Found this gem when going through the area and decided to try it. I love cheesecake. But this is the BEST cheesecake I have EVER had!! I bought several items to take home to my family and all was amazing. But you have got to try that cheesecake!!

Clean. Spaced out seating for a quick bite. I tried the goat cheese croissant and a bite of the goat cheese rosemary biscuit. I took home a biscuit and another croissant. I will definitely be back!!

Baked just so is a locally owned small business bakery that makes some of the best coffee and treats around! My wife and I love visiting here and trying many of the new and exciting things being baked up. We also love the regular items that are always amazing and fresh daily.When available, dont pass up on the Smores cookies, they are amazing and go fast.

I wish i could give this place 6 stars being gluten free is really hard some days because i would just kill for some of the things i used to eat this place makes that easy. The gluten free cinnamon rolls on saturdays make Saturday the best day of the week, the muffins are equally amazing. I haven’t found anything from here that isn’t delicious, the staff is incredibly nice and compassionate.

Given that (due to COVID), we cant be with him for his birthday, Stacey was willing to deliver the cake to my son in Winston Salem! He was so excited to receive it and immediately sent me a picture. Great spot to work, meet with clients and friends, enjoy some good music and great baked goods/drinks. One of my favorite Chai Lattes in the area and their scones are incredible! If you are looking for a great bakery and coffee shop in one that supports local business you cant go wrong. The staff here is always welcoming, theres ample seating, free parking and such a great menu. Definitely recommend!

Awesome! Got there before they opened and was going to leave. The worker let me come in early and buy some sweets for my family. Delicious! The cinnamon rolls are moist and have a really good flavor. The carrot cake muffin was excellent as well. We had some chocolate filled pastries as well that were fantastic! We will definitely come again!

We love getting sweet treats from Baked Just So. Everything we’ve tasted - from coffee to lemon bars, chocolate cake, cinnamon rolls -it’s all delicious!! We ordered a speciality cake for our son’s birthday last week as well. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The cake was PERFECT (and so yummy!).

I have a crystal clear memory of the last time I sat inside Baked Just SO’s cozy café and enjoyed a morning of work over a perfect latte. It was March 12, 2029, one day before the world shut down from the pandemic. And honestly, when everything opens back again, this is going to be one of the first places I go.Everything I have ever had from this locally owned a bakery is perfection. The cinnamon rolls are the best I have ever had - our family’s tradition for holiday breakfasts year round. Stacey and her staff are so warm and welcoming. I’m so very grateful this amazing woman owned business is right around the corner for me!They have instituted a walk up takeout window during quarantine, and I’ve been so grateful to be able to pick up my favorite treats in a socially distanced way!

Stacey was so awesome! She was able to bring some joy to my mother on her 70th birthday since the family couldnt celebrate with her in person. The red velvet cupcakes were excellent and the cheesecake was fantastic!, says Mom. I appreciated the prompt service and the Southern hospitality Ive missed while living up north. I would recommend Baked Just SO with more than 5 stars if I could!

Im not quite sure where to start because my experience was so lovely. The staff is so vibrant and personable and the baked goods are SOOOO good. I think I inhaled my chocolate chip cookies in 1 bite lol. I am sold! I encourage everyone to swing by and grab any and everything!

I’ve been a Baked Just SO fan for awhile because I just LOVE their coffee and pastries - especially the chocolate croissants...seriously the flakiest and most delicious chocolate croissants I’ve ever had. And it’s just a great place to sit and do work. But after this weekend, I’m even more of a fan!! I ordered a custom cake for my birthday and it was the BEST CAKE I HAVE EVER HAD!! Even my fiancé who doesn’t like cake helped us devour it. It was so moist (and stayed that way for DAYS) and the buttercream was just to die for. We all decided we don’t know how they did it, but it was absolutely the best chocolate cake and buttercream frosting we had ever had!! Plus, it was super cute and well decorated too ♥️ 10/10 will ALWAYS recommend Baked Just SO, not only for coffee and pastries but also for cake 🎂

Baked Just SO is a family staple. The gorgeous cake don every birthday table. The ice cream is the perfect after school treat. The chai lattes have fueled many a slow morning for me. The gluten free baked goods are treasured by my GF friends and family. And best of all, the walk up window has been the very safest way to continue enjoying all of the goodness of Baked Just SO during the pandemic.

Had a little miscommunication on an order pickup, and only ended up with half of what we paid for. The owner went out of her way to deliver the remainder on the day they were closed. Above and beyond customer service and the cake and cinnamon rolls were fantastic too!

