They helped me with my tire air pressure problem, that so many other places could not resolve. Instead of ordering me a new tire and having to pay more than $100 for a new tire, they offered to check and got the issue resolved for $25. They were very nice, trustful and saved me money, I will be coming here again in the future when needed.

I was in the area for a family vacation, car’s AC suddenly stopped working on the road. We could not stand the heat and took it to a nearby repair shop. The people here were so friendly and helpful, we were so lucky to have received their help! Thank you particularly to Shane, who was extremely kind!

Had an alignment and wheel balance done on my Mercedes Benz, the entire staff was great and my ride is smooth as can be. Definitely recommend them.

I always get great service here and today was no exception. Sadly Im dropping them to 4 stars due to lack of Covid protocols in place. They did have the waiting room chairs spaced ( thank you!) But there were no masks worn, no shield at the counter and they even still had a candy dish out for people to reach into. Its a little soon for this for me personally. No matter, Ill be back.

I went in with no appointment hoping to find a cheap new tire to replace one on my car that had a damaged sidewall. Their cheapest was a bit high for my purpose. Immediately a used tire was suggested by the friendly young man at the counter. They had one in stock and had it on the car and done in half an hour! Great price and service! Definitely be checking back here for future needs!

Once again the staff here have proved they deserve my business! Tire light came on right before a big trip today so I wanted to make sure everything was good before I took off. I was told it would be little a bit, so I asked how long because I was leaving soon. Instead of saying itll take x amount of time, the service man (sorry I didnt catch his name) spoke right up and said he would take care of my tire rotation using floor jacks instead of the lift. Once again proving their customers really are important them. Thanks guys!!!

There was a lot going on the day I took my husband’s truck to be repaired. He was in the hospital ( emergency admission) and I had no way to get truck home. The people at Tires Unlimited were so kind. I was given a ride home and then when truck was repaired they drove it home for me. Their service is stellar. The work was done efficiently and completely and also warranted. I highly recommend this business! They are fair and kind. Qualities that need to be recognized.

Love everyone here! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Theyve saved my butt on many occasions when my car just decides to give up. I didnt even make appointments. Prices are great, they explain what they need to do and why and will call if they find theres more that needs to be done. Theyve been my mechanics since I started driving in 2012.Theyre sweet, caring and GREAT at their job. Perfect place to drop your car off then spend the afternoon walking downtown.Youre in good hands with these guys.

Shane was excellent. Helped me get brand new tires and an alignment. Checked my brakes for me and instead of charging me for new brakes was honest and told me they were completely fine. Really friendly and great people over there. Appreciate the excellent help!

Warm, friendly, great service at a fair price. My car tire pressure light seemed resolved after a quick addition of air to all tires, but I was encouraged to come back for a closer check and it was discovered a repair was needed. I really appreciated the care and concern for my safety and the promptness of the service.

This place is the absolute best! Theyre all Christians and they treat single women especially well. Ive used them for 10 years and theyve gone above and beyond to help me. Ive called them from the side of the road for advice and they even came to my work once last year with an air tank AFTER HOURS when I had a flat. Theyre such sweet gentlemen and I just love them! They may not always be cheap but they do tons of inspections for free and if they tell you you need something repaired you really do. The most trustworthy people Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. Oh, and they will pick your car up from work if local, work on it, and bring it back after theyre done, or come pick you up to come get it. Theyre seriously the best.

I was going out of town and wanted them to check my tires, however the lady ( I think her name is Sandra) at the front desk told me they could do a pre trip inspection of not only the tires, but the oils, coolant, etc. I left my car with Doug who was so pleasant and he called me and let me know the things that were needed and which is most urgent. When I went to pick up my car Edgar explained everything to me and made recommendations. Overall it was a pleasant experience, they were very professional and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them.

I will always trust Tires Unlimited for all of my repairs and tire purchases. I went in for the A.C. test but I was informed of my vehicles serious issues. I was told of costs before any work done and advised of the most important repair to be done first. I was not charged for examining my vehicle. Everything was throughly explained to me to make sure I understood what the problems were and how they were to be corrected. I will be bringing my vehicle back to continue with the rest of repairs to be done. Everyone is very friendly and I was offered a ride home and a pickup when vehicle was done. I took my 1999 Expedition to have my ac compressor replaced. They replaced the compressor, flushed the system and replaced O rings. The ac worked great. Ten months later the compressor started making a little bit of noise. I took it back to them to have it checked out. The system was working as it should, but they did not hesitate to check it out at no cost to me. The staff was courteous and professional, I would definitely recommended them to others.

I recently just started visiting Tires Unlimited for some of the car issues I was having after I got into a bad car accident about six months ago. They have amazing customer service, as well as a genuinely friendly staff. Not only did they fix problems I needed fixed in a timely manner, they also went above and beyond and fixed my drivers side door that I havent been able to fully close since my accident - without charge! They took their time to fix something they seen needed fixing, and didnt hesitate to do so. Most trust worthy co Ive ever dealt with. My auto dealer after free oil change suggested over $800 worth of maintenance items at less than 30,000 miles including changing my windshield wipers ( my husband changed the week before) .I checked my auto mtnse. Book and then brought to Tires Unlimited for check and I didnt need any of the suggested repairs. My whole family comes here now. a great company and wonderful people work here. Sharkey treated me with such respect and bottom-lined the cost of my repairs. Others in the area quoted upward of $3000 to fix my car. Sharkey provided a different (much lower) quote, put it in writing, dated it, signed it, made a copy to put in my file, and handed me the original. I love these people. They actually care and are the farthest thing from crooked mechanics. They treat the community members with love and respect. Trust these guys.

Honest and professional service (with a smile)! My Moms Camrys steering was making a sound that worried her. She took her car to Tires Unlimited because of their reputation for honest and skilled service. They exceeded her expectations. Doug and Sharkey took great care of her, quickly diagnosing the cause of the problem and then letting her know that it was not something that required an immediate repair. I know of other shops who would have quickly taken advantage of her, charging an unnecessary $700-$1000 repair bill. Not Doug and Sharkey! Our bill for their expert diagnosis was $0! This family owned business represents what it really means to be a serve the community. I know that my Mom is going to only come here from now on. I have done business with Tires Unlimited for well over 45 years. They have always provided excellent service and high-quality work. I highly tecommend them!

So, I wanted an alignment. Decent and competitive prices for services for sure. Unfortunately they told me they would not be able to do the alignment because of uneven wear on my back tires so I would have to purchase new tires to do it. Seems weird since you can align drag slicks on race cars without tread at all, yet they have a laser guided machine that can only use new/unworn tires to work. Found out later, this is known as a good ol boys shop. And I unfortunately, am not one. Bait and gouge shop. Im sure theyd want to sell me turn signal fluid if they could.

I have been going to Tires Unlimited for years. Doug, Sharky, and the other staff are consummate professionals. These folks have the one ingredient that you cant franchise: good people. You can rest assured you will be sold only what you need and nothing more. When the job is done its vacuumed and the tires clean. Old school service built on reputation is what you can expect. They give sound advice that makes economic sense to the customer, often at Tires Unlimiteds expense.

Had two nails sticking out of a tire. One of the nails was slightly to off the middle tread. One mechanic didnt even notice two nails, thought it was only one, the other two mechanics wouldnt even consider looking at it for a patch.They all wanted around $180 for one tire and install.Took it here, they pulled the nail that worried us right out as it hadnt actually penetrated the tire. All done in about 15 minutes with a tire that was brand new for dirt cheap.Very satisfied overall with our experience here.
