Wow I am so glad I moved over to T mobile, first off I transitioned from a different service provider. Now I was very nervous about the transition but now I know I made the best choice. What made this transition easy was the awesome customer care I received at the Woodridge store from Milly. She is just super cool, humble great energy but this lady helped me and I have no regrets getting a new phone and a new service provider. She answered all of my questions and providing top notch customer service helped taking away my anxiety. So when you go there ask for Milly tell her I sent you.

I came into this location with hopes of upgrading my phone. Upon inspection, Millie took the device used to take the sim card out of the phone and stuck it into the corner of my phone where there was a small chip. Rather than just pointing it out and telling me theres damage and it cannot be accepted, she continued to put that into the crack of the phone and peel up the corners of the glass. I told her while I was there, if you put that into the glass, of course it will be worse. I called the manager, Jack, shortly after and he said there was already minor damage, so there is nothing he can do about her further damaging the device.Fast forward 2 days, my phone screen completely stopped working. Emailed the owner and have not gotten a reply. Would give this location 0 stars if I could.

Nada and her team were EXTREMELY knowledgeable of the products, and answered all of our questions with confidence and accuracy. They even stayed after close to ensure we were taken care of, and everything was done correctly. I couldnt of asked for more. They were fantastic from start to finish! My visit was a visit Ill remember. Nada and her team made the entire experience memorable, and its a T-Mobile Ill definitely revisit in the future if I ever am looking to upgrade to a new phone, or have any further questions. Excellent! Nada and her wonderful team helped work through a transition from Verizon to T-Mobile. There were a couple of computer system related bumps in the road, but Nada and her team worked diligently to make adjustments to ensure that what was offered relative to promotions and terms was exactly what I signed up for! I would recommend reaching out to Nada or a member or her team if you are a current T-Mobile customer or if you are planing to switch.

Went here last week to activate my new Galaxy S21 Ultra after the first store I went to was unable to due to technical difficulties of their internet being down. Milly was AWESOME! My visit to your store was truly the best experience I had ever. The knowledge and willingness to listen to what we wanted was exceptional. I love the no pressure of trying to up sell the customer In your store. Please continue that practice. Calling customer service was also the greatest experience I ever had. It was quick for them to pick up and very friendly. My family was with sprint for 11 years and they cant even hold a candle to T-Mobile. I hope when t-Mobile completes the purchase of sprint you install t-Mobile principals because that are a terrible customer friendly provider.

Came into the store to do upgrades on our phones and was waited on by Greta and Isaac. These 2 should be called the dynamic duo. Great personality and laid back. Neither rushed us in certain phones and was very helpful. If one didnt know info the other did. Both made it very easy to do transactions. I would highly recommend them to any and all. If I could rate Isaac a 10 and the store alone a 10 I would. However the manager Nada is very unprofessional when it comes to customers and the employees! I came in to the store and her attitude immediately was very unfriendly. The way she spoke to me wasn’t good but it blew me to actually see how she spoke with one of the workers in front of me and everyone else. It was very condescending it seemed like she was making fun of her for not knowing something and talking down to her at the same time. I can say that as long as I’ve been coming to that location it has always been good, maybe because prior to today I’d never had an encounter with her. I’ve always dealt with Isaac which keeps me coming back if he leaves I can go to Best Buy or find another location. I think it’s awful to have a manager or anyone look or talk down to a customer or an employee. If this was my first experience with her then I bet there have been PLENTY of complaints on her. There was absolutely no reason for my experience to be what it was today. I’m actually still sitting at the store as I wait for Isaac to complete my order and as I write this review.

