Start to finish this was my favorite part of wedding planning! Monica and Madison made the whole wedding dress shopping experience fun and easy! I never thought I would find my dress at the first shop I went to but they had such a great variety of styles that I knew I would be able to find something! Monica and Madison were so helpful and made my bridal experience so enjoyable. I found my dream wedding dress at Bellissima! My husband and I were married in Winston-Salem, his home town, and while we were in town from DC visiting, I stumbled upon Bellissima. I made an appointment for the very next day. My parents had made the trip with us and we were able to have my sisters join my appointment on a video call. It was very spur of the moment, and the entire day just felt like it was meant to be. The ladies who helped (Brittany and Madison) made every moment feel so special and intimate!

I could not possibly say enough good things about Bellissima. I traveled all the way from Houston, Texas to try on gowns with Monica and her team a few months back. Before my appointment, Monica posted a picture of a wedding dress on the Bellissima Instagram that I just had to try on. I contacted her and she told me the dress was only temporarily in the store and was scheduled to leave before my appointment (oh no!). But in true Bellissima fashion, Monica went above and beyond and contacted the designer to make sure she could have the dress in the store for my appointment. Monica also pulled plenty of other gowns for me to try that were right in line with my style–there was not a single gown I tried on that I didnt love. Monica and her team were patient with me, offered their opinions when I asked for them, and really just took all the pressure off during the gown selection process. Of course, the very gown I saw on Instagram was the one I picked!Only so many people can say they have really found their calling in life–Monica is one of them. She is talented and kind beyond compare. Even had I left without selecting a gown, I would have been happy about the time I spent at Bellissima–Monica really is that great. Very rude customer service and I am not taking this down! I called and told her my information. I told her my budget was 500 dollars. Then she told me that maybe she could find me something off the sales rack. I thought she was being serious and looked forward to her booking an appointment. She then said, goodbye now, and hung up the phone on me. She was on speaker and my friend and I were shocked. We were like did that really just happen? I felt like I was in that scene and in pretty woman when she went into the store and they laughed at her.I am not trying to hurt your business I always leave great reviews. This is the first bad review I have ever left and it was because it was so insulting. Also, everything you posted in response was a huge fabrication of what really happened, and very manipulative that you would have to bring up me hurting your business. If you want your business to grow that dont be rude to people.

Monica is amazing! I recommend going to Bellissima. Immediately she made me feel so comfortable and had pulled my perfect dress. She communicated with us beforehand and during the appointment she helped me understand what style I liked. She went into detail about the type of fabrics, styles etc. You can tell that this is Monica’s passion. All the stars! These ladies deserve 100 stars. I visited 2 other boutiques in the area and I should have just visited this one gorgeous Bellissima. Where to start - Monica really really listened to what I wanted and brought me the most gorgeous dresses within my budget. She went through fabrics and the way the gowns fit and showed me the qualities of each dress. I feel like I was getting a dress education while narrowing it down to that one perfect gown. My perfect dress was actually one Monica had pulled right from the beginning however she tried other things on me to help confirm that I had found the one. There are probably 100 dresses in the shop but it felt so easy to find the right gown. Everything felt so right. After visiting two other boutiques I realized that lighting is very important. Bellissima had the best combination of natural and overhead lighting. The mirrors are gorgeous and the space just feels comfortable. I felt very well taken care of and am so very happy to be a Bellissima Bride!

