Typical Old Navy, nice store, assume clothes are well organized others are strewn around on the shelves. Employees interaction was very positive at this one, the workers were friendly even when other customers were getting snippy about petty things.

Worst Cashier Ever! I went to purchase some clothes because I had a $200 Gift card. At check out the cashier charged it to my ON CC without asking me for payment. I told her no and she refunded it and used my GC. Then I got a bill in the mail for $10. A few weeks later I made a purchase online to use the rest of my GC. Then I got another bill in the mail for a new account. They have my accounts all messed up! And charged another inquiry on my Credit Report! Unbelievable!

This is the most helpful place ever! I put in a fairly large online pick up order at 7:40, and the staff (Jenna, Damien, and another employee whose name starts with K--sorry I forgot!) scrambled to get everything ready for me by their closing time at 8:00pm. They were kind, and worked really fast so that I could get items in time. I will definitely be returning here!!

I found the prices extremely high in comparison to the clothing quality. $34.00 for children’s jeans? Wow!Old Navy was a go-to for many working class folk who were looking for moderately priced yet stylish clothing.... great place for school shopping.Upon a recent $24.00 return, the store clerk quickly tried to issue me a card for 20.00. I corrected her immediately. Then after making a new selection with additional item, I was offered 25% less with approval for a store credit card. I was approved.Ignorantly, I surmised with my credit of $24.00 and the 25% off...my purchase would be approx $10.00.Wrong! I was not allowed to use my gift combined the the credit card approval! The clerk handling the sale knew I had the gift card.Needless to say I was disappointed and felt foolish for getting bamboozled. I cancelled my credit card ASAP and will never shop Old Navy again!

The store itself is like any Old Navy but the workers are above and beyond! James and Lily were the cashiers when I went and they were so fast, positive, knowledgeable, and kind! I hope they get raises!

I had a sizing problem. Went to change the size. The staff was great and very helpful. I highly appreciate their customer service. Old Navy is my favorite place to shopping and always will be.

It was good, the store is much cleaner and more organized than pre-covid. The staff is friendly, the only challenge is one register open. I left last week for the same issue. A floater to hop on the register when the line is long a customer has to wait more than 5 minutes would be great.

Great place to grab a few fashionable items for a reasonable price. This location usually has a nice selection and inventory. The store was clean, not crowded nor does we have a wait in line.

Very nice and professional people

The store gets a little messy, but guess what? Its a family store, where people also bring their children to shop. You cant compare it to other stores in the shopping center. Most of them are alot smaller, with less traffic. The employees have a huge range to cover in order to recover the whole store, with limited payroll to spare. Maria is normally the manager on duty when I come in, and she always welcoming and helpful, as is Jennifer. Heather and Cindy are very caring and attentive associates. Priscilla knows where everything is located. I believe Ricketta is the most attentive and detailed cashier I have ever seen in action.Never had a problem.

I love this Old Navy! Granted, its not always super organized or spotless but thats usually how in demand retail stores are. The staff as a whole are all sweet. I really like the brand as a whole but the people that work make it better. You wont have pushy associates asking you if they can help you 24/7 and I really appreciate that, I like being able to shop on my owe without having something on my back helping me shop. Overall very pleased with this store!

Nice selection of mens, womens and kids clothing and some shoes. Decent discount prices. Clean and organized store that carries most sizes in stock with plenty of friendly staff. Check out lanes move fast. Locate near plenty of other shopping in the Trader Joes shopping plaza. Lots or parking available even when busy.

Hit or miss with this store. The staff is always nice and checkout usually moves fast. One some days though the merchandise looks like a tornado just hit. But in the staffs defense, it is probably hard for them to keep up with organizing and such with such a large amount of foot traffic.

Had some great deals. Staff was formidable, Meaning they weren’t upset that I messed up the display when I was looking for the right size and did not mine when I changed my mind and didn’t want to buy certain items. 4 stars because of the clutter.. Couldn’t find everything I was looking for; but hey it’s not high end retail.

This Old Navy, like most, does not carry many tall sizes, or any plus sizes, in store, so I usually buy my clothes online and then return what doesnt fit here. The staff have always been friendly and efficient, and have been great about helping with exchanges as well.

