I went to look at quartz countertop slabs for my kitchen and was extremely impressed with not only the friendly and helpful staff but also the tremendous amount of selections that they had (that does make it harder to decide however, lol). They have you sign in and then give you a clipboard, pen, and paper to write down the names/notes of what you like and show you where things are located. They have a huge sample selection, see image, that you can grab the desired samples to take home which I did, however you do have the option to “tag” your slab.I will be returning to pick my slab for my kitchen project and will definitely come back to MSI for future projects as well.

We were asked to sign in when entering the showroom, so I did. After 20 minuets or longer, the couple that came in after us asked the assistants how long before they could be seen and one of the assistants got up immediately and started helping them. I then went up to the other assistant and told them that I had also signed in and she got up immediately and asked how she could help us. I told her we were interested in the granite, so she took us out in the showroom and showed us the color that I was interested in, then left us unattended in the showroom where there was no one to answer our questions. After viewing the different slabs, we went back to the front where another assistant checked for availability, which there was none.

I recently selected my quartz countertop from MSI. First, the website tools work and are very useful. I checked in, saw the color my daughter and I wanted up close, confirmed it was in stock and done. The sales team was impressed with the quick turn around. HaHa...The facility is clean and beautiful. The sales staff (sorry I dont remember the young lady who helped me.) was pleasant and informative.Thank you MSI for making the process easy.

They were helpful but, despite the enormous warehouse, they had shockingly low options for inventory. Probably good if you’re building a subdivision as each option had tons of inventory but if you’re building a house, find another provider

Beautiful showroom and nice people but I have been trying for a month to get a sample of the quartz I purchased. MSI has a completely circular process (including website, chat on website, called the store, called my fabricator.....) that resulted in NO SAMPLE despite at least a dozen calls on the topic.

I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by someone at the front. She directed me to check in at a kiosk then said someone will be right with us. She was with a customer and so we assumed that we had to be escorted through the warehouse and not walk in on our own. We stood around waiting on someone to help us. After about 25 min, I questioned about how much longer before we can go into the warehouse to check out the natural stones. One of the associates then told us we are free to walk in on our own! Well, that wouldve been nice to hear upon walking in instead of standing IN FRONT of the counter obviously waiting to be escorted! Maybe if she did not greet us and TELL US someone will be right with us, we would have figured this on our own. Huge waste of time for an also disappointing meager selection of quartzite. Will not be back.

I really enjoy coming to MSI, the staff is so pleasant and polite. I did noticed that you need to make your selection pretty quick because when you come back the item that you like maybe gone. However, theres so much to look at for your home. Just love the place

I was greeted by Shaymaa in the showroom, she was very polite and knowledgeable. I asked her to show me samples of the quartz slabs for my upcoming renovation. She walked me through the entire process and was very helpfully throughout the whole thing. Her patience with me and answering all of my questions is what made me give her a 5 star review. She’s the best!

Great place to visit, when trying to confirm the colors and vein pattern of quartz or granite.. Seeing full slabs are definitely needed. This location has everything else you may need, face brick, flooring and wall tile

We were not impressed with the customer service. There are NOT enough employees on hand to help customers. We made the 2 1/2 hour ride down on a Friday and arrived as they opened. At first we were impressed with everything, but soon we realized we were left to ourselves with no one to help us, and NO clue how the process worked.When asked to see a slab the associate showed us one, but we did not like it since it was nothing like the one on display. When asked if we could see a different one we were told no. We left that day after 3 1/2 hrs with nothing. A couple weeks later (March 13, 2021) we made the trip back down. This time had a different associate, who seemed to me more helpful and knowledgeable. We found 2 sister slabs and tagged them (he would only allow us to view one of them). Later in the week I called to keep the tag up to date only to be told our slabs were GONE! No one knew where they went to, and NO ONE could give us an explanation.We contacted our sales associate at Home Depot and she couldnt believe it. She called and questioned as well only to get the run around. Eventually an associate at MSI sent us picks but it was just to hard to make the choice without physically seeing them. Hubby called back and was told there was only one left in stock (we needed 2) and its picture looked nothing like what we had tagged. We were told it could be another 30 days before a new shipment would arrive. Our contractor is set to come in May and we have NOTHING!It is such a major purchase. We DO NOT want to pick one solely by a picture on the internet. We want to physically see it to be sure the colors are what we want, since the first slab we were shown was so far off in color in color and pattern.So as for now we will again have to take another day off work, find a babysitter, and spend our day driving and picking out 2 more slabs. Just frustrating!

