Communication is awful, and heaven forbid you be unsatisfied. They were supposed to deliver shingles onto the roof so my father and I could install them. The driver was supposed to call me before he arrived. Neither of those happened. We came home to shingles sitting in my yard and the place already closed. Could not find a way to get them onto the roof for the life of us. Now, dad is back home 7-8 hours away, and they wont return the stupid things. Called and left a message. A week with no response. Went in person to complain. Guy acted very concerned and said hed send a delivery truck to pick them up. Another week of nothing. I have $1,300 worth of shingles sitting in my front yard killing my grass. So angry and so done with this place. Never buying a single thing from them again.An Update- They finally took the shingles back almost a full month after I first complained. Now, its been another whole month since then and the refund isnt even showing up as pending on my credit card. Really wish I could flip the bird to this business more than I already have. They still owe me over a thousand dollars.Update to the Update- Apparently the person who filled out the refund form didnt understand that it was requesting I be there in person to swipe the card. Incidentally, he doesnt work there anymore. Kudos to the new manager for figuring it out when I called to complain again. Hopefully never stepping foot in the building again.

Poor management. Things went wrong and still waiting for their truck to pick up the shingles. Grass is dead where the pallet is setting ! They dont answer the phone whenever we call. Please get your shingles off the lawn !

Best building materials supplier Ive ever worked with on a remodeling project. Stocked a lot of products we needed and if they had to special order anything it came in when they said it would. When we really looked at pricing by product they were much lower than Lowes or Home Depot. Chad and Armando were great to work with and helped us not make mistakes ordering the wrong materials. All I can say is their price may look higher at first but they put in everthing we needed for each part of the job and their competitors did not. After looking at everthing they were supplying they were thousands less on materials than Lowes, our cabinet man, Windows, and decking. Working with our contractor and Eastern we finished the entire job before Lowes was going to deliver the cabinets.