Completely ridiculous!!! Would give it a zero. They only have one operational bathroom that doesn’t have a trash can and there is enough paper and junk thrown on the floor it begins the tale of the rest of the store. Good luck finding any item. Everything is in a different place and even more luck if the item you are looking for comes in a pair. People have driven trough there so badly the Tasmanian Devil himself would look in disgust!! Literally EVERYTHING IS THROWN AROUND EVERYWHERE!!!! It makes a thrift store look impressively more organized! Don’t bother coming here

Oh how I wish I hadn’t suggested we go here. It was a giant mess throughout the store.The clothes were just tossed everywhere. The shoes were a giant messy pile of shoes. One bathroom was out of order and the other was a disaster. The walls were stained everywhere. The baby changing table was at such a steep angle it was dangerous. There was no toilet paper holder, and wow, the nastiness was just everywhere.

I go when the clothes are on sale. They usually have good prices, but the selection seemed limited for guys. Found reallly good deals for kids and women.

Nice quick run. I went durning the day so there were not many people in the store. Good sale today. Staff was friendly.

Love Old Navy but, Adela could be a little nicer tho, I was standing in line and when she was done with her customer she logged out and walked away as if I wasnt even standing there. That was very rude and disrespectful of her. When I asked to speak to the manager, she seem to not really care about my concern. This is a first for me usually Old Navy has better employees than that.

This place is typically expensive. But the value is good for the money spent. The store layout is odd in that the checkout is rearward facing at the front of the store.

I know it gets hectic at stores like these but this place looked like a bomb went off. If I was that store managers boss they would be fired. I work retail, its hard but there is never an excuse for a store to be this bad. Customer service was fine but I couldnt shop it was such a mess

I arrived there pretty early in the morning and it was a mess. I could understand if this was the end of the day but no. Very disappointed.

The store manager is the rudest guy I’ll ever encounter ! I was seating in on the display mannequin base he told me very rudely “ don’t seat there “ but with a very bad attitude ! And just walk away! I told him “ ask nicely as least “ then he said “ please “. I’m calling corporation to complain and get him fire ! He shouldn’t be in customer service.

This was the TRASHIEST Old Navy store I have ever set foot in. My boyfriend and I visited this store on Sunday, August 2, 2015. There were clothes ALL OVER the floor, hangers, shoes, shirts, it was a complete MESS. If I had brought out of town visitors to the Town Center to shop, and walked in this store with them, I wouldve been completely embarrassed. We did one loop through the store and walked right back out. We didnt even bother to shop, it was disgusting. There were 3 young people working in your store, hanging in the front of the store chatting with each other. While clothes laid everywhere on the floor, in every section. I cant BELIEVE there wasnt a manager on the floor, getting that place cleaned up. Someone in management needs to visit that store and get it squared away. You have too many visitors to the Town Center to let that store continue this way! It was NASTY!

Nice store with great prices, but extremely crowded sometimes during holidays, even though all the cash registers are open.

This store seems to carry the poorer quality Old Navy clothes, and, in my experience, rather has the nicer-looking or better made clothes I see on the website. They stock lots of flimsy t-shirts and tanks, and very few dresses, blouses, or outerwear. The active section is tiny. Most disappointing, the prices are consistently higher than they are online.

It was my 1st time ever going to Old Navy so I wasnt sure what to expect.But walking in I thought it seemed to be interesting, laid back and surprisingly quiet for being a clothing store in state college lol.But I thought the prices seemed reasonable and their clearance was awesome!I got 5 new shirts and 3 of them were on clearance.One of my shirts was only $2 and It is super comfy I love it!And the 2 other shirts I got buy one get one half off which wasnt too bad.It was something I needed to wear for work so I was happy.It surprised me at first how long it took me (in general) to find a green shirt that fit me and had a collar.But I was so glad that I was able to find one at Old Navy it honestly helped me out so much. Since not alot of places I had went to had any options.Like I was only looking for a plain, green polo shirt hopefully a button down shirt or something atleast with a collar, There was so many shirts I had seen at other stores previously had patterns or any sayings on them and that wouldnt work for what I needed.So I was so happy when I seen Old Navy had some and they had a deal going on with buying one get one half off. So I was all good to go for work with my new green button down shirts.

I actually really enjoyed shopping at this Old Navy. Usually I dont, but this one in State College was well setup and had sales and discounts almost all the time. Customer service was really great here as well.

The clothes in the dressing room area PILES UP above your head. This is every time I visit the store too. Either they’re always low on staff or just do not care about their work. A very messy store.

Worst return policies and customer service. I had my receipt (It was a little ripped), but because the barcode was ripped they told me I couldnt return my item and get my money back. I had to get a store credit. The first person said it would take over a week to get my store credit in the mail, but at least the manger gave me a store credit right then. He was still really rude, but he helped me a little (I guess)....that is why they get 1 star.
