I wish I can give -999 stars. I made a 6pm appointment for a vaccination and waited for an hr. The pharmacist just kept working on prescriptions rather than providing services that were scheduled. There were 3 other people received the same treatment at the same time. If they cannot handle the appointment times, they should not make those time slots available!

All my conversations with the pharmacists and the staff have been excellent. The pharmacists were all helpful and doubled checked to make sure my insurance coverage was correct when it looked off. Ive always had a pleasant encounter here but maybe thats because Im a nice patient person;). Plus they slip me a lil insider trading on when AZ sweet teas are buy 1 get 1😜. I know theres an app for that but the staff is a better way to get my CVS sales info!! Patients is a virtue and AZ Sweet tea b1g1 is the ol heavenly fathers monthly gift!! Well if you believe in that kinda thing!?

CVS in Wixom rocks!! everyone there is amazing and goes out of their way to help you. The guy who posted about the Doritos/Tostitos is a total D-bag and has obvious insecurity issues.Brian D is a D head, if you know what I mean. Well pray for him.

Love this CVS! They always make me feel like they truly care. My prescriptions are always ready on time and I never have any issues. I could not say enough good things about the pharmacist Phil and his team. He is hard working and dedicated to providing a very high level of customer service. I highly recommend this CVS for all of your needs.

This is my second complaint about this store in the last 2 months and the second time I had to argue with a store manager about a sale price. I went to the Wixom Michigan store on 11/22 at approx. 2:30pm. There is a sign that says Buy 1 Get 1 free in front of the Doritos which are across the top shelf. The exact same sign is on the middle shelf, right in front of the Tostitos - with no Doritos on that shelf. After taking my purchase to the register I was told no so I walked the Store Manager back to the shelf and showed her. She said it was for Doritos only and not Tostitos (and sarcastically told me it said Doritos). I told her that was deceptive advertising and i would NOT be giving them a 9 or 10 evaluation. Only then did she tell me she could give it to me but i said i dont want it now and i still want to give this store a 0 or 1 but was told I couldnt because i didnt buy anything. I cannot stand this store and have issues almost every time i go in there. Im done.

This Store is amazing,clean and the staff here goes out of their way to make sure your happy.Cashiers upfront were very easy going and a great sense of humor,which seems to be fading these days.Overall great experience and quick check out.

Filled a prescription and their system asked me to approve CVS to send me text messages about my prescription. There is no button to say no. I asked the clerk how I say no. The clerk told me to just agree to the terms. I told her no. She proceeded to walk around the counter and press the yes button for me. Underpaid workers, and a garbage monopoly of a company.

Best pharmacy around! Phil and Mariam are very helpful and explain my meds in detail if I have any concerns.

The pharmacy staff is BEYOND rude. They claimed that my doctor wrote the wrong prescription. Then they couldnt fill it. Then they didnt stock it. The male pharmacist said he was going to call my doctor to get info he needed for my insurance. He never did lied to my face about it. The woman is so much worse. She mocks customers to their face acts better than everyone. If you are tounger (I am 21) she just wont work with you. Flat out the WORST customer service I have ever seen.

I would like to thank the entire staff for staying on top of getting a life saving pills that even there supplier was out of thanks again 👍👍👍👍👍thumbs up

Pharmacists were rude, then tried to charge me over double what my prescription cost 2 miles down the road. I refused to pay them & will never shop at any CVS again. Hope you enjoy losing customers

Pharmacists are simply unhappy to help you, period. Stay away if you can. Customer service people are nice at least.

Every time I go get my script theres another issue. This pharmacy doesnt know what theyre doing except mess up every transaction. Ive never had an easy time with this pharmacy. Next time my doctor asks what pharmacy I use, I will say NOT CVS WIXOM.

I have to leave this pharmacy because of the nonstop number of spam phone calls I get daily. I was forced to block the pharmacy’s number, and if I can’t get a call from them when it’s actually important, there’s no point. On to Rite Aid!

I am about nine months pregnant and have been having trouble with getting my diabetic medication and supplies from them durring my whole pregnancy the pharmacy staff think they can do no wrong and the woman pharmacist asks me to do her a favor and go down the road to the target cvs for my script which they then try to charge me for this is by far the most frustrating pharmacy i have ever dealt with they are very rude and interrupt you while youre in the middle of talking to them. I have a problem at least once a month when filling my prescriptions with them they are very unprofessional and stuck up. This cvs really needs a new pharmacy staff or they will just keep loosing customers. This is the most ridiculous pharmacy ever. They are a joke.

When my mother had a painful foot injury, the entire staff helped her out by carrying her to the car and expediting her prescription. I will never forget their kindness.

The pharmacist staff is not friendly and treat you like a number. I have been getting my 2 1/2 year old sons liquid medicine from this locatiin since hes been born. Every single time it gets filled I have to ask for a dropper to give him his meds (think after 2 1/2) years they would know there customers. I have called the 800 number to have my number removed from the reminder call list only to be tricked into opting back in on my last vist. When i questioned the employee about what she was telling me to click yes to (i was told it just a formality). Well guess what it prompted me back in. When I called the pharmacist to express my concerns all he did was make excuses. I will be going to another cvs!

Ive been going here ever since middle school when Id ride my bike here with friends for a chocolate milk. Never fails me.

The pharmacy is awful, called ahead to confirm if theyd have a prescription in stock, arrived and they didnt; I had left my cell phone at home so I asked if they could check to see if any of the nearby CVS had it and the lady [very rudely] told me she could but it would be better for me to do it. Rude and unhelpful, will not be giving them any more of my business.

The pharmacy staff is rude and unhelpful. just 5 minutes ago they put me on hold when I was in the middle of a sentence. Theres never a kind word, they always act irritated at having to speak with you.

I stopped going there because I was getting attitude from the pharmacy, all of them. They think that they know more than my doctor. When they stopped selling cigarettes, they lost a lot of business. Im not opposed to that, but they turned into health nuts. Too bad. I really used to like them.

CVS in general is just inefficient garbage. Website doesnt work half the time. They constantly screw up in the pharmacy and have somehow lost prescriptions. Next time I go in for a refill Im switching pharmacy.