We placed an order for 2 slabs of Calcutta Laza and the slabs arrived at the warehouse on 6/11. Its 6/22 today and the slabs still have not shipped to the fabricator despite multiple phone calls, emails from the fabricator, homeowner. The manager, Raphael and the delivery Kimberly Watson are both not helpful. We still do not have an answer for when the slabs will be delivered. MSI Wixom is a nightmare to work with!

Very well organized. I like the system used to tag the slabs. Plenty of knowledgeable staff to answer questions. I was very impressed with the operation.

We started with a really bad experience here due to the slab not looking anything like the color we chose, and rude customer service from one of the girls up front, but after explaining our experience and frustration with Eric the manager he made everything right. Eric went above and beyond to find slabs that were exactly what we were looking for and had them ready for us to tag the very next day. This went from a very bad experience to a wonderful experience due to management, and because of Eric I will recommend MSI to friends and family. Thank you Eric for saving the day!

Absolutely loved this place! The staff was so friendly and great to work with. After looking at the granite on my computer and narrowing down to 3 choices for my countertop, it was so easy to make my selection in person! I so enjoyed walking the aisles and seeing the beauty of God’s creation of stone! I think after my kitchen is done, I might have to consider an upgrade of my bathroom countertops 😄

Many options of slab granite. No kids under 12 allowed in the back area where the slabs are located for safety reasons. In the back where the slabs are located you have to wear a yellow helmet. I brought my baby with me and they didnt allow me to go in the slab area, so my husband and I took turn going to look at the slabs.

First-They have an excellent COVID protocol in place!I was assisted by one of their friendly and knowledgable customer service reps. She helped me with selection of the quartz material that I needed for my kitchen project. The process was seamless.

I was greeted and serviced by friendly and helpful staff members at MSI. The warehouse/store has a variety of material choices, the products are nicely displayed and organized, all areas in the store and warehouse are clean, they take extra precautions to ensure safety in the warehouse and against COVID. I purchased my materials from MSI through my kitchen countertop contractor.

The customer service was terrible and unfortunately that overshadowed the possible quality in their inventory.1) we called and asked if they had statutario suade/matte and they informed us that they didnt, this was later confirmed when we asked in person during our visit. While my husband and I were in the showroom guess what we found, statutario suede quartz.2) when we arrived we were greeted at the door and they explained where to find quartz and after being shown a few items we browsed on our own which is fine BUT no one ever came to asked if we found what we needed or to offer any assistance; on our way out the door 5 people were behind the desk so it wasnt because of the lack of staff.Im incredibly disappointed because first impressions are everything and customer service is part of the experience...I will never return for future projects.

Great selection of Granite and Quartz slabs for countertop.

There needed to be more staff on the Saturday we shopped for our countertops. The whole selection process was confusing (mainly due to Home Depots lack of explanation on the process) and not having more available salespeople to answer questions or help with paperwork and the process was extremely frustrating. I would recommend that during this epidemic, and even into the future, you make appointments for your clients so that the process is smoother and less frustrating.

We were greeted by Rebecca and provided with an overview of the layout of the display area and let to review samples at our own pace. The display area was well organized and gave us a great opportunity to compare the various options. Rebecca checked in regularly to answer any questions we had and helped us get samples of our choices. Overall a great experience!

Good selection and options. The biggest reason for the 5 stars though is Ajay. She is phenomenal with customers and absolutely a gem to work with. She helped us a lot when we were in the showroom to pick out countertops and backsplash. We needed to place a hold on countertops for a few months while we found a dependable contractor. Ajay was always available and great at retagging our slabs. She was super cheerful despite this having to be a weekly thing. The biggest reason I would recommend MSI in Wixom is for Ajay! Thanks so much for all your help and patience as we navigated this crazy world of remodeling!

AJ was so helpful and accommodating for us. She helped guide us to towards what we wanted and she was very knowledgeable regarding granite, marble and quartzite. She not only helped us decide on our granite but gave great info on tile backsplash and surround. We will definitely shop here again

After my initial visit and interactions with the staff I wouldnt have thought to rate them above a 2 star based on the ease of finding the building. However, after a return visit to get things talked about and my issues I found Lisa Z. exceptionally wonderful and concerned over how I was treated my previous time. She took it upon herself to not only show me various other options then what i felt rushed to decide on but took the time to make sure I was happy with what i chose versus being plainly satisfied. I left feeling good with my selection and will continue to recommend MSI to anyone i know of redoing their kitchen or bathrooms based on Lisas help and knowledge. If it wasnt for her I wouldnt have been a customer with them.

