I love the store, is just a little expensive, but the merchandise is awesome

Huge selection of geeky goodies. I was able to find several things I love! Staff was polite, knowledgeable of inventory and if they were out of stock of something that I was looking for they checked online to see if it was available to ship to their store!

I normally love going to this store. But I recently have been to the mall a few weeks ago and I tried going in and I had worn a shield facemask that covered the bottom part of my face and then was chased down by the cashier and was told I had to wear a cloth mask or get out due to new store policies. Why isn’t my mask acceptable when even 80 feet away outside the store a mall Santa can sit with a face shield on?And then I came back to the mall a few days ago and their were only 5 other customers in the store and I was told that they were over capacity and that I couldn’t come in. I really loved shopping here It was a fantastic store for fellow nerds like myself :) but I do not feel like a welcomed guest shopping at this store anymore. 😔

If you want to go broke finding things from your favorite movies or shows, this is the place to go. They have things that you wouldnt even expect to see and you know you have to get something while youre there. One of my new favorite places to visit.

Was excited to visit this store for the first time... All the employees stood at the register on their phone and talked. Not one person talked to us or anyone around us. It was a very busy day, so you would think they would want the sales. I was looking for a particular item and asked one of the employees for help. She was very short with me and seemed like she was frustrated that I needed help.I love the mission of the store, but cant stand beside a brand new store in my area with no customer service.

Two people were working the store and one of the people working there, linsy, was very rude and had an attitude. Never coming back!!!! I don’t recommend you waste your time here.
