Everything is beautiful in this store !Friendly Service. Pricy but worth it.

A great place to find speciality items, holiday decor, jewelry, womens clothing, bakery, and so much more. Staff very helpful and great customer service. The prices are a bit high, but most items were of good quality.

First time in there today, great store, lots of fun stuff, and really nice staff!

My wife loves the place, I can take it or leave it.

Always a beautiful place to shop and browse. Not very impressed by the employees... They noticably judge the customers by appearance. I would consider the store to be high-end, but some customers didnt seem to have the same attention/experience as others.

I went to Salem creek specifically for the Pandora charms. Francesca the woman working the counter was honestly the reason I’ll be giving my business back to Salem creek. She made the entire purchase as pleasant as possible asking about the gifts for my mom, and the past experiences from Pandora the store. She was so wonderful. And I can’t rave enough about this place or her. She was so patient and kind. And made us feel so welcomed.

Right now there is a small clothing sale there with lovely coats reasonably priced. Staff is attentive but not pushy.

Salem Creek is a Destination. The store is enchanting from sights and sounds to the aroma of hot tea and cinnamon to the fresh air of linen and the ocean. If you want to be swept away to an old-fashioned Chrismas, a Fall Season with all the trimmings, or focus on Spring/Summer garden parties with family and friends and unique decorating...spend an hour or an afternoon ! This is or was a wonderful shop. They have gotten away from the uniqueness that was their best feature. I still love the store and always go in hoping to see new items. I am overwhelmed by the rug department and cant imagine the need for it. There are certain employees who are wonderful people and I have never had anyone follow me around and I usually look like a bum. The Department 56 section is being scaled down and to me it was the main draw as it was so magically displayed. I like that they are closed on Sundays and which that all stores would follow their example.

I LOVE THIS STORE!!!!!!!I used to be a NICU nurse/ Clinical Manager at a nearby hospital. There were many days that I worked long shifts. When I needed to regroup and refresh, I went to Salem Creek and walked around. That always made me feel much better. I also had to buy something every time because they have so many amazing things. I also had had a few neck surgeries and wore a cervical collar for a long time. Every time I went to Salem Creek a few of the staff would ask how I was feeling. So Kind!!!! Later when I was unleashed from the collar, the owner approached me and said she noticed that I had no collar on and kindly asked how I was feeling. She has always been so kind and is always smiling. Most recently, my husband, my Service Dog In Training and I were shopping for Christmas at Salem Creek. One of the ladies working there was so nice and she asked us if we wanted her to take a picture of us by the big Santa. We were so excited and we ended up with several awesome family pictures on my phone. How often do we get a shopping experience like that?Salem Creek has many different departments. I have several Vera Bradley backpacks from there. I have beautiful furniture and decor from there.They have specialty foods and samples to try. They have coffee, jewelry, etc. I could go on and on. There is something for everyone.Thank you Salem Creek for bringing so much joy to my heart and beauty to my home!

I only really go here around Christmas because its beautiful. They do have a good selection of items to interest everyone. I do hate that most of the sales associates are snobby. Most of them will only help the dressed up ladies and not even bother to even greet or talk with the other customers. I buy stuff there on occasion but I guess I dont look the part. Went there with my family today and not one employee talked to us. Being nice goes a LONG way, especially in such an expensive store.

This is a cute shop with a wide variety of home decor, jewelry, purses, and food products. I enjoy their samples of different cheese balls, nuts, coffees, and other snacks. Their coffees are very fresh and have some interesting flavors.

Always a females version of eye candy, but a bit pricey. You will things there though you will not find anywhere else.

Its fantastic and I really like there wide variety of department 56 Halloween village its really amazing because i get a lot of that and it is really great but I do not like that they are not open on Sundays.
