Some of the employees were more interested in talking and hanging out with friends so I had a longer wait for service than I expected, but they were knowledgeable and got me parted up and gone in an hour or twp

A nice and clean store. The staff is fairly knowleagle, friendly, and actively trying to assist when possible. Overall good customer service. If theres something you need theyll order it and help you compare prices to make sure you get a good deal. Im glad we got one in town.

Terrible service, they wasted a month of my time after being told multiple times it would only take a week to machine my engine block. This block belongs in my truck which is my daily driver and has all of my equipment I need to work on other people’s vehicles in my spare time. This delay has set me back quite a bit and I am less than thrilled with the response of staff members when asking about the status of the engine, only to receive a response along the lines of “I don’t know”. I have picked up my block today as well as the crankshaft and will be going elsewhere to get the service I need done.

I heard great things about the work that gets done here so brought my block to get machined. They ended up losing my main caps while waiting for parts, rendering my engine useless. I had to source another complete engine and have another machine shop do the work. Wasted a lot of time and money.

Hands down best auto parts store in town. Customer service is 10/10! The employees here are very knowledgeable about vehicles and they also carry a large variety of heavy duty parts! 👍🏽😁

The best car parts you can get!

They dont have anyone who knows anything! Needed a drain plug and told them the exact size I needed...5/8×18. They couldnt find it without knowing what car it fit. Never gotten anything there I didnt find in front of the counter or tell them where to look. Sad that there are at least 4 auto parts stores in town and not one of them have an actual counter person that knows what they are doing. I did it for forty years and I wouldnt have hired any of them for even a driver. If its not in the computer they have know idea how to find anything.
