Me and my partner were driving around Thursday on October 15 when we notice my tired was crack, we quickly drive to tired kingdom and the receptionist quickly turn us away because they closed in 40 minutes. They told us to try tires plus and thank god I did. Not only was I greeted by a very kind and amazing receptionist but how awesome the crew work on my two front tires. The mechanic not only stayed and work on my car til 7:30(which is way over closing hours), but was welcoming enough to show me some thing I needed to work on my car. I am so thankful that this team last night was there to help me get back on the road safe and sound. Amazing customer service! 10 out 10!

I went here back in January to fix a flat tire . I was told I had a nail and that they would plug it for a small fee. Im not a car person so I thought this was standard and it saved me from buying a new tire. A couple months go by and my tire is flat again. I take it to a different tires plus thinking its a new nail and that theyll just plug it again. They tell me I need a new tire and that whoever plugged it originally should have not done so and that I could have been in a serious accident because the nail was right on the sidewall. Very disappointing and concerning.

I have been having some severe car issues these past two weeks after an accident and I brought my car directly to this store. I worked with Andrew and Sean and I was taken such good care of. They were able to get my car repaired and running better than it did even before the accident. I would recommend this store to anyone who wants a family-like environment with caring staff and expert level car work done.

We needed an emergency tire replacement after a nail went through the side wall of our tire. We are from Lees Summit MO and didnt know where to go. Brian took care of us. He only sold us what we needed. One tire. He also got us in and out in about an hour on a busy Sunday morning. Friendly, courteous, fast, reliable...he did business the way it should be done. I had a amazing experience with tire Plus. They were very knowledgeable about my car. I went there for a oil change and a tuneup, because my car was stalling. They let me know I needed a oil change. That also let me know I didnt need a tune up right now. When saved me alot of money and time. Most mechanics will try to charge you for things you dont need. This place was honest, they didnt charge me for things I didnt need. The car is running better than it was before I brought it to them. Employees have an eighteen wheeler blocking the road in and out of the neighborhood and businesses nearby. When asking then to move they said it isnt their problem and told me to go around even though it was the only way to the place I needed to go. Completely unprofessional and Ill never do business with this company because of it.

Ok, if you have an option. Go to this place. Got 2 tires for cheap, oil change, and a fan belt adjustment. My car no longer vibrates like a middle aged womans nightstand drawer. Very friendly customer service and they definitely work as fast as possible. Ill be coming here for anything from now on.

The chief complaint of dragging plastic upon being brought in was completely ignored. The tech referred to the issue as being near the tire, but I could clearly see that the plastic issue I was referring to was not even addressed. Car had to be towed after leaving because they did not address the dragging plastic and only fixed a tire that wasnt even flat yet. I asked them to fix the tire because the tread was low, but the issue stopping me from driving was the plastic scarping on the ground.Manager asked when trying to resolve my issue why I would get a car towed for a piece of plastic. I wonder if he drives around with his car dragging along the floor too.

I’m giving 5 stars simply because there is no option for 10. I’m usually skeptical about going to tire shops because I feel uneasy and I don’t want to deal with them trying to up sell me on things I don’t need.I got a quote for new tires from the manager Paul, he gave me the best deal he possibly could. So I went in and I never once had to ask for an update on my car. He kept me informed and made sure I didn’t wait long. He didn’t try to sell me extras. I had all 4 tires replaced and an oil change and I was in and out in an hour. I will be a returning customer and will also be recommending to others. I came out the first watch across the street and my tire was completely Flat. I was able to make it across the street to the tires plus. Of course I had somewhere to be in about 20 minutes. Paul and his team diagnosed that I had a large hole in the sidewall of my tire and they had me fixed and back on the road in about 15 minutes. Discovered a screw in a rear tire so scheduled an appointment at Tires Plus on Aloma. I had to work so my wife took the truck in for me. Tires Plus quickly looked at the tire and diagnosed the problem. The screw was short so it had not punctured the tire and nothing needed to be repaired. We expected to pay for their time and labor but was told there would be no charge. Really? Absolutely. Thank you Tires Plus! You couldve told my wife we needed a repair or worse but you are stand-up men and served us well. God bless and be well.

I needed new tires and called at 2pm on Sunday not knowing they closed at 4. The Manager said bring it in and they will take care of it. Dropped it off, got a great price on tires and warranties. We got our car right after 4:30 and were very happy with our purchase.Side note this place was SLAMMED on Sunday and the Manager stayed late to fix cars, answer phones and assist with walk ins well after they closed. Most places dont have staff like that, so I HIGHLY recommend this location for tire services.

Wow... Ive dealt with a lot of mechanics in my day and these guys are a step up to say the least. Since this shop got me coming to tires plus after showing me really good customer service I since went to three other tires plus locations and had fantastic results.. speedy turn around knowledgeable and respectful employees clean punctual the works... I went in with my mercedes pulling so bad an alignment couldnt fix it alone.. a body shop woulda charged me 2k or more to pull the frame again these guys got it for less than 400 now it drives almost perfect again and I thought Id never see the day ...HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS BUSINESS!

