It was very easy to schedule an appointment to get an estimate. The Manager was friendly and explained the next steps in a clear and concise manner. We are bringing a 2nd vehicle here for repairs since they did a great job with the repairs on our 1st vehicle. Recommended.

Went to get an estimate and there was a staff meeting. Some Regional manager was berating the staff and asked me to wait. I waited 15 mins no one came out. This company is unaware of the the phrase the Customer comes first. Stay away.

I went to them for an estimate on June 28 after someone hit my car (June 24) & wrecked it. I spoke w/ Herb who seemed nice then he told me my car wasnt drivable & he wouldnt quote me an estimate. Then Dana came out to look at my car & she too wouldnt quote me. Ridiculous. If my car wasnt safe to drive, I believe the cop who came to the scene wouldve told me. I would not use them if my life depended on it.

Hands down the best experience Ive had with a collision repair shop. I just bought the nicest vehicle Ive owned, and was rear ended before I even made the first payment. Needless to say I was pretty unhappy about the situation and had high expectations on the repair. Not to mention my brother is in the industry and scrutinizes the work extensively.From the very outset, I felt like I was going to be well taken care of. Candace (their office manager I believe), was over the top kind, charming and just made the whole experience painless. She was a very sweet woman, and I hope they take great care of her to keep her there. Im not sure who the two gentlemen were that originally looked at the damage (Im guessing owner and maybe production manager?) but not only did they make a recommendation that saved money on the repair, they even agreed to touch up completely separate damage/scratches that werent apart of the insurance claim. It showed care for their customers, partners and strong integrity.The repair was immaculate. Everyone there was extremely kind. For an industry that serves people usually dealing with a lot of stress and who are usually difficult to please beyond perfection, this team overperformed. I would advocate that anyone in need work with them. They would definitely earn your business.

Great group of folks! Heritage Presbyterian Church has a wonderful food pantry that utilizes a white van to pick up and deliver food for school children in the Etowah and Woodstock School Districts. On Feb. 6th, an ignorant kid spray painted stupidity on our church van. We were blessed to have wonderful people in our neighborhood like Gerber Collision & Glass come to our rescue and clean our van for free! Thank you all at Gerber!!! We are grateful to have you in our community!!!

As a technician that worked there to anyone who is thinking about employment with Gerber. This place has their prima donna tech that gets the pick of the work, you get what he does not want to do. If he feels threatened by you he will call HR and make up a lie about you in an effort to get you fired. It used to be a good place to work for, but then with the new market manager they dont care about you. They will hire new techs when there is not enough work for a new hire. At this location, they compete with themselves for work after they bought two more shops within 15 to 25 minutes of each other all doing the same DRP accounts. I tried to reach out to Chris Ray a Vice President with no response.

I live out of town. I came to take my mother to the doctor. She is very sick. After she went to the doctor, we were getting gas and broke her gas door to her car, making a bad day only worse. Gerber Auto Collision ordered the part immediately. They repaired her car with amazing customer service, kindness and efficiency. They were attentive to her and and compassionate, when they realized her situation. They went over and beyond to fix her car. Keith was great! My car wasn’t quite ready when promised but they do a good job at keeping you updated and he got me back into my car in less than 2 hours after the promised time. Great shop. Friendly people.

I just dropped my Honda Civic off on Wednesday after someone backed in too me, it’s still currently being worked on, but so far this place is amazing! They were very kind and a man there walked me through everything they were planning on doing and explained both the process and timeline to me which was very helpful, as I’ve never had to do this before. They also called the rental car place for me and had me picked up. They’ve been texting me updates also so I know what and when my car will be ready. So far a great experience!

Some of the best service I have ever received!! Thomas, my estimator, is absolutely amazing! So professional, and he made sure my car was well taken care of. I believe this location has had significant turnover. I had used the shop two years ago and had a great experience after an initial job was botched by another body shop. This time, it seems like there is not a quality assurance process in place. When I went to pick up the vehicle the first time, I found a pretty serious flaw on the trim around the wheel well (incomplete paint and orange peel). While not catastrophic, I waited another week. Upon picking up the vehicle the second time, my tail light had a big white scratch on it. The shop manager Mike and the estimator sent a low resolution picture trying to prove I brought it in that way making me feel like I was trying to scam them for a new tail light lens cover. My intention is for them to make it right. I would avoid this place and look to another Gerber location with a better customer service attitude.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with this shop. They updated me every single day via text on the status of my repair, never once did I have to call them. The work they did was meticulous, and my car was ready earlier than they told me it would be. My car was spotless inside and out when I went to pick it up. They are very friendly, accommodating, and their work is great. I would use them again and recommend to anyone! (I know people have said when using insurance they dont feel like shops care about them or the quality of work for their car, but that is not true here. Even going through the insurance of the person that hit me, this shop went above and beyond to satisfy me)