Loved our visit to this showroom! Lisa greeted us with a smile, immediately got us signed in, then showed us several different granite slabs from which we could choose. Luckily we had one kind picked out before we arrived because a person could spend a whole day in there looking around at the gorgeous slabs. Lisa was efficient, friendly, and sincerely wanted to help us. She was very safety conscious and was very knowledgeable about the quartz, granite and marble. She made our visit enjoyable! We picked out our granite slab on Thursday. We had never been through this process before. AJAY helped us. She was knowledgeable and helpful. But the best part was that she spent extra time and effort to get us a slab we love! She also recommended a restaurant for dinner (because we are from Toledo) that was delicious. Cant wait to see our new counter tops!

MSIs customer service is less than to be desired. When I was in the warehouse I was honest about being uneducated in the process and product so I needed assistance and I was met with annoyance by several of MSI staff and felt uncomfortable to do business with a company that did not have the patience to work with a customer like myself. A manager couldnt take the time to return any of mine or my installers phone calls over several days as well. I hope MSI can revamp their team to make a better experience for clients.

This warehouse/showroom by far had the best selection.

I have had a wonderful experience each and every time I have stepped foot into MSI! I wanted a certain quartz slab that they ran out of and Abe did not hesitate to make a few calls and special order it for me from another company. He called me when the slab was in so that he assured me it met my expectations. Cody was so helpful in getting the slab for me right away so that I could see it. Overall a wonderful experience and would recommend to anyone!!

Abe is terrific! He went above and beyond to get the quartzite we wanted - the slabs in the warehouse were spoken for and instead of having to choose something different, Abe was able to get slabs for us from GA that were delivered to MSI a week later for us to come and see. Communication was great! He was so nice and helpful! There is a HUGE selection of products and the staff is friendly and helpful. We highly recommend!! Great place!

Abe was extremely helpful when we came in to pick out our granite for a new home we are building. He showed us around the warehouse and when we didnt find exactly what we were looking for he suggested looking at slabs coming in. He showed us pictures and we chose 4 slabs. My husband and I had a very good experience visiting MSI. From the moment we walked in Lisa was very helpful. Great selection of quartz and we even found an amazing selection of backsplash tiles. Refreshing! We visited the showroom and warehouse and it to be very clean, professional, informative, and welcoming. After some time in hard hats searching for the perfect slab, we found what we were looking for on a display piece and inquired about that particular quartz. Our sales person knew EXACTLY what we were speaking of and the exact location off the top of her head. She immediately walked us to the location (which was beyond the visitor parameters without a guide) to view the slab. Having made the decision, we tagged a couple of slabs, confirmed the installer, and walked away completely satisfied and very impressed with the entire process.

Huge Selection to choose from and service was great!

The 2 young ladies at the desk that is at the front door were extremely polite and helpful. They explained their process and walked me through their operation giving me time alone to review and select their quartz. I was given samples of those selected. They forwarded my choices to my contractor so that I could get quotes on my project. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend them to family and friends.

Beautiful showroom! My husband and I recently placed and order for new granite counter tops and visited MS International in Wixom, MI to choose our granite slab. The building is very clean, the showroom is beautiful. All color options are easily visible, and the staff very knowledgeable and friendly.

My fabricator sent me to MSI and the customer service was absolutely horrible. The sales lady that helped us was rude and rushed us through the process. I’m so happy my fabricator gave us more than one granite supplier because I there was no way I would want to spend any money at MSI. It was very unfortunate because the selection and quality of the materials seemed great but we just didn’t feel welcomed from the time we walked in the door until the time we left

He also helped pick out samples for me to take home that matched my slab with the exact color variations. They had a nice selection of slabs but the staff treated us like we inconvenienced them from the start. When we walked in the greet was uncomfortable followed by her saying sign up at the kiosk..as opposed to hi how are you today and what brings you in.

Walked into MSI and was very impressed, place was beautiful. Lisa was wonderful . I am very picky she had great patience as I went back and forth several times, she never gave up and then there it was in all its beauty Rain forest. Then my husband showed up and she was more than happy to start over . Fantastic customer service and so much to choose from . I have been to a few warehouses yet I would call this a showroom for sure . They have a lot of choices .

We visited MSI multiple times to find the perfect countertop for our new home. Each time we worked with Ajay, and she was wonderful, super informative and helpful.The countertop we wanted was slightly the wrong color, and Ajay explained a new lot would come in soon and should be more of what we were looking for. As soon as what we were looking for came in stock, Ajay called us right away. Because of Ajay we had the opportunity to get what we wanted before it sold out. Ask for her if you go!

We met with Lisa to select our granite for our new home under construction. We thought we knew what we wanted from our builder samples until we saw the overwhelming selection of amazing stone. Lisa was awesome and helped us select our multiple slabs for our home. Can’t wait to see them installed!
