I appreciate Pella and their assistance in my front door replacement. Every person I spoke with was courteous and understanding of my concerns. The service technician, Wesley, who completed the installation was fantastic. There was a noticeable difference in color and a few scratches and he kindly let me have my panic attack allowing me enough time to realize the door would still be beautiful. He did a small amount of touch up and brought the door in so I could how it was going to look before he hung it. We both had a laugh at all of my questions. I would highly recommend Pella. Their service and support does not end after the sale.

We wanted to get our basement doorframe and door replaced. We had our initial consultation with Dalton, who was on time, professional and friendly to chat with. He worked with us to give us a quote closer to our anticipated budget. He told us Greg would be in contact to follow up and come inspect the door again and do measurements. Greg called the next day and then came the day after that. Unfortunately, after further inspection, he told us they would not be able to do the job after all because of the way concrete was poured into the commercial grade steel frame and they couldnt guarantee structural damage when they removed the frame. Although they were unable to do the job, we appreciated their responsiveness and honesty instead of stringing us along and perhaps causing damage.

Brad came to our home to discuss possibly replacing our windows in our sun porch. Instead he showed us how to clean them and then proceeded to do just that for us …..way above the call of duty. He was the ultimate professional and we are so grateful. Would give him 10 stars if we could

Efficient and superb workmanship in the removal of the old and installation of the two new entrance doors of our home. Both look super and are solid & energy efficient to boot. We choose the blinds within the glass panes and they are perfect. And our cats cannot fray the blinds! Should have done this years ago!!

We just returned home from a doctor’s appointment and our Pella front glass storm door lock is jammed. We have tried to open it from the outside and from the inside, even taking the handle off, and we cannot open the door at all. THIS DOOR IS OUR SAFETY EXIT! We received a frustrating time with Pella — having to listen to a lengthy series of options and then to a series of descriptions of the wonders of Pella. In short, Pella doesn’t have any personnel for emergencies. The first call I made, I was referred to “Pella Storm doors,” but given the WRONG number, an 866 area code number.If we have an emergency, Pella is responsible! Pella makes quality windows. This is our third project with Pella. Our first was in Iowa. We had lower heating bills that winter even though it was colder on average than normal. When we moved to North Carolina and realized we needed new windows there was no question where we would go. This is our second Pella project on this house. Pella is expensive so we divided window replacement into two projects over two years. Working with Bob Evans on both projects has been a pleasure.

The team at Pella Winston-Salem was excellent to work with. From our very first conversation with Kurt at the showroom, they were very helpful with us in selecting the type windows that would be best for our total replacement project-18 windows total. Since we wanted to coordinate the window replacement with a total siding replacement, they were also very flexible in scheduling in order to coordinate with the siding project. Kenny and Jason, our installation team, were outstanding! They got the job done in 2 days with minimal disruption, made a suggestion that helped us with the siding project underway, and did some extra touches that helped us in getting our blinds back up. We are very pleased with the finished product--the windows and window frame wrapping look great and our house looks like a new house! And the nice part is that our heat has not cut on near as much now that we have the new windows installed!

The salesman was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. He explained all the variables and made sure I understood. Pella is pricey but I believe you get what you pay for. Looking forward to the installation!

They just completed a installation of a front door. Like the previous projects they have done for me, it went smoothly and I am very pleased. This door was of the quality I have come to expect from them and the installation resulted in a door that was air tight, closes and opens easily, and is secure. Would definitely recommend giving these folks a call.

He offered expert advice for our situation even though it did not result in a sale for him due to the circumstances of our home construction. Great experience. Professional from start to finish. You get what you pay for not the cheapest not the mos expensive but definitely a great product. We had a tricky situation at my house and it was explained well to me and handled correctly.

So far our experience with Pella has been great. Our sales man, Brad, has come out to our home twice and both times has been polite, professional, and easy to work with. We felt no pressure into buying and were walked through the numbers until we felt comfortable purchasing. We look forward to our delivery and installation!

Went to store today to look at patio doors, french style, the guy takes us to an 8 thousand dollar sliding door. . Told him that was more than we wanted to spend and he offered no other options, I know Pella. has doors in different price ranges, matter fact we had already priced one elsewhere. Gave one star only because we had to to review.

Went here on a Saturday at 10:50 am. There sign hours show open but no one was there. Drove there for nothing. There was no holiday and no note on there door saying why they were closed. What a waste of our time.

This was one of the worst buying experiences during my lifetime. After retained a substantial amount of my money for down payment for over six months I still did not have a window and the customer service was the worst I have EVER experienced. After months of lies from Pellla I contacted corporate to get my money back and was finally told the window could not be made. So much for the sales pitch of “if you can dream it we can make it” (another lie). I was finally refunded my money after corporate got involved but no window and no interest on my money they kept for over six months. Buyer be aware and I will never do business or recommend anyone to purchase from this company.

Our salesman, Mr. Michael Harless, did a phenomenal job. From discussing the options, to measuring each opening, to helping with warranty issues, he was always there for us. Great job, Michael! We are well satisfied with our chosen Pella products, and satisfied with Pella’s service. They stand by their products. Michael helped us through changing every window in the house, and replacing two sliding glass doors. A third sliding door was converted to a large single pane window that we really enjoy.

Dont buy a storm door, they do not service them. They will sell you parts for it but then you have to pay someone else to install it. For the price you pay for the door, you would think your buying Quality, and service or least the opportunity to have it serviced from Pella. BE AWARE