Extremely pleased with the level of service at this location. Came in for an oil change and tire rotation to only later receive a call from Brian that one of my tires had a nail puncture on the side that I didn’t know about. I went ahead and agreed to have the tire replaced to find out later on there was a communication error over the phone that resulted in a higher than expected charge upon checkout. However, Daniel stepped in to save the day and turned the situation around 180 degrees and made the experience A1! The service here is top notch and the prices are extremely fair.Appreciate the attention to detail and service from both Brian and Daniel!Will come definitely be back to this location in the coming months.

Ive been looking for a good mechanic that does good work for a fair price ever since Ive moved to town. After visiting this place, Im still searching.The techs were very nice and helpful. They diagnosed the issue and clearly explained the work involved. Everything seemed fine.Unfortunately, they also marked up the price of the part needed for repair by 2 to 3 times what it would cost to go down the road and pick it up from the auto part store. I totally understand that theres some shop markup involved, and it does cost something to have the part delivered to the shop or picked up. But 2-3 times the price of retail seems very excessive.Caution to everyone looking to use this shop. Make sure you double check the retail price of parts before you authorize work. They will gouge you.UPDATED:I reached out to social team, since they asked me to send some more information. Information was passed on but nothing ever came of it. So, standing by original post, just beware.

I went to fix a tire that it has a nail, the guest service said let me see the tire, I said ok, once he saw the tire that is perfectly fixable, he said oh you need a brand new tire. I wonder what he was thinking, I was stupid to say yes to buy a brand new tire... My set of tires are new, I went there because, usually I go there and they are friendly and fair and close to my house, today was different and disgusting, people like that will damage the store. I couldn’t see his name.Buyer be aware on this location, you go for something and you may be paying for something that you don’t need it .Be careful

I have taken my car hear multiple times this year. At first I thought they were great but I noticed how bad they cut corners. Dont get me wrong they will do good work if they are not busy, but when they are busy they cut corners. Me and my friends have notice this. I couple issues with them but this last time was it for me. I took my car in just for tire rotation, realignment, and to change the tires, simple. The minute I drove the car I knew it not properly aligned and I could tell it was still off. I came back right away and they told me I had to wait for them to finish with other cars to look at it again.I had drop the car at 10 am and it was then 2 pm. That 4 hours for rotation,alignment, and tire change! They even told me I may even have to leave the car over night. For a simple alignment! I was like ok I get it you are busy but I need this done today because I am leaving road trip soon. So after expressing my frustration they said if you dont want to wait Firestone they can take care you maybe at no cost since they are associated with us. They honestly thought I would wait another couple hours but as soon I said ok I will go to Firestone the man look concerned and tried to get me to stay. That said I went to Firestone and they show me the measurements and stated that it doesnt seem like an alignment was done at all. I kept asking are you sure? They looked at me like I was stupid and were like well here are measurements before and if one was done it a terrible job I dont know what to tell you. So while looking stupid there I realized they had simply put the new tires and hoped I didnt notice they didnt do the alignment. So before you go here ask yourself this if they skip on doing basic things like an alignment imagine what they will skip on with important work on you car? I will give them 3 because they can do good work at times but its important that you have some trust with your mechanic and I do not trust them at all! Also they will push things you dont need all the time. As women I am use to this with mechanics but it doesnt matter who you are they will always try to sell things you dont need or over price at times. Go in there showing you know about cars and speak up on concerns or they will get you.

Service was god. I was told an approximate and reasonable time frame and it was met. The staff was friendly and also let me know about potential issues down the road. Quotes were also prepared for me so I would have an idea of the costs for later. It was a good visit.

Experience was good. Service was a little slow, but as long as you get dropped off you are good to go. This place is always slammed so that is understandable. Great price and great staff. My car was pulling just a little after getting new tires, but they took it back and did a slight alignment tweak and now its perfect. I would recommend this location.

I bought 4 new tires and I noticed a week later that I had a vibration at high speed. I brought it in and asked them if they could help. Their answer was pay us 11.89 per tire and we will balance them. Really ? I just bought tires from you and youre going to make me pay to balance them when it should have been done right to begin with? Also I purchased a plan to rebalance and rotate the tires for free but they didnt mention that. Poor service !

My car broke down and I just made it in before it completely died. The team there quickly identified the problem and gave me a quote. I was most impressed with how friendly the whole team was. Everyone, and I do mean eveyone I talked to greeted me and treated me with courtesy, dignity, and respect. I have an older vehicle which, unfortunately, breaks down often - still cheaper to fix than having a car payment. This location may be on the other side of town from my home, but they have earned my respect, and my business. Highly recommend this location. BTW, since this was my first visit there, I called around to verify the quote for the work and they were in line with three other shops, so their quotes are on point.

Theyre fast, have always been under what I expected for cost, dont try to pressure me into buying things if I dont want to. They give good advice, and are very nice. Love it!

Took my car here after seeing good reviews and Im glad Im also writing a good review. My tire blew out yesterday so I brought my car in today, got two new tires and after looking at my car they said I didnt need an alignment .. Came out to $150 for everything and took about an hour. They were very nice! I price checked with tire kingdom and that would have cost a significant amount more.

