I was driving on I-4 around 11 AM and a piece of metal busted my windshield to the point where the car was not drivable. I originally called a different company and they told me I could drop my car off in 2 days at their location, and that mobile install wasnt available for 2 weeks. I called my insurance and they recommended K&K. K&K were on it and by 3 PM I had a new windshield installed at my office. Good price, great service, and good work. Chris showed up, replaced my window that had been smashed in a car break in, vacuumed up all of the shattered glass and even referred me over to a great guy that came after him and did the tint. Price seemed reasonable and work was well done! Will definitely be using them again.

I needed my windshield replaced, took photos of my old glass and sent it to K&K so they knew exactly the type of factory tinted glass I was in need of. I then spoke to company on phone prior to setting up appointment that I would get the same type of glass tint minus the honda branding on the windshield itself and I agreed to those terms.The next day appointment was cancelled on K&Ks behalf for reasons unknown and I was fine by that and we rescheduled for the following day...cool no problem they was very apologetic which I appreciated.The day they came out I met Bill. A fantastic guy. Thought things was going well until I realized the company gave Bill the wrong glass to install. Bill got on the phone with his company and stood up for me 100%. Bill expressed to his company why did the paperwork show me needing a tinted glass but he was equipped with a completely clear windshield!!!!!! I heard the entire conversation and K&K had no excuse or explanation which made me believe the switch out was intentional and the company tried to pull a fast one on me. Wow I know !!!!! So anyway It was the end of the day so I had to wait for the next day for the correct windshield. Now Im officially DISAPPOINTED at this point!Bill comes out the next day installed the correct glass and leaves, mind you had it not been for Bills amazing customer service I wouldve gave K&K a single or no stars if I could due to them deliberately trying to decive me charging my insurance company a higher grade of glass when a cheaper type is being installed! Be aware of possible insurance scamming here!!!!!

My vehicle has mutiple leaks side windows, windshield and including sunroof. Understanding this company does not do sunroofs I scheduled them to come out to look at my windshield that I believed also leaked.They were hour late from 2 hour time frame. So when the guy gets here he proceeds to tape off windshield so windshield cant leak. He takes a hose pouring water over sunroof for couple min to show me sunroof leaked not windshield. He should have taped off sunroof not windshield to test windshield leak. So as I question this guy as to why and I shut off the hose I opened the door to my vehicle to see water running, not dripping all into my console, radio, and overhead electronics. (Video to prove it). The office people are friendly enough but nothing they can do. Advise is to watch their techs closely! The guy that came here for me simply caused more damage not diagnose.
