Lost turn signal on my tow car. Another shop rewired it, no go. Rich could not take me for 4 days due to scheduling and holiday but in one hour completely rewired my tow car. Super job, super attitude.

Had an appointment to have ISR rails installed. Showed up for appointment, was told they couldnt install the parts without the hitch to line up the rails. Really?? Thats why use measure for the rails prior to install. No other shop I contacted required a hitch present for installation. Wasted day and time.

I took my horse trailer in for wiring issues and had exceptional customer service!! Jaime went out of his way to solve the various issues thoroughly and patiently. The price was far better than fair. I highly recommend them and will be back!

Horrible place, the owners are spineless, I happened to be related to an ex employee or theirs, the stories they told me how they were treated, they were fired because the ex sent in a complaint about the owners son, who was an absolute creep, she had many reasons In her complaint about his attitude towards her, but once it was brought up, instead of working out with their son, they let her go instead, horrible enablers those people are, and I feel sorry for the next poor girl who has to work reception there,Go to a place with better integrity for there employees, and if you see a big man waddling around like an egg you know who to stay away from! Horrible people!

I brought in my Nissan Rogue for a class 2 hitch, which I specifically requested because of the hauling limits of my vehicle.. I was given a class 3 without being involved in that upgrade decision. When I picked up my car the rear hatch did not close properly because it had been opened manually, and the electronics did not work. Another technician was called, could not make it work, and had the audacity to suggest I could probably still get it fixed under warranty. It was the tech who manually opened the hatch and rendered it inoperable.in the first place. It was eventually reset and opened by button. I found Rick the tech very unprofessional and needlessly verbose. I would not recommend this business and will not return.

I first came in with a muffler I bought and Jamie let me know it was 110% not going to fit and he was super respectful about all the information he gave me and because of his awesome attitude and friendliness i had to buy a new muffler from him because i respected him so much for not making me look like a fool for buying a muffler that could fit a big truck and not my car. Awesome service, very friendly, wont overcharge you. 5 stars from me.

Awesome customer service and realistic prices. Brought them my 97 suburban a little while back to replace the factory 7 way trailer plug that another U-Haul location smashed and I think they only charged me around $40 installed and they installed it quick too! Definitely still a returning customer :)

These guys are the best .We were coming back from portland ( OSHU ) when we heard a noise coming from our Dodge Dakota so we googled muffler shops and these guys showed up. They welded our muffler back up ( Great Job ) and didnt charge us a penny. Great Customer Service

I wanted to like it, but Id give it 0 stars if I could.

They refused to rent to me and were busy haggling over 1000 dollar cleaning fee from customers.

Went in to get an aftermarket exhaust installed. Dropped it off and was told they would call when done completed. I did not hear back. Called to check on the progress only to be told its completed but we cant find the keys. Do you have another set.Get to the shop and rich doesnt seem to worried they cant find the keys. Words are said and he called his mother over from the office. Again no worries that me keys are gone. Start getting more angry and when I disagreed with the handling of the situation called the police.This was strike 3 and will never work with them again. Both were rude and dismissive of the problem. Now it will cost them 500-600 dollars to rekey my car.

Went in today business was great. Up until it was time to return. Once returning I was helped out by an idiot I believe was named Rick. He was so unprofessional so disrespectful. After asking a simple question he answered me in a very rude manner. Argued with me, and when I asked for something in writing to show their policy he was claiming, he couldnt even provide me with that. If it wasnt for the other gentleman I believe was named Javier I would never do business there again. Javier spoke to me like an adult and the issue was resolved. I would do business there again just not with Rick assisting me.

Something good that this place gas is the loaner car, you can borrow a car while you leave your in the shop.

Wonderful people to work with, we returned a Uhaul truck. We also had oil changes done on the car.

Rented a u haul here back in April and they werent clear on charges. Youre $19.95 x 3 days rental turns out to be $160.