I have been a faithful T-Mobile client for over 15 years and the only place I have been able to receive 5* Service consistently, has been through corporate Customer Service. Other kiosks and stores have been 3.5 to 4.5 Stars.Visiting from out of state, I took an Illinois friend to this close-by T-Mobile Franchise store to switch out of his deleterious other cell phone carrier.Ed and Dom spent well over inordinate time with my friend, explaining all F&Bs of T-Mobile. I paid my bill there. Dom called me 2 days later with an offer to share with me how to save money on my bill AND receive a BONUS as well!This is why I have chosen to remain a faithful follower/client/customer of T-Mobile for over 15 years! Went in for an issue with my moms phone and they were able to help solve the issue along with letting me know I was able to upgrade my phone. It was Ed who help us along with Krystal. They were so profesional and took the time to help us transfer over all the info I need from the phone. I really like that they had conversations with us it made the time go by faster and I feel like I can go into this store and be helped. Ive had very very positive to great experiences with the staff at this T-Mobile location for the past 4 months. Over the years Ive worked with almost every cellular company at one time or another and I have to say Ive received the BEST customer service at this location! This store is a first come first served, sometimes you may have to wait for a staff member, all I can say is be patient because the staff at this store will make sure to answer all of your questions before you leave. I love the cool music theyre always playing at this location too! I moved my business account over from ATT to T-Mobile, paying off old phones, getting them released from ATT can take a little bit of time, just be patient as the staff here was great and staff at other locations around the country helped my employees with their phones. I do have to say the store manager Nada, has exceptional customer service skills, shes very impressive, super knowledgeable and really really nice and will make sure everything is to your satisfaction with your phone and account before you leave. Thank you Nada for the Best customer service!!

I just switched from Verizon,finally n will never go back. We had some difficulties in changing. We went back 3 times. The young lady who helped us, put the service back in customer service. Her name was Greta. She was FABULOUS!!!! I’m 60, n old enough to remember when stores actually had a place called “customer service” inside the store. First of all, the review that says super cool staff, was an actual worker there. She was awful. But the absolute worst was the manager, Krystal. I have never met a more rude, uneducated, disrespectful T-Mobile manager. Ask her a question and you get referred to customer service, always picking and choosing who to help based on what youre there for. Always rolling their eyes and raising voices at customers. You know what the little Asian guy said to a customer, Im not tech support, heres the number. They used to have some great people working there. But it looks like all the good guys left for something better. Good for them, I bet they could not work with those awful people anymore. They are always watching videos on their cell phones or eating and drinking in front of customers. I really can not believe the management of this place, just awful. The bad definitely outweighs the good! Wish I could leave a NO STAR review. I would never go back to that store with Krystal as the manager, I will tell everyone I know to stay clear, including everyone who is reading this review. They will add features to your account to better themselves, and I was even told to stay away from the door and stop walking in and out because I would mess up their numbers or something.

After trying another T-Mobile location which looked in disarray and had very few phones on the sales floor, I went to this location. Small but well stocked, phones nicely displayed. Wasnt sure what phone to purchase and Isaac was very helpful professional and unhurried in his approach. Spent a lot of time helping me understand differences and ended up purchasing 2 Samsung phones. Also very nice job of moving information off my old phones and setting up my new phones. Would definitely recommend this location.

If I could I would give this store a 0 star rating. This store was worse than a Sprint store. Beware that they double talk and you dont find out what they did til you talk to customer service. I recomend that you do not goto a 3rd party store like this one and go to a corporate owned store located in Bolingbrook. When we found out that is was not the deal we wanted they said they was nothing they could do. And that they could not get our old phones back. BUYER BEWARE

After having a really awful experience with T-Mobile at a different store in the area, I was ready to use my “14 Day Buyers Remorse” and get rid of T-Mobile after just switching over from a different carrier. I was extremely upset and flustered with the customer service (or lack there of) that we received, but decided to visit a different location in hopes of better service. My mom and I worked with Oreice who took great care of us! He was so patient, very thorough, extremely professional and had a great personality. He truly completely turned my poor experience into a great one, and because of him, we have decided to stick with T-Mobile and visit the Woodridge store any time we need in-person assistance. The only regret I have is not going to the Woodridge store first because Oreice was left with a mess with our account from the other store and had to fix a lot of things for us and he gets absolutely nothing for that, which is incredibly unfortunate because he went above and beyond. Unbelievable bad service. Waited 30 minutes almost for them to stop talking to each other to even help my husband. All he needed was a screen protector reinstalled and was basically ignored then when he finally had enough of waiting it seemed like a giant inconvenience to even help him. The protector was even put on so badly that he had to push extra hard on the screen to even text. We wont be coming back to this location what so ever again. Id rather drive extra to the boughton location after work to get help then here.

BUYER BEWARE! This store is full of thieves and liars. My wife visited this location the other day and worked with an associate named Devonte. He was very short with her and spoke in a belittling manner. He also insisted that an extra hotspot feature he had added to her account was mandatory and that it comes with the plan and cannot be removed. Lies. I called customer service and they removed the features. I thought T-Mobile had a better reputation than this, extremely disappointed.

