I am happy to report on the new field service being offered through Winston Tractor. This worked out great for our situation. Last Wednesday the field service agent showed up right on time to our barn to service our Ford-New Holland 3430 tractor. We had waited less than 1 week for this appointment. Bobby was likeable, knowledgeable, polite and skillful. He has the heart of a teacher, and seems to love his job. He seemed happy to explain everything as he checked and cleaned working parts and showed me features of the tractor that I had not previously appreciated. I liked the fact that he didnt talk down to me, a female and a widow. He cleaned the water separator, cleaned the grid behind the front grill, greased all the fittings, checked the gear oil in the front wheels, changed the oil, changed all the filters: transmission, oil, air, and fuel filters. He showed me where to find the transmission fluid filter, aka hydraulic fluid filter and to watch that for dents or damage after bushhogging. He explained the liquid used in the back wheels and the needed air pressure of 36 psi in the front tires. He gave advice on how to maintain the tractor for long usefulness. It was so much fun to impress my 2 adult sons with all my new tractor knowledge! Thank you Bobby! It was a great day. We have been using the tractor since this service and it runs great, definitely better than before all this was accomplished.
Front service staff was polite and helpful, however after waiting a month or so for them to fix the stabilizer on my tractor I get it back and it looks like this. Chewed up from tools that they used and then they spray painted it to fix the chew marks but didn’t bother to cover the stabilizer arm so now there’s black spray paint all over it.
Not very accommodating. I can see why they have 3.5 stars. I left work early on Friday to try out all three brands. My wife and I are ready to buy a tractor but are inexperienced. These folks were not very accommodating for inexperienced folks like us. At 4:45 they started closing up and salesman, Jordan, started staring at his watch. I noticed and started rushing, but at 4:50 he still said there wasnt enough time to test drive last make, a New Holland. Test drive would have been 5 minutes. I had planned to get 3 quotes before I left and review over weekend along with other quotes so we could make our decision.UPDATE: Just spent my money on a new 60 HP tractor. Pushing customers out the door before 5pm on Friday doesnt pay, Winston Tractor.
Jordan was polite and knowledgeable about equipment I was looking for. All in all always a good experience with then.
This is a excellent dealership to do business with hands down! We were looking to trade but no one in our area would even give us a FAIR trade price and was told by a local New Holland dealership not to go to Winston Tractor and with that in mind I had to find out. That was the best decision we ever made, the service was unlike anything we Had ever experienced, kind, helpful, and gave us a fair price! No run around, Mr. Jordan was very knowledgeable and professional! It was a 200 mile round trip for us but worth every mile! Thank you

I had two lawnmowers that needed to be fixed. Dan the service manager is the man! His service crue did an excellent job on both my lawnmowers. These people are super nice...great customer service...I couldnt bring my mowers to them due to my truck was in the shop...so they were able to pickup & deliver back my mowers for me at a good price...Thanks Winston Tractor service dept for all you have done for me. If I need any other service on my lawnmowers, I would definitely bring them back to Winston Tractor comp.

Called looking for parts. Was on hold 18 minutes. Then told I would receive a return call. Never returned the call. I will take my business where its wanted.
Customer service is very poor. Spend 50k on machine and no one give you run down on how everything works and blames you for everything save yourself the hassle go to John Deere where customers service actually matter. Jordan Collins my salesman refuses to sale me any other equipment for my machine. Poor poor customer service
I went to Greensboro tractor today to look at a Mahindra. I had truck And trailer ready with me for purchase. When I walked in the 2 old men at the counter Didn’t acknowledge me until I said something to them. The guy whom had called me was gone and they didn’t know when he would be back. They didn’t offer to help at all. They obviously didn’t want to sell a tractor today. SO I went to Winston Tractor where they have many to choose from and was out there 30 ish minutes and no one come out to help. Going some where else now!

I purchased an Emax25 S. To date I have 225 hours. This tractor has been a nightmare to maintain. Within about 50 hours the seat broke and Winston Tractor did not want to replace at first, but they did. The fuel tank developed a leak and after replacing it, I found out from Johnson Automotive in Bethany, CT that a recall had been issued. I did not receive a notice. I called the service department and the service manager did not know of any recall and told me to call Mahindra customer service. I did and they denied any recall. I called Dusty Steelman at Winston Tractor and within 30 seconds, he determined a recall had been issued. Several weeks passed and I never received a call and again called Dusty who said they wouldnt help me. The new seat broke again, and out of warranty, I repaired the seat. When mowing, the radiator screen will become clogged and the engine will cut off. This happens quite often and after cleaning the screen and waiting for the engine to cool, the engine starts. This is very annoying that the machine is so sensitive to debris. The next items to go out was the brake start/safety switch and the fuel sending unit. I ordered from Johnson Automotive as Winston Tractor prices are higher. Right now, I have an axle seal that is leaking and needs replacing. A deck pulley bearing locked up, breaking a new belt, causing a repair. The mower is heavy and does mow good, but I never know what is going to break next. I would not recommend the Mahindra lawn tractors and would certainly not but any parts from Winston Tractor.
I have not bought from them yet but based on our 1st visit to the dealership they were polite very professional and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them as a solid long term dealership. And their pricing seems very competitive from my shopping so far.
We bought a used Mahindra tractor from Winston Tractor. Dan and the service team have been more than helpful both before and long after the sale. They are great examples of excellent customer service that is so rare to find these days! We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal, honest and helpful sales staff and excellent customer service.
Poorest excuse of a dealership. Service Dept/Manager are a complete joke. Tractor has been on their property now for six months being repaired and still getting jerked Around with excuses. No one in management will communicate with me and now they have a mechanic call me with an update that has no end in site. Total Cowards!!!’

