I hesitated to write a review of this place, as the teacher and students were so friendly and welcoming. But I think that my review will be helpful to others so Ill try to be as objective as possible.I bought one class called invert lab after reading the description and confirming it was on my level. When I got there, the studio was locked and I had to wait out on the street and go to the bathroom at a gas station because they wouldnt let me in until the class started because they had no waiting area. I think theyre charging too high a price for a single class (39) if they have almost no amenities. They only have one bathroom for the 15 people inside the studio, including students, teachers, and others like front desk people.When I did get to go in a few minutes before class started, the front desk associate told me I needed intro to pole upon looking at me, not thinking to ask about my experience. I had to convince her to let me into a class where we only worked on choppers, crucifixes, shoulder dismounts, all things I felt completely comfortable with after doing pole for two years. I thought it was unprofessional for them to make the assumption that I didnt know anything at all and in fact insist upon that.The warm up was mostly things like jumping jacks, squats, burpees, things to heat you up, but NO stretching. I found that to be irresponsible, as doing pole with no stretching beforehand leads to injuries inevitably. I left with a wrist strain and a few pulled muscles, something that rarely happens to me during or after a class. If I did another class at this studio Id have to do my own stretching before the class outside on the sidewalk.The fact that the class wasnt really much teaching and more being told to do different things in a routine that most students already knew about shows a lack of creativity on the teachers part. I realize its tempting to get into a routine, but this is the mark of a 20 dollar class, not a 40 dollar one. Students are all paying this large sum of money to the studio, then the studio has the responsibility to provide an engaging class where they can learn something new and different. Its so nice when it does happen, and always a let down when it doesnt. For this class, it may have been better to have part of the class be routine, and at least one part be everyone learning something new that the teacher came up with for that particular lesson.

I love the instructors and how they are patient, the classes are fun and small and intimate. I love this place.

Prevois post: Unsafe and unprofessional environment. Talk to the manager about why it was unsafe to share poles, and then she told me that it was a given and that I should’ve already been aware. HOWEVER I’ve been to multiple pole dance classes where they are safe and do NOT share poles and do NOT shove 10 people in a small room of 5 feet. Nothing on their site indiciates no refunds or overflowing classes but the nasty lady refuses to give me my money back on a class I didn’t even take! All they care about is money. Be safe and just go somewhere elseResponse to owner: of course masks are required, that’s the law but it doesn’t mean you follow it. I’ve seen multiple people without masks so say what you want. If two people per pole is standard why is that not on your website? Your website should ALL information, small business or not, and it doesn’t. It seems like you make up rules as you go because none of this info was available prior to the conversation we had to have. People like me” is a funny statement. Shows you’d rather belittle a customer rather than own up to your own mistakes. Where you did me wrong was charge me for a class I never took, won’t give me my money back, and instead of doing the right thing, you decide to post on a public forum trying to save yourself and beg people to make up their own minds. “People like you” are why small businesses have a bad name. Insanely unprofessional and deceitful.

Last night, I took pole dancing class for the first time and I really enjoyed myself! The woman who was working behind the desk last night made me feel welcome and at ease. The instructor was very friendly and helpful..I will be back!

Went to a birthday party and I had an amazing time. Instructor was so cool and TALENTED. I want to host my own party there soon and go to some classes.

This gym is amazing. Very cheap and has all the equipment a gym needs. The staff is so nice and are always welcoming.

Ok so boom ... today was my second class and Jen TORE ME UP 😭😭😭😭 but it was so good and I’m so motivated . Ima get my life one day . Lol Jen is a whole vibe !!!! Literally love her

I love coming to this fitness center. All of the instructors are amazing, patient, and supportive. They show you that by applying yourself and dedication that you can surpass whatever goals you may have. This place is very professional and the app is a great and easy way to stay in communication and updated. The owner, Jen, is passoniate about pole and wants all her students to reach their fullest potential before moving on. I would definitely recommend this pole fitness center!

I absolutely love this place. I recommend every female to go check it out. It is a friendly environment and no judgement zone. I love how the young lady was encouraging my friends and I to just have fun with it and go with the flow even if we didn’t know how to do everything.

The teachers cater to the needs of the students. All the classes are designed to meet different levels and capabilities. I wouldnt want to take classes anywhere else. I LOVE Pole to Pole fitness!

Classes are unique and a great way to burn calories.the instructors are mini drill sergeants and your biggest cheerleaders rolled into one. Which encourages you work your butt off

Owner is absolutely rude and disrespectful. Took me several emails and a phone call to cancel. Which she was nasty with me about the cancellation fee.BUYER BEWARE!!! ALL ‘memberships’ are locked in for ONE YEAR automatically!!! There is a $150.00 cancelation fee to cancel early.NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I would definitely recommend. I was there last saturday for a private party. Our instructer Jennifer was amazing. She was very professional and polite and gave amazing words of encouragement. The atmosphere was fun and wasnt to serious. I usually am not the type to try pole dancing but this is something that I would love to do again.Thanks Jennifer for the experience.Mocha 😘😘

Im not sure what the other lady is talking about as far as cancelled classes but this place is amazing.! Ive been attending classes for almost 8 months now since I started in April 2016. ive come a long way. The owner Jenn is very inspiring and such a hard worker. She wants to see us all reach our potential and she pushes all of her students. I climb and spin the pole with ease. Currently working on my invert. Definitely sign up for some classes here!

My wife has been a regular at Pole to Pole for months now. She really loved the instructor (Jen) and the classes, but Jen has cancelled on her at the last minute on at least 15 separate occasions in the past 2 months. We finally gave up and are done with this studio. We will take our business elsewhere.One time, my wife had to cancel and was charged the full amount of the class. But Jen has cancelled over 15 times while we were ON OUR WAY there (The studio is an HOUR away from our house). One time, she didnt even bother to let us know, and when my wife showed up, the door was locked and Jen never responded until 2 hours later when we were already back home.The most unprofessional trainer we have dealt with! Dont waste your time or money, find a different studio that is actually a professionally run business!

Been going for years! Keeps me challenged and always something new here.

Jennifer was very rude and hung up on me before I even stated the reason I was calling. Little did she know, I was trying to give her business. Her loss.

I confirmed for a Sunday introductory class earlier in the week. When I showed up the location was closed. I made a phone call and they told me the class was cancelled since no one confirmed - albeit I had email confirmation. I havent been back since, I was looking forward to the class but this turned me off and I havent tried again.
