amazing! He let me test drive the car over night to make sure it’s what I wanted (2017 Honda Accord sport special edition).He was so patient and understanding with me. I had a wonderful experience at Carriage Kia! My salesman was Carl Stuart and he really took great care of me and my needs in finding my dream car! I highly recommend this dealership. I can’t speak for all the salesmen there but Carl was not pushy or over bearing when I was shopping around. He was very patient with me (seeing it took me 3 months to buy a car..) when it finally came time to decide on my purchase Carl ran several numbers for me to find what I was comfortable paying monthly (again the patience of this guy.. i would be ready to be rid of me) I met a couple managers in the process also very nice guys and not pushy like I’ve previously encountered. I can only speak to the service component of the location as I have not purchased a vehicle here, but I will say that the staff is very friendly and the service is always completed to my satisfaction. The only thing preventing a 5-star review are the service costs, which are a bit higher than I have experienced at other dealerships and auto shops.

Went in for recall service after other dealers told me it would be 2 to 3 months for an appointment. Carriage had me set up in 2 weeks. Dealership is an exceptional looking and very clean. Salesperson was excellent and me informed all during the process of service. Difficult to give more than 2 stars with them adding $6,000 OVER the MSRP for a Telluride. And 3 people at the dealership saying that fee is nonnegotiable. We value our money more. Without a doubt the most unorganized buying experience of my life. The salesman was amazing on the front side but fell short on delivery. The finance guy told my wife it’s ok to be disappointed. Not to mention I had to catch two mistakes he made. On top of that the young lady who’s only job is to explain the features of the vehicle starts the tutorial with we need to get going I get off at 7. I’m pretty sure she didn’t take a breath throughout the demonstration. I would of been better off watching YouTube.

I brought my car to be serviced. I checked in through the app and placed my keys in the drop box. I returned 1 hour and 30 minutes later to pick up my car (I was told it’d take less than an hour), I was informed by the front desk staff that they could not locate my keys so my car had not been serviced. Instead of owning up to the fact that they dropped the ball and missed my car being checked in, they turned around and accused me of not leaving my keys in the correct place (although the App specifically said to place them in the overnight box), checking in 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment (not true), and claiming to have called and left 2 voicemails. I understand mistakes happen, but attempting to turn the blame onto your customers is absolutely unprofessional and I will not be returning to this establishment.

I’ve have purchased two cars through this dealership. First one, no hassle and everything is good. Second car, the salesman, Mr. Hendrix, was a pleasure to deal with. My issue is when we came to look at the car, there was a spare in the trunk with the accoutrements normally provided. While it took us four hours to purchase our car, at sometime the spare and accoutrements were removed. This wasn’t noticed as we were in a rush to leave, being that we were there for so long. Flash forward, I was going to to teach my daughter how to change a flat we noticed it was not there. I contacted the dealership and they said that I could go to parts and purchase the items. I understand I should have looked, though it was there the first time I looked, but the lack of empathy or willingness to solve the problem speaks volumes of this dealership.

We just purchased a 2020 Telluride from here. Even though my wife knew she wanted a Telluride, she wasnt sure of the options and color. Eric was our salesman, and was so accommodating. I had a great experience in sales with Shawn when I got my Kia Seltos a year ago. However, the service department is HORRIBLE!!!! I had an appointment at 11:00 for just an oil change. I waited over 2 hours before I asked about my car. The lady was rude & informed me that they decided to do recall maintenance on my car without telling me first. I had to wait over 3 hours for a simple oil change, RIDICULOUS!!! I don’t even care that it was free, I would rather pay full price for an oil change somewhere else instead of going back to Carriage Kia of Woodstock. Save hours of your time and go somewhere else for service!!!!

Service went well and I was shuttled to and from my home while work was done at no additional charge to me. The only complaint I have is I was told one price on the phone and another when I arrived. I was told that they would perform the routine maintenance on my vehicle (oil change, tire rotation, multi point inspection) for 49.99. However when I arrived, I was told the cost would be close to 80 dollars out the door. I asked about the difference in price and the rep just flatly told me “that’s the price.” Not a huge deal, I may have been misquoted on the phone and it’s not a huge difference but it was definitely not fun to walk into. Overall though, the service was completed well, the chauffeur service was great, and they threw in a free car wash.

I received a coupon from Kia for this specific dealership, they honored it but questioned it repeated times and complained so much about it that I felt like I was doing something wrong. I did not recognize any of the service folks from previous trips. The service was performed in a timely manner so I can not complain but I did not enjoy the initial part of the visit and will most likely go to another Kia service center for future visits.

There really aren’t words for how easy, and wonderful they make the process of purchasing a car here. They worked with our difficult situation, very recent bankruptcy, still working on re-establishing credit. Their financing people are wizards with how great the payments and APR worked out. This is the place you should go if you don’t want to buy from the usual-stigma salesman and buy from people that genuinely want the best for you. I stopped in for an oil change without an appointment and Mary said it would be an hour and 45 minute wait but I came prepared with my lunch in hand. They have a nice customer waiting area with table and chairs and separate charging stations for customer use. A tv, coffee and drink machines in another area with comfortable chairs. Before I knew it Mary called my name to say my car was ready and they had also washed it and vacuumed the interior. My Kia looked brand new. Definitely a good experience so I will be back.

Eric Robinson is a great sales guy who obviously is interested in his customers. We had a very good experience, until we needed service. 4 to 6 weeks to get an oil change. A couple of issues with the engine and they could care less!!!

Its a nice looking dealership, but I wasnt happy with my service appointment. I waited 3 hours and then they tell me they dont have the part they need to do one of the recalls I was there for and I will have to make a new appointment. They should have told me that before I came in.I also had a check engine light for a misfire on two cylinders. All they did was swap out the ignition coil from 2 of the cylinders to the other 2. They didnt replace anything. They said just come back if the check engine light happens again. I dont feel like my time was valued by them very highly.edit: I emailed them and 4 days later and no response. dropping review to 1 star.

Initially advised it would be a few days after my car was taken in due to engine light being on. No problem they are extremely busy. Kept completely up to date. The following day received another call to tell me my car was ready and they completed my 15000 mile service as requested also.

Had to change my rating from 5 stars to two due to their terrible service department. Have had 2 services done and both times they have messed something up. 1st time they forgot to reset the service notification so I has to go back to the dealership so they could. This last service they didnt put my after market valve stem caps on the passenger side. Waiting for Carriage to call me back with a resolution. Add the fact the woman in the service department I have dealt with act like you are bothering them as soon as you walk in the door. Ill be taking my business to a different dealership.
