I had my wedding fans printed here and when I got home I realized that the paper was much thinner than I expected. When I went back in the two gentlemen at the copy and print center worked hard with me to first try my own paper and then find a paper that would work for my wedding. I am so grateful to these gentlemen for their help and professionalism. I highly recommend them to print anything.

Shoutout to Wendy & Sarah and the young man that helped us with the paper for the outstanding customer service and assistance with finding a printer, ink, tape, and envelopes. First time at this location and quite pleased. Definitely returning for all my personal and business needs. 😌

Went to go get my papers spiraled. Payed for it to be one in one hour, and when I went back into the store after an hour they hadn’t even touched it truly disappointed

Ive been in this store many times since the pandemic started to get various items. The staff has been helpful. They guys in the back with the chairs were very helpful. Steve, (I believe thats his name), was really helpful getting an item for me, fixing a previous problem and even carrying the item out. I was so appreciative! The online and shipping process is a different experience (sigh), but this store location is great.

I did a same-day poster print and my experience was fantastic. I ordered it at 11pm last night and it was ready by 11am this morning. I will definitely be printing more posters here in the future. The quality is great!

Absolutely destroyed my maps I dropped off to have laminated. They creased them and folded parts of the map on top of each other.

I came to this store to fax a document, i came to copy section i asked an associate (Robert) four times, but he was telling me follow the instructions, i said i have problem he was saying follow the instructions he strongly denied to help me, finally Mr.Ian said due to the load we cant.But still I appreciate Ian’s help.

This location has the worst customer service. My latest visit was the third time I put my items back and left with nothing because the service is awful.

They need to change the staff or the staff needs to change their attitude 🤮

I called for a printer, the guy who picked up the phone was unprofessional, when I asked him about an item(printer) he just said “we do not have it” then hang up.You wonder why I buy everything on Amazon and skip our local stores, people like that make or break your business. I won’t be surprise when the store closes in the year to come; then they start complaining there’s no work.

Excellent customer service! I was offered help as soon as I walked In the store. When I was making my purchase, the kind clerk (Blair) alerted me about the stores price-matching policy with Amazon. Saved me money on printer ink, which was much appreciated! I will most definitely be back! :,)

The lady who works in the printer and copy area I don’t know her name I believe it’s starts with an A, but she has extremely good customer service. She was very polite courteous and helpful not just to me but other customers as well.

I was in a bit of a stressful situation, and the two staff members who helped immediately put me at ease. The printing section had more features than I was aware of and had very simple steps to follow; I cannot commend them enough on their customer service.

The rules and set up for the print department are ridiculous and simple jobs are over complicated. In attempt to over charge or deny the service.

The worst place to order business cards. First, they dont have paper, second, their printer gets broken, and finally, they forget to re-submit your order. Dont even try to call them: they will put you on hold for half an hour.

Had what we needed, but some of the prices seemed a little high. What they had on sale were good prices. Cashier was friendly and helpful.

I think theres a portal in the back where people go to die. Kind of like Dantes inferno in there. Epically horrible. I never bother to leave bad reviews but I think I lost an hour of my life in there for no reason. If there was a -10 Id leave that many stars.

Had a terrible experience with the online ordering system and then the in store experience to resolve the issue. Placed the order Wed, it was supposed to come in on Friday. It got shipped Friday and when I called, I was told there was nothing I could do unless I went into a store. The order was placed by a rep, Faye/ Fey, who told me to go to 1 location. Went there during lunch, they did not have the product. The order had been placed with another store. Manager, John at Fairfax, said it was not his fault, there was nothing he could do. I had 2 options, cancel the order or go pick it up at the other location. Had 2 drive to the other location, 25 minutes away to pick it up. Completely disgusted with the customer service provided. Please contact me with a solution.

I needed to go to make a copy and fax a document. I went and stood infront of the print. Enter cashier register for a while waiting for the attendant to acknowledge me. Never happened. I walked I front of where she was and she was too busy on her phone to even look up. Eventually I figured it out on my own.. there was another staff member that walked in and started to say hello to everyone.. really wished she was there earlier.. oh well..

Ive experienced nothing but AWESOME service no matter what time of the day or evening I have been in to shop or seek Copy & Print services, they are and have been extremely professional and very customer service minded.Perhaps we all could you use alittle Professional Skills Technique 101 refresher every now an again, these people are human, not your bad day bunching bag, so think sometimes before being so judgmental or maybe YOU came in with the chip on your shoulders and that is not how you treat anyone. Rule of thumb: the CUSTOMER is NOT always RIGHT!!!

