I really wanted my kids to be able to taste a couple different flavors before selecting one they wanted, just like when I was little. Apparently, they do not offer samples anymore. The kids didnt seem to mind but I was very disappointed. My oldest selected snickers because she knew she would be happy with it. For me, the whole point was for them to try something new, and only my youngest was brave enough to do so without a sample

Why is it so difficult to make a cappy blast?? There seems to be only one person who knows how to make it properly. If I wanted a vanilla shake, I would order a vanilla shake!! Guess its time to take my daily business somewhere else......again!

Ordered a custom ice cream cake for my daughters birthday. Long story short, I was told that they forgot to place the order with the cake decorator so the cake wasnt available. I was told I could purchase a generic cake from the freezer. No discount even offered. The person at the counter didnt seem to care that my daughters party was ruined. Two people in line behind me said the same thing happened to them. On my way home to the party I ended up purchasing a cake from another company at last minute as I didnt want to give them the business. I called corporate to complain and received a call back saying they were sorry along with a litany of excuses. Ill never use them again.

Had no toppings, honestly could not understand the counter person. Seems like they Dont want to have stock items or sell them.

Had to wait for 20 minutes in drive thru line, only to skip it to go inside where the service was bad - I ordered a new drink on their menu from Baskin Robbins when didnt even look close to the photo - when asked they just said its what you ordered.

They had an issue with my online order but they made it right!

Not Open 24 hours. Came here at 22:20 for a very. Very. Personal achievement occasion and what a surprise when it closes at 22:00. I am told (employee) that COVID-19 made it change to reducing hours. Understandable but still not right to not update the google reference. That is Your responsibility; not mine.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Arrived before the store closed and was ignored in the drive thru until the official closing time at 10PM (which was not updated on the website, mind you). We were disappointed that we drove out of our way to get to this location just to be ignored in the drive thru and then hung up on after we called.

They closed early and currently don’t have updated hours on this listing. (They currently close at 10pm everyday) I called to see if they were open while in the drive through and they hung up on me.

Seriously the worst experience ever. I explained my order 6x and still got it wrong. And when I said something it was brushed off and handed me my spoons and shut the window. And I asked for no whip cream and I get home and my sundae was 90% whip and hot fudge and I DID NOT WANT EITHER. Terrible day turned into a terrible night. And my friend ordered a Sunday and he totally got that one wrong as well she also wanted hot fudge but he gave her whip and caramel............

Good prices and nice sandwiches. DD coffee is nice too.

Went it 2 days ahead to get a Ice cream ordered. Placed order with a pleasant girl working. She write down my order and name to write on the cake and took my payment. I came to pick up my cake. Im waiting and waiting I ask the manager did they forget my cake. She states they are looking a just stands around. Im the only person in the place and she didnt help with anything she just side there. They can out to the fridge and pick a cake with the ice cream i wanted and hurriedly slapped the name on it. No Im sorry just nothingwhile manager just stood around and let the young man try to fix things.

I ordered a brownie sundae and was given an extremely stale brownie. I couldn’t break off a piece with my spoon, so I tried to bite a piece off instead. This was also nearly impossible to do. I ended up throwing it away and eating just the ice cream, which felt like a waste of money.

Nice place to get a quick breakfast or ice cream and very easily accessible. Mornings drive thru can get busy easily but service is fast.

Horrid! Asked for a hot chai, they gave me coffee. Girl argued with that I said coffee. Guy next to me told her I said chai 3 times. Then when they made my chai cup only 3/4 full. All of this took 20 minutes. Ugh!

What a horrible place! No wonder Baskin Robbins are disappearing, if they are run like this one they will be out of business in no time. Dont waste your time going here!