Monica and Brittney were a dream to work with. At my first fitting I was really thrilled when Monica had dresses pre-pulled for me based on what I had described to her and told her what I wanted. She also did a great job working with my budget and never made me feel funny about my budget! I tried on about 3 dresses and she had pulled one I NEVER would have thought to try on and it was my dress! Immediate tears and I was so excited. I was able to customize the dress and it was pure perfection. Every appointment, I felt like, and was treated, like family. It was always so much fun going to see Monica and Brittney and I miss it now!! I was lucky and did not need any alterations, but when I did meet with the alterations team the first time, they were just as lovely. I ❤️ BELLISSIMA. I visited two bridal salons on my search for the perfect gown. While the first salon was fine, Bellissima was so much more elevated in every way. The quality of gowns, selection and services were far away the best. The salon is beautiful and I was afraid with my $2000 budget the selection would be limited but I tried on so many beautiful options in my budget and ultimately fell in love with the very first gown I tried on. I found out about Bellissima when I was dress shopping 2 years ago with the girl who would become my matron of honor at my own wedding. It was such an intimate and personalized experience. It was the only bridal salon I went to when I started my own dress search. As soon as I walked in the door, they immediately recognized me from my time in the shop 2 years ago. They did such a fantastic job pulling dresses for me based off of the styles I had in mind and the pictures I showed them. They were so easy to work with. Its so nice to be able to have the alterations done in store as well and they will also clean/preserve the dress after the wedding. Such an amazing boutique and I cant recommend them highly enough!

HAPPY BRIDE! Bellissima is a dream come true! First of all the boutique is gorgeous. Its bright, beautiful, with huge mirrors, pretty furniture and tons of fabulous gowns. There were probably a 100 gowns in the shop. It think I tried on 5 and absolutely knew when I had found the one. My bridal consultant, Monica really knew her stuff. She knew all the fabrics, designers and seemed to pick all the right veils and accessories. She was funny and sweet and made the experience perfect. I am over the moon happy with my gown! High Recommend!

Every minute of my experience there was amazing! The ladies are so sweet and incredibly knowledgeable of their entire collection. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and easily last September and I was the only girl in the shop so I had their full attention! The dress was ready for my first fitting in November but I chose to schedule it after the holidays. Again, communicating with them was easy and friendly. Having the dress altered took only 1 month. I really felt like they cared about my experience and how I felt in the dress every time I put it on. They had the dress pressed out and ready for me to pick up 3 weeks before my wedding on June 2nd, 2018. I chose a simple A-Line, silk shantung dress from the Robert Bullock collection and it fit me perfectly on the big day. Ladies, if you havent found your dress yet I highly recommend Bellissima!

This is a fabulous bridal and formal dress salon. A beautiful addition to our city. The owner is one of the most genuine ladies I know and clearly as an eye for what is stylish and sophisticated for any bride, mother of the bride, bridal party and guests. Her attention to detail along with those of her staff is simply some of the best you will find. Our daughter purchased not 1 but 2 dresses from her salon for upcoming formal events and both times the fittings and attention to making sure we got exactly what we wanted so that she would feel special in the dress, was part of our experience. Bellissima’s storefront drew me in but the dresses are why I made my purchase. The staff was incredible and really made my mom and I feel like this was the place I could find my dress. I had a great experience at Bellissima. I purchased my dress from a different boutique but had my alterations and bustle done here. It was great working with the seamstress because I really felt heard and ended up with a beautifully fitting dress!

Went by the store 3 Saturdays in a row and the store was closed even though their hours on the door indicated they would still be open another hour or more. Went in to look at some bridal asscessories as I have already bought my dress. Both women in the store were incredibly rude and acted as though my business wasnt worth their time. Too bad for them. Not only did they lose out on my business, but also are losing out on the business from two of my other friends looking for wedding gowns. I was ready to buy an expensive veil and some bridal undergarments. Will never go back. I primarily shop in boutiques and hate shopping in chains but the whole reason I shop in boutiques is to get a personal touch and high quality items. Its not worth it to deal with people who dont want the business I will go elsewhere.

I went to Bellissia looking for the perfect Debutante gown and Monica and the other ladies of Bellissima found just the right thing. I explained the rules that the dress had to follow and my price range and they listened to exactly what I needed. The very first dress I tried on was exactly what I had dreamed of finding. It was elegant, and I felt beautiful and confident in it. On Monicas recommendation I added a monogrammed sash that was the perfect touch on my gown. I received so many compliments on it and it was a beautiful addition. For every subsequent visit I felt so welcomed and supported throughout my experience.