I went in at 8pm to get some large copies. (I asked for 11x16 or bigger.) The neutral worker (not rude but certainly not friendly or helpful) told me it would take an hour for each one.I left and went to Office Depot and got 10 copies in less than 10 minutes, total. I know where Im going next time.

I would not recommend going here to print anything .... Waited 3 days for time sensitive printing that they ended up saying they couldnt do . Went to fedex office it was done in 5 minutes for half the price. Needless to say I wont be going back to staples for anything .

Horrible customer service. I waited over an hour just for them to give me an over priced quote. There was not a wait to cause this time. One worker took forever so another one came to help but didnt know what to do. The associate measured the document wrong. Customers were waiting to check out and also had to wait an extensive amount of time because one who was there for over two years was clueless and the one there for over three years was on the phone walking back and forth.

I had a problem with an HP printer cartridge not functioning. I spoke with Gabe yesterday, then Ken, the manager, today. He replaced the faulty package with new - no problem. Could not have been easier. Great service. Thank you.

Honestly, this has more to do with Staples as a whole, rather than my particular store...but all the same, I’m really not at all impressed.A year ago I came in to get some artwork scanned, the employee treated me like I was a nuisance and that I was daft for not knowing how to use their machines. He did the basic...and now I know he did not even know what he was doing. The original art was at its deadline and so I came in, said I needed a high quality scan, he begrudgingly pushed some buttons, I took my usb and mailed the art. Now, a year later, I have a large order for reproductions of said art. I went to look at the scan and wow, just awful. I had to basically rework the whole thing in photoshop and create digital calligraphy just to be legible. I made the mistake of going back to staples (since I couldn’t seem to find any actual professional printers around here, and this is my first time having someone request prints, so I’m not sure what I’m doing, let me take it to people who do.....). The girl I spoke with on the phone made it seem like they had 110lb 11x17 cardstock...oh, my mistake- they have 110lb cardstock And they have 11x17 cardstock....not together. The 11x17 cardstock is 65lb and flimsy...but again, my first experience with this task and I have sure learned a lot. So, the one girl was helpful and gave me a couple sample prints to show my client. The next day I go in with the final copy of edited art and the girl at the counter has no idea- that they have 11x17 paper, that cardstock comes in that size, how to set up the printer to print the jpeg ...and the senior employee just looks at her like, seriously? So I’m not sure who’s in the wrong...the young girl, is she actually knowledgeable and is being difficult or is she just new and the other employee is not helping her?My client wants the prints as soon as possible, so I say fine, put in my order. Now I get the option of getting them in an hour for $45 or getting them later in the day for $32. Since I was quoted $32 on the phone in my original conversation I calculated that cost for my client. I get home and get an email saying my order date was today and pickup is tomorrow. Are you kidding me? It would literally take less than 5 minutes to print out 40 copies. You must be out of your mind...and if I have to get them tomorrow, then definitely don’t tell me I can come pick them up later today. Staples- hire some quality people, give them some legitimate training, set and abide by some real standards and for crying out loud get some more paper options. But no worries. I’m never coming back. I will find somewhere to get a high quality art scan, tune up my digital image, and send it out to professionals for giclee prints. Thanks for the life lesson.

We were charged a long distance price of $2.39/$2.19 per page for a fax going to Bethesda, MD. From Woodbridge VA that is a local call. When we spoke to the manager, he acted like he could care less. Because its a different area code you get charged outrageous fees. The woman who worked at the fax area was very polite, the manager could take a lesson in customer service from her!

Sometimes the people dont know where things are, but I still like the location.

Horrible customer service at this location.I was placed on hold for a very long time when I called to see if they had an item in stock. Also, I had 3 different people pick up my call and ask how can i direct your call and I explained that someone already asked but I was looking for an item. After they finally said no to my question they hung up on me while I was asking for more information. Staples QA if you are reading this you need to check out this staples store it is being managed poorly.

Anytime I go to Staples they have everything that I need. The service is always good and the rewards are awesome.

This place helps me get organize in my opinion. But I was hoping for a better organize place.

Came in to print flyers for my business, was told I needed to send my flyer via email, followed instructions, was told to move printers, I have been charged $10 with no prints, every time I pulled up the flyer a large white border was on it, the rep repeatedly told me I did it wrong without showing me what to do, extremely rude, just don’t waste your time, I feel bad for the other guys standing there, he was clueless but nice.