USED CAR SALESMAN TACTICS - They will talk you in to a sale even if its not what you want. Then when you go to return it they will charge you an arm & a leg restocking fee even though the equipment was never used and theyre going to put it right back on their lot and sale it again. Manager could care less if I was a happy customer. I will take my business elsewhere.Oh and another thing - their prices are higher also.
I purchased parts for a Ford 8n and they had what I needed in stock. Ive read some of the negative comments on Google and to be honest, guys you need to clean these comments up, by making your customers happy, it doesnt look good. Im seriously looking into buying a midsized loader tractor and looked into your mahindra line only because of the price, and Im looking into a kabota from Mt airy. Ive dealt with a lot of dealers from anything from boats to cars and trucks to tractors, good and bad dealers and comments from customers are very important to me. If I were a dealer I would make every customer as satisfied as I could even if I was forced to take a loss at times.
Miss Mid-South tractor. Winston tractor is a lot farther I called them they ordered the parts. They call me back and told me parts were in when I got there they had the parts ready and waiting for me. I also had a few questions for their service department they were very helpful. Very nice helpful people made the ride worth it.
Buyers beware if you purchase equipment and pay for it and want it to be delivered 2 to 3 weeks after you buy it this is the place you need to buy from and watch the sales staff they’ll talk to you with a silver Bottom line shop around before you buy from these people
Rudest salesman. I called asking about used equipment. He cut me off before I could even finish my sentence saying they don’t sell used equipment (which is a lie), that I should try Craigslist, and proceeded to hang up on me. I was on the phone with him less than 20 seconds. It’s a shame, too. This dealer is less than 5 miles from my house. I’ll never give them a penny.He shouldn’t have cut me off so soon considering I’m in the market for new hay making equipment this spring. Hope he reads this. Good luck, bro!
Dan Macarthur was so easy to work with, no pressure at all. We just moved to NC and with 6 acres my husband definitely needed a compact tractor so we went with the Mahindra 533. We also decided to purchase a trailer as well 3 attachments since the process was so comfortable to us. Service dept really took the time to answer all of my husbands questions...thank you Bobby! I would recommend them as well as buy from Dan again if the need arises. Thank you all so much!
Disappointed. Purchased a brand NEW 55HP Mahindra from them and the purchase was easy. I knew exactly what I wanted, they didnt need to sell me, I had already done the research. The issue is after the sale. I have had issues with the tractor and their responses to my calls for assistance have been sub par. My husband went down to talk to them in person because I hate the tractor (having a lot of issues with it) and their reaction to him face to face was similar to my experience over the phone. I have to say that I am really disappointed. I have a LOT of folks stop me to ask about Mahindra and my reply is I should have stayed with my green tractor. The sale was fine, the follow up / continued level of service was not.

Bought a New Holland C227 Track Loader. Sale went smooth with Jeff. Delivery and pickup went smooth. Great dealership to buy your new tractor or skid steer from.
Not open on Saturdays even though the website and google states they are after driving 40 minutes. It seemed it was a good place to buy a tractor, but really, how a working people supposed to be able to take a day off to buy a piece of equipment. Hope to have better experience in the future. Just update the times you are open.

Never again, they ordered the wrong part and want to charge me a restocking fee to refund my money. Then said if it was opened it couldnt come back. Had to try it to see it wouldnt fit. So I am out 250.00 all days labor and 2 trips from Burlington to Winston and he still wants more money to make it right.

Not impressed at all Service Dept Manager lied to me after I had a baler repaired that done the same thing after a healthy bill to change a cheap part and didnt fix problem then when I called him and told him it wasnt fixed he couldnt send any one to the field and then called back and stated their computer was down just total BS not professional and doesnt stand behind products or service work I promise I will never deal with again the sad thing is I bought a baler and a tractor from them

We cant do warranty wrk on on a machine not purchased from us because Mahindra doesnt pay for it ... this is not only unethical, illegal its against their franchise agreement with Mahindra.. Be very careful with this dealer ...Im certain you cant buy parts for a tractor from another dealerOr take a trade from another dealerCertainly not sell implements to attach to a tractor from another dealer.Take the ride and support someone else

In the past year we have bought a Mahindra 1533 tractor with grapple and an Encore zero turn mower, we are quite pleased with both pieces of equipment as well as the service we’ve received from Jeff. If the need for another piece of equipment arises we will be back to Winston Tractor.
My husband purchase a new tractor in march 2018. We have been tiring to get the owner manual for it with no luck.
Im not a fan of the service here. Pricey for sure, whether buying or repairing.