Love this place! Staff is friendly and have a great attitude. The location is clean and welcoming.I love their cold brew, and most of all, the chocolate croissants! That being said, you can’t go wrong with any of the baked goods.

I walked in and was in bakery heaven. It smelled lovely and tastes just as great. I had a vanilla latte and breakfast croissant. Fantastic!

Was visiting my sister in Winston-Salem from NJ and she is always raving about this bakery. Well, it absolutely lived up to the hype! Not only is the atmosphere light, airy and inviting, the staff is super friendly and attentive. As for the baked goods, they are really in a category all their own. The raspberry croissants were the perfect balance of buttery and flaky goodness and come in a variety of flavors. I also really enjoyed their scones, particularly the lavender-vanilla and the rosemary-cheddar. Everything is baked on premise and are very fresh and delicious. Makes me wish they had a Baked Just So in NJ (hint hint) :) Hey, I can dream, right? lol.

I enjoyed their coffee. An Iced latte with chocolate and Irish cream flavor Im addition to a cinnamon bun. Good prices too, a large coffee for $4 is good in comparison to Starbucks, and perhaps better.

Our food was surreal. My blueberry crumble muffin was filled with blueberries and was absolutely delicious. I couldnt define delicious better.

This place is just wonderful. The service is so welcoming AND the food is amazing. I have not been excited about breakfast in a long time - now I am. Really hard to describe how good these pastries are - you just have to try for yourself. I will say that at the first bite of the chocolate croissant, it tastes as though chocolate has exploded in your mouth. Baked Just So is just wonderful!

Great local, woman-owned bakery with an excellent selection. The coffee is really good and provided by a local roaster. The baked goods have excellent flavor and are not overly sweet. My favorite is the cinnamon bun which is huge and has a sweet icing.

This place is great. They take their coffee and desserts serious. Ive heard the chocolate croissants are awesome, but every time I go they are sold out. This would be annoying, but the other desserts were so good I didnt miss it.Places like this are great to have nearby to satisfy your sweet tooth or coffee craving

This is one of our favorite spots in town! Love the coffee, fresh baked goods and fruit smoothies. The staff and customer service is always friendly and amazing. My favorite spot to pick up Pfafftowns very own local air roasted Magic Beans coffee. The best coffee grinds Ive ever had! They also catered a large scale event I planned and it went over flawlessly. We had so many compliments on the food pastry boxes and beverages that were prepared by Baked Just SO. Love this place!!!

Consistent yummy fresh are 3 words. I love to support local and this is a favorite go to with my teens and young 20s. When they prefer something over the brand name coffee shop you must be doing something right. They actually have cravings for things there. I like the coffee shake and the bakery Ive had has been fresh and good. This is worth trying out!

Just left Baked Just So Bakery & OH MY GOODNESS! Five stars does not do it justice! I had a cinnamon roll that oozed deliciousness with every bite. My husband had a gluten free cinnamon muffin that was absolutely delicious! I had a cappuccino & he had a chai latte which both gave Starbucks a run for their money! And, last but not least, a staff as sweet as their pastries! On a whim, we went 10 miles out of our way to go to this bakery and it was worth every inch of our drive. Definitely will go back!

The cookie sandwiches literally couldn’t possibly taste any better. Oatmeal creme pie is everything you could ask for in a revamped childhood favorite and the new snickerdoodle cookies hit all my cinnamon cravings. Favorite bakery in the Winston area.

I bought cookies for a taste time they were awesome so I decided place an order for shower and I was getting 3 dozen all were good they did not disappoint. Then I decided without tasting just from the taste of the cookies to order I have sheet cake red velvet awesome you wont go wrong. Just a side note the people theyre wonderful cooperative and so sweet go buy you wont be disappointed!!!

Not a very good bakery. Most things dont taste very good at all. Boxed taste better. I tried the cookies and thought they were pretty good but then went and got a dozen and they sucked. I got a chocolate chip oatmeal muffin and idk what else was in it but it tasted pretty bad. They should really warn you if it has something else weird in it.

Loved my experience here. I had both a hot coffee and iced coffee and it tasted smooth and not over-roasted. The staff was very friendly and the decor is amazing. Loved their scones and other baked goods and will have to go back to sample their ice cream treats.

So disappointed. Cake was over baked. . Frosting was good. Flavor was awful. The original decorating was horrendous and looked like a beginners 1st cake. So let down over the entire experience. Never again.

Located in a small strip mall near Harris Teeter, this place is perfect to stop for your coffee or tea and n unbelievable choice of baked goods like Brownies, Danish, it their amazing apple pie with nuts!!! Best of all they support our local schools!!!
