My family has been coming to the Wixom rite aid for over 10 years and have always had a positive experience. I have had options to go to other pharmacies but the staff at the pharmacy has always offered exceptional service.

I wonder if this store is permanently closing. Ive been shopping at this location for the past 15 years. I have recently been coming in biweekly for nail supplies, but Im forced to go elsewhere due to limited, to no stock all of the sudden.Also, I do not feel safe for myself or my daughter shopping at this location when its dark outside due to ZERO lighting in the parking lot in this entire complex. It is pitch black while walking to and from your vehicle. And why there is a gold mini van constantly parked haphazardly sideways directly at the front door is perplexing.

I love going to the store they have got the best items on clearance (carts filled with it shelf’s filled with it and it’s just about everything a girl could want and then some) the store is always clean the staff is very friendly. You really couldn’t ask for anything more. And I’ve been to other Rite Aid this store is the only one that has so much clearance items. I would check it out I bet you’ll find something that you didn’t even know that you needed LOL I know I have.

Both myself and my gf have had bad experiences with cashiers there. Both of them were elderly ladies. The one has told me twice she couldn’t give me quarters for the dollar bills I was trying to exchange. The second time I even bought something to get change, just for her to say after she couldn’t get into the cash register. Wasted my time. Another cashier yelled at my gf when she tried to grab a pack of gum from the counter. She yelled at her “six feet apart mam” cuz there was another customer checking out, but she wasn’t even close to them. And then made my gf put the gum back (!!) and wait till the checkout line was clear to grab it. Absolutely insane. Treated her like a child. Please teach your cashiers some basic manners and how to do their job.

Ive been to this store twice in the past week.Same cashier, tall dark man, extremely rude on both occasions. If you hate your job move on.I wont go back.

Always have had a pleasant shopping experience here. Deal mainly with the pharmacy. Jim and Mike are top notch and really enjoy them in the pharmacy. Tonight however I went to pick up a prescription and was speaking with Ashlee who is also friendly and knowledgeable when the female pharmacist that was working with her rudely interrupted our conversation to explain to me exactly what Ashlee had already explained when telling her she is already telling me what her co worker told me she rolled her eyes. Transferring this pharmacist would be in the best interest of this store. She is rude to say the least. Jim, Mike & Ashlee keep up the amazing work, you treat your customers with care and respect and that is to be honored.

I called 2 managers at this Rite Aid, for an Arctic Air. They both did not know what it was, even though they go in every aisle of the store. I explained it was a cooler fan. They looked in the refrigerator cooler, instead of on the shelf, because they thought it was a drink. They said they did not have any, when they actually had a few boxes on the shelf. They left me sweating and hot, due to my heat related illness, because they did not know the inventory in their own store. I called a week later, and the manager said they found out what an Arctic Air was, and the previous week that I called, they had some on their shelf at that time. She said they dont know much of the inventory that is in their store. I suffered, because they were unaware of the products they carry in their own store. I had to purchase 3 of the Arctic Air cooler fans at another place.

Excellent service. I have never had a problem with a prescription.

Remodel of interior decor and design is lovely, store is bright and well organized.

I purchased a couple items and wanted 20$ cash back, clerk refused claiming it was to early in the morning to give cash back at 10 Am
