I had put off getting a chip in my windshield fixed for months, until it started to spread a tiny bit on the first hot day of the year. I was not looking forward to calling my insurance, answering accusatory questions, and then waiting around for someone to come to our house, especially after seeing how a home-service company did such a novice-job on my elderly Moms windshield months earlier. I was visiting my Toyota Dealership in Sanford (Seminole Toyota) and mentioned the chip to the service associate. My car had a chip in the corner of the laminated drivers side window. I needed a replacement windshield on a Genesis G80 and didnt want to use the standard Safelite service. I contacted Rick who was very assertive in working with me to get the job completed as soon as possible. It took a few weeks for the replacement windshield to arrive but shortly after it did I was contacted and Jeff was set up to come out and perform the replacement. Jeff is a wonderful guy, he did a fantastic job on the replacement windshield and it looks better than the factory job. He even fixed some wobble with the rear view mirror which was present before. Do yourself a favor and use Auto Glass Medics if you need some glass work done, I wish every company operated like them. There is a reason they have a 5 star rating with 100+ reviews.

We called around a few places for quotes and they were by far the most fair. Called them on Friday and Saturday morning the tech showed up and had the glass swapped in about an hour. Excellent service, install looks great and glass appears to be quality. Contacted Rick on Friday to get assistance with my 2003 Toyota Sequoia after Safelite could not replace it due to concerns of rust on the top. He was quick to help and directed me to Kathy for assistance on moving the work order from Safelite to the Auto Glass Medics. The call was painless and easy! Within a day, Jeff came out and had me on the road in less than an hour. During the replacement, he showed me the rust damage source while taking a few extra steps to make sure it doesn’t continue spreading. I called Auto Glass Medics for see about fixing a small star/chip in my windshield. I spoke with the owner, Rick, about the windshield and scheduled a time to have him fix it. While I was having my Toyota serviced, the service tech noticed a chip in my windshield. Rick came out and inspected the chip. Even though I had tint on the entire windshield which prohibited him from treating the chip using conventional methods, he was able to fix 99% of the chip. My wife cant even tell where it used to be. I found this company on Google, around 5 in the morning after someone attemped to get in my car by shattering my driver side window. Originally contacted Safelite, ended up with Auto Glass Medics and was VERY glad I did! They knew exactly how to handle all of the driver assist cameras in my windshield and I never needed to take the car in to Toyota. The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. The night before my Toyota service appointment a rock shattered my windshield. When I pulled in at David Maus in Sanford I asked if they could replace. Rick helped me file my claim with my insurance company and was able to replace it during my appointment. They had my windshield in stock were able to install and NOT have to recalibrate my front camera which would have been an out of pocket cost. So happy with the service! Definitely will recommend this company!
