I came in Sunday afternoon to pick up a doordash order and it was really busy but even though it was busy all the employees seemed pretty calm while I was visiting the slush machine seemed to have problems but with no hesitation the manager came to fix it I was really surprised everyone seemed happy and calm during the busy time

Ask for mint got vanilla ask for fudge and cheesecake only got the cheesecake. I wouldnt usually complain about this stuff but Im completely stressed. Was really hoping for a good thing of ice cream... Not that it isnt just kinda bummed out... 🤷

Ordered two mini cakes and they went above with decorations, added extra Oreos and cookie dough (per request) and had them ready for pickup when I requested.

DQ is what it is. We all know the tastes. It really just depends if the people behind the counter care or not. This DQ is better than most in that regard.

The staff is always kind and super fast. They were quite busy when I was there and I was impressed at how well the 2 staff members handled it.

What can I say... I love my Dairy Queen. Everyone that works here at any Dairy Queen is happy and willing to help. I mean, Im happy to be there in the first place and then the staff puts the cherry on the top... So to speak.

Always a wonderful experience. My husband loves DQ, and I personally really enjoy the soft serve. Everyone was great, and super polite. We never have a bad time here. 10/10 will definitely come here again.

Twas Free Cone Day. Chocolate w/ sprinkles wasnt bad. This Dairy Queen has nothing but dessert & ice cream. No Belt Busters, No Tacos. No Chili Dogs.

The gentleman that was working was really helpful when I was looking at the cakes. He was nice to my daughter as well. Clean facility as well which is hard to find.

Staff was very rude and did not want to make my Sunday the way I wanted it. They forgot to add chocolate and forced me to swipe my credit card for 40 cent. Its definitely worth the extra 4 minute drive to the walled lake location!

Really disappointed tonight. Asked my son to get me a chocolate covered strawberry sundae in a waffle bowl. What I got was a mess of ice cream blended with a little bit of strawberries and chocolate. Was it chocolate covered? No. Was is a strawberry sundae? No. Was it in a waffle bowl? No. He even showed them what I wanted and they still couldnt make it. So disappointed.They did get husbands right however.

Year after year staff is friendly, location is clean & well maintained, and DQ is delicious.

Ordered a large dinosaur chomp with extra fill in and there were a few pieces on top and none in the rest. If I wanted plain ice cream I would have ordered it that way.