We came in here last month cause my wifes car needed tires and a few other things. Based on positive reviews we decided to stop by and very glad we did. Jimmy the manager treated us very courteous and professional, the service done to the car was very satisfactory and no funny business. We had taken the car to the dealer and they had suggested we do brake work among other things. The guys inspected the brakes and adv us that maybe a clean up but nothing major was required.They got the job done and right the first time good job guys!

Went there for 4 tires replacement and alignment. One of the wheels couldnt be taken out and so they only replaced 3 tires. I asked if they could go ahead and do the alignment so that the installed new tires wouldnt be damaged. They insisted that it wouldnt be any good since the car was going to need another alignment after the last tire installed, unless I upgraded to life-time alignment which added another $120, and I agreed to. They did alignment and I left with 3 tires installed. Then, I was able to take the last wheel off the next morning and so I returned to have the last tire installed. After they finished installation, they didnt perform another alignment as they said the day before. I asked them why, and they said it was not needed. Basically I paid the extra alignment for nothing. So I went on and drove the car. Turned out the car was slightly pulling right, and it didnt do that before tire replacement and alignment. So I took the car right back to the shop and asked them to do another alignment since I already paid for life-time alignment and they said I can have as many alignment as I wanted. They now refused to check the alignment for me, blaming the new tires for being defective and I had to be the one contacting tire manufacturer. So I called the manufacturer, and they had me do a simple test by switching tires side to side and see if the pulling change side. It didnt; therefore, the problem was the alignment. I ended up having to pay another shop for alignment and now my car is no longer pulling right. I also have the report from the new shop to prove that this shop didnt perform the alignment properly. Avoid this shop if you dont want to end up in the same situation I was in.

I feel like I have rated this Tires Plus before, but I still have nothing but good things to say about them. I used to bring my old truck here for basic service and they were always friendly, helpful, and quick. I bought a new car a year and a half ago and Ive been getting service at the dealership, but when I left work on a Friday evening to discover a flat tire I didnt think twice about where I would take it to get resolved. When I first got there it was less than an hour till close and they were short-handed. They were upfront about not being able to fix it that night, but they kept my tire patched it first thing Saturday morning and called me when it was ready, so I could come in for them to put it on. Once again, super friendly and accommodating service at a perfectly reasonable price. These guys rock.

Joe, seeing me trying to get in at the stroke of 4pm on Sunday when they were closing, said come on in, and took care of me immediately seeing the nail in my tire. Having bought my tires there over a year ago, it was ready early the next morning all fixed...and NO CHARGE. Joe was very helpful, courteous and efficient despite mykeeping him late on a HOT Sunday afternoon. What a cheerful young man, andI was very pleased with the service overall...recommend highly!

Paid 1000dollars plus to get my car fixed and Im having problems with my car. They stated they dont know why my car my car shuts off and its under warranty. Took the lug off my car and claimed it was never there. Giving me the run around. The mechanic broke my lock deliberately on my door because I complained. I cant even open my car door. Stay away. !Dont go their. 👎

Had a screw in a tire, slow deflation. The guy tells me it could probably not be repaired, then ..well Im almost 90%sure, just want to make sure once we take in we may have to replace the tire.Get a price.... 299.99 for tire.Went to another tire shop, $10.00 (ten dollars)Tire was very repairable!!!!Not even close to the wall a 1 year old tire!!! Go figure.

Was recently back to replace 2 tires I originally bought here because they were due and also have one checked for an air leak. Scheduled an appointment online and left my car. I had to come back the next day because the tire with the leak was getting low even faster than before. I left my car again with Rick and he called me to pick it up saying that he apologized for the air leak and that they missed something on their part. And because of that comped me a brand new tire! Ive been a customer here for over 4 years and its always a pleasant experience. Ricky was very professional, courteous and transparent. Kudos!

This place is great if you dont mind being lied to... The guys who work here want to do as little work as possible and get as much money out of you that they can. Im glad I know about cars, or they would have tricked me into buying a whole new set of tires when I only needed one. Also I needed an alignment and the gut at the counter tried telling me that my car doesnt have tow adjustments (one of 3 alignment adjustments) when it most definately does. Tires are overpriced too. So by all means if you have plenty of money to throw down the toilet and dont mind being made a fool head to tires plus.

I trust tires plus. I used to go to the one over by UCF all the time. I called this one today to get a price or estimate on a few things I needed done. The total came out to 540ish.I then called the next closet one (this one asked me for my phone number to look me up, which the other one didnt). I asked them the same questions and the total came out to 285. Im just immensely confused on how that can happen. Especially with that big of a gap.Wont ever be going to this location.

I came here to get a nail repair done on my tire. I forgot I had lost my wheel lock key and they asked me for it at the desk. I agreed to pay the $100 tab for breaking the locks, replacement of lugs and nail patch to the tire. Not more than 2 minutes later the gentleman said he randomly found a key that fits my wheel locks and hes giving it to me for free. So all I have to pay is to patch the tire! Cant beat quality customer service like that.
