Not sure why others had bad experience. I received prompt calls and was given information as needed. Windshield was replaced at my home with friendly service. They were also able to work with my insurance in order to get a different windshield than originally approved. Overall excellent experience with advanced auto glass!

Eddie did a great job. We had our side glass bust out. Eddie cleanse dup all the broken glass and Replaced the window perfectly. These are the folks who do all the work for land rover so you know they have to be good.

Friendly folks, work hard to satisfy. Have used them several times and they always come through. Gus is the best technician! Thorough, fast, and truly professional.

Avoid this company. Took them two weeks to pick up a windshield and they never call back to inform you of status. Once they picked it up they needed another week to schedule install. I called another windshield company and they were able to turn it around in 3 days. Once I called Advanced Auto Glass to cancel they were not happy. Stop sleeping on the job and maybe you’ll retain some customers!

Thank you for the great service you provided on such short notice. The passenger window of my car was broken by a thief on Tuesday, by Wednesday morning you had it replaced! Excellent service and price.

Did not return calls for days. They finally called back to schedule appointment and then never showed up for that appointment. Horribly unprofessional.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!!I had my windshield replace on my Suburban and it looked okay except for the large uneven visually blocking black strip all around the new window. I dont know, maybe this is normal, but when i drove it, there was a not so nice whistling, whining sound coming from somewhere around the windshield so I called them while on the road and they said maybe something didnt get tightened down. Come to find out, when I stopped 10 miles away through town, down I-4, someone said, Hey theres some plyers on your roof. And yes there were a pair of needle nose plyers stuck to my roof with some kind of glue, so then I started looking...!Well, there are blackish finger smudges all over the inside of my headliner, the headliner is ripper on both sides, the interior thing that covers the side of the window is loose and theres a cut like a razor blade but on the exterior rubber sealing thing. Also on the exterior rubber pieces that are supposed to be put back in to protect from leaks and whining noises, they are half in and half out, loose and just not done right. Just plain poor poor poor workmanship!So, I figure, id swing back by there and they could tweak up the repairs, tighten whatever, fix and headliner and oh yeah, give them their plyers back. But NO, these schmucks tell me it was already like that and they dont touch those things when installing a windshield and basically said sorry about your luck. Livid! tell you! I am so upset, to say the least! I have an older suburban but keep it in perfect condition, no leaks, no rips, no rattles, if it breaks or even looks like it going to break, then I fix it.These scumbags are the epitome of awful repairmen. Unfortunately i let my insurance company pick them and they were close, here in Winter Park, but they suck to say the least!Yes Ive complained to the insurance company, so they called them and these UnAdvanced Auto Glass people sold them on the same story and stated it wasnt their fault.Now ive got to deal with my insurance company, write bad reviews about this company so they will fold and we wont have to deal with these scum as much and still have to get the whining and rips repaired and fixed.dadgummit! what is wrong with people these days!Bottom line, dont let your insurance company use these guys, dont go to these guys unless you like to be abused and told that its your fault.

Ditto, i used them a while back and didnt think theyd still be in business. Did a bad job on my wifes window replacement, doesnt roll up easily after they finished and said it was just old and need a new motor. Bad people!

Absolutely Horrible company!!!! I made several calls attempting to get my windshield fixed and they told me and my insurance company they were ordering the part. They NEVER even tried to order it. But it worked out, because based on the other horrible reviews I saved myself the headache of bad service.
