Ali the guy at the counter is exactly like his name The absolute greatest of all time!! I came through with a broken phone immediately starts letting me know about upgrade deals and adding lines and so forth. Extremely knowledgeable and ended up adding a line and getting one of the latest phones plus an awesome easy to remember phone number. I absolutely came and got a deal. To say that Im ecstatic is an understatement! 10 stars

I was looking for another phone company with a reasonable price. I was so amazed that me and my husband got 2 new phones, phone cases and screen savers with great prices. Guy name ALI he is really professional he actually knows what is he doing he explained us on every plans..He even gave us a great discount. Now instead of me paying almost $200 for 2 lines. I can now save a $100 every month. Thanks MetroPCS. I will definitely shop at this store again. Great services.

Man these guys know everything. Came in for a bill payment and a had a couple issues with my phone slowing down thought it may need to be upgraded again, but just needed a little cleaning.
