Had a vehicle that was worked on by another body shop, that Glen at Trim Tech said he would continue working on. Vehicle needed new core support and bumper/grill/fender replaced.Glen knew I was trying to save some money which is why I went to the other body shop in the first place. After they werent able to work on it because of the extensive damage, I went to Trim Tech.I didnt have a problem spending money on parts that were broken and needed replaced, and that was evidenced by choosing to buy a new condenser, even though it was questionable whether I needed one or not.When I picked the vehicle up after Glen and his team finished, everything looked good at first, but then realized he had put back on a broken piece of grill trim (which completely fell off soon after) as well as electrical taped the hood arm back into place, instead of getting a new clip for it.(see picture)When I asked Glen about why he had used electrical tape on the hood arm, he told me that he was trying to save me money and that he would order me a new clip and call me when it came in. (see message screenshot)He never called me back.The thing I take issue with more than anything is that Glen was not open and honest about the work his guys did, and then never made things right even though he said he would.Honesty is everything in his business.I even asked him if there was any other parts I needed to buy as his team started working on it. I went in for a small repair and the owner looked at it pulled the small dent out and put my light back in and told me to give him lunch money. These days and times people are all about $ but it feels good to know that its still people out here who will look out for you. After our car was hit while parked in front of our town home, we visited numerous body shops to receive a quote to repair the damages. Everyone said we would need a new hood. We decided on Trim Tech and are extremely pleased with the results. The car looks as good as new on the front (where the damage was located). The cost of the repair was lower than expected.

Came to have a part installed, the part ended up being deffective so i ended up not having it installed and with a $250 bill, a month later I received a new part and i decided to install it myself. I took apart my vehicle and noticed many necessary bolts were missing. I purchased my vehicle brand new with only 8 miles this was the first time my was worked on so it was them, my car would never have left the factory with 7 missing bolts inside the grille and fender.