I am late leaving this review, but fantastic service! Had an issue with the original repair shop (Magnum) and Gerber was more than happy to fix the existing issues and botched repairs by the original shop. Not to mention they worked with my insurance company to ensure no additional fees would be charged to me even though my insurance had already paid the initial shop. I will be visiting Gerber with any other work I need done. Thank you for the great work, immediate responses, and phenomenal customer service!

We worked through USAA to have our car repaired and Thomas was the gentleman at this location that helped us. He was fantastic. He kept me informed and made sure that no unnecessary work was performed. He was thorough and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend him. Thank you again everyone here!

I just bought a car 3 months ago and someone in my apartment complex decided to somehow scratch my car while backing out of a parking space and didnt leave a note or anything. I came to this shop today just to see how much itd cost to fix it and this nice man took my car back AND FIXED IT FOR FREE!!! I dont know what kind of magic he did but you cant even tell there were any scratches. Nicest guy ever! Thank you so much! This made my year honestly. So many bad things have been happening to me month after month and this was a total shock! This will be the only place I go ever. Thank you again!

After being in an accident, I used Gerber since it was the prefer company from the other insurance company. I was very pleased with the experience that I had. They immediately called to schedule a time for drop off, made sure the rental was there to pick me up, texted and called with multiple updates during the repair, and were very professional during the entire process. I hope that I am not in another accident, but I would definitely recommend this company.

Changed managers, not for customer s,bonus if you tell customer no and get money for saving co. But no help for customer, have used more than once and at those times I tell problem we fix, now we dont say can you help, now we say why.

Very friendly and super-competent staff that updated me as work was being done. They replaced my front bumper, fixed some quarter panel issues and straightened a small section of my hood. Very satisfied.

I cant say enough good things about Gerber Collision in Woodstock. Brad is the type of guy I love doing business with. Hes honest, fair, and will never let your car leave his shop if its in the best shape possible. He took my daughters car, after being repaired at another body shop - and re-repaired just about everything because he said the original repairs were not right, and he couldnt put her car back on the street. He treated her car as if he was putting his own daughter in it, he made a bad situation so much better and restored my faith that there are people out there that are looking to do more than just turn a buck! We took our Hyundai after a minor fender bender that needed bodywork and paint only. However, immediately after picking it up (only drove to the gas station), the car died and had to be jumpstarted. However, after contacting them again they did reimburse for the new battery. Did a good job with the Body work

These guys did a great job on my car. Even though my car insurance didnt way to pay for it all, they fixed it right. Dan does a great job and understands how to work with these insurance folks.

Amazing had my car back in under 48 hrs. They also washed and vacuumed the car!!! They have earned my business.

Great job! They repaired a door ding to my fender and so far so good! They even cleaned my car which was a nice surprise when I picked it up. Only gripe is that when I initially dropped it off I was told it could possibly be done in 1-2 days but then it got updated to 5 days later that day via the text updates. Then on the 2nd day they notified me that they were all done and it was ready for pickup. Would have been nice to just get one estimate instead of two different ones where they were actually able to get it done by the first estimate. Overall the work performed looks great and will probably wait the full 14-20 days before I wash her per their recommendations to allow the paint to cure completely. Thanks again for taking good care of my baby!

We had quite a nightmare with our insurance company, but Gerber was great. After a three week fight with the insurance company, that we finally won, Gerber made our daughters car their top priority and got it back to her in a weeks time!

The manager came out in the parking lot and removed a dent from my car and didnt charge me! The mobile dent service guy said it would cost $350.00, take him 4 to 5 hours, and be 2 to 3 weeks before he could come out and do it. Rock on Towne Lake Collision!

Didnt get a chance to use their services, so cant comment on that. However, I received a quote to repair some quarter panel damage and thought it was a little high. Got a second opinion elsewhere and they beat Gerbers price by $900.