Everyone needs to stop at this store to see that great service that everyone looks for from T-Mobile. I came in looking to move 4 lines from Verizon, I already wasnt sure if I wanted to switch due to the reviews and experience at other stores Ive had but as soon as walked into the store I was greeted immediately, showed plans and phones was given a great break down of my future bills. After everything was said and done the rep (Lindsey) was able to save me $50.00 a month on my bill compared to Verizon also got my whole family iPhones 5s and 5cs at great prices with affordable cases and chargers.So I definitely give this store A++ grade on all around service, with great reps and management.

These guys know what theyre talking about. When I first started my plan they were very knowledgeable on phones and information on the T Mobile network both good and bad. Also they checked and found a discount my employer offers to employees. On another occasion I temporary misplaced my phone and they waived the T Mobile Standard $10 SIM card fee (which I think is BS anyway as most carriers dont charge it) for my back up phone.

The staff never knows what they are doing. I went in bc my X was not repsonding. Itanya was the person I got, she looked at my phone, just looked at it, no chips scrates, etc. It is perfect condition and she told me she can’t do anything and I would have to go to apple. Also, she changed my insurance plan without my permission and added a charge for every upcoming month. I took my phone to Willowbroom which I shouldve done in the first place and it took him 3 seconds to reboot my phone and bam, fixed. He also fixed the insurance issue. Just go to Willowbrook tmobile and save some time and frustration.

Only gave this store one star because I had to in order to write a review. My dad an I initially went in to buy my mom a phone, worker seemed nice and knowledgeable and offered us a $20 discount on my mom and dads plan since they dont use a lot of data. My dad was happy about this. Come to find out, 2 days later, they had NO INTERNET AT ALL. The guy cut off my dads internet completely. What sense does that make?! I had to call in for my dad to get the data turned back on. Customer service said that the 6gb data plan didnt start until 5/28 and I was like uh so that means they dont get internet at all until then?? Makes NO sense.We then went yesterday with my mom to activate her new phone and transfer contacts. A Hispanic/Asian girl helped us out and she ABSOLUTELY awful. First she completely over looks that my mom and I are waiting there and she just chose to help someone else out. She then saw I was annoyed and asked if she could just ring a guy out for a screen protector. I said yes (only because Im nice) and what should have been a quick check out turned into a long conversation because she cant stop running her mouth and has to talk to feel smart. Finally she was done with him and just kept blabbing on and on about a promotion that they didnt offer my dad and I not even 10 days ago. It was $100 off an iphone but it only applied to my dads line. At this point I was getting more annoyed, no I dont want you messing with the plan again since we lost internet. And, what if I did get the $100 promotion and my dad wanted to upgrade his phone in a few months then he wouldnt be able to because she technically used the upgrade. I said no and she made me feel stupid by saying fine if you dont want to save $100 - uhh Im fine with not saving $100 as long as you dont make my parents lives more difficult. Then the entire time shes supposed to be activating my moms line, what is she doing?? blabbing again to another customer when her focus should be on us. Sure enough, she takes my moms phone to transfer and abandons us to help this other guy and says just check the screen and youll be fine. Uh what? I dont deal with machine transfers so no I wont be. The machine then beeps and I hit something, clearly wrong and I ask her to come help us because she left us and shes like oh you stopped it all together. Like making me feel dumb. WELL DUH I dont know what the hell Im doing and youre not just supposed to leave. Idiot. Then she gets the other guy to help us because again, she abandoned us to help someone else. Too frantic. The guy finally helps us and gets everything loaded and says we are good to go. But before I leave Im thinking I better call my cell from my moms to see if it works. SURE ENOUGH THE PHONE WAS NOT EVEN ACTIVATED. Because that girl is too frantic trying to help other people that she doesnt even pay attention to what she is doing. What if I would have left without checking my moms line for functionality and then my mom is helpless. The guy then helps us again and apologizes. Im so annoyed at this point.What happened to having one on one with a customer experience and being totally focused on them? This girl was absolutely awful and frantic and just kept talking and talking and talking as if that makes a sale. Youre too much and you should focus more on the customer so they have a good experience. What does it cost you to wait a minute or two for our transfer of ONLY contacts to go through??Just awful.

I would give this T-Mobile store ZERO stars if I could. The staff was unprofessional, and completely unorganized. They had some kind of computer glitch and kept blaming the store owner, and something about him messing around with the network. I wasted my gas and time to pay a bill, never again. Do yourself a favor and go to a corporate run store and eliminate the potential frustration headache.
