The beauty behind this place and the people who work there are unmatched. From the very start they were kind and absolutely incredible. I have no doubt in my mind this was the most perfect place to get married. Caitlyn and her team made it the most perfect day.

I’d love to brag on Legacy and their coordinators a little bit! While dating my husband, I used to drive by Legacy every time I went to see him and I always thought ‘Gosh that place is gorgeous. I would love to get married there.’ At the time I had no idea Legacy was a wedding venue. When we got engaged in November 2019, we actually booked a different venue. A few days later, a friend of mine happened to mention that she had just done makeup for a wedding at Legacy. I literally said “Shut up! They do weddings?!” I immediately reached out to them asking for a tour. Upon entering the venue for our tour, we immediately knew it was the one. It’s not only a gorgeous venue but has so much to offer for an affordable price. Caitlynn & Erin played a huge part with their great personalities and decorating advice. Needless to say, I called the original venue we had booked and cancelled! Our wedding was on November 28,2020 at Legacy and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The Salem Stall way is so elegant and beautifully decorated, the White House is every girls dream, and the Grooms Cabin is the ultimate bachelor pad. Erin was very helpful with all of my emails and day of planning. We even had our rehearsal dinner at the White House and the outdoor patio and fire place was the perfect setting. Our day was a dream! The only thing I would suggest is being able to have more time for decorating. Other than that, I am extremely pleased with my experience. I would recommend Legacy and their staff to anyone! You wont be disappointed!

This was the first venue that my husband and I went to look at. It was a no brainer from that moment forward that we knew thats where we were going to get married. No other venue compared. The bridal suite was AMAZING and sold me. The staff are so wonderful and made it so easy and stressfree for me on our big day. I would do it over and over again if I could and choose Legacy every time!!

This past weekend we celebrated the union of our daughter and her forever partner at Legacy Stables. We booked this venue 1 year and 8 months ago and never had anything but great experiences from emailing, calling and visiting the venue throughout the process of planning. We were lucky enough to secure Caitlyn Lancaster as our Coordinator from the start all the way through the actual day of the ceremony. Caitlyn went out of her way to be sure our daughter had the day of her dreams. We have had nothing but compliments about the venue and how beautiful it was. We would highly recommend Legacy Stables and Events to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience.

My husband and I got married at Legacy Stables on 10/9/21! Caitlynn, Sondra and all of the staff at Legacy Stables are amazing. Our wedding day was perfect! We got married at the Forsyth Barn. The bridal suite is SO gorgeous, so spacious and the lighting is perfect for hair/make-up. So many awesome spaces for ceremony and reception. The ballroom is so spacious. The Carolina room is beautiful! The space has a very organic flow between spaces. We had our cocktail hour on their terrace and it was great (per our guests). I should note we booked our original venue and changed it 8 months before our wedding to get married at Legacy! Caitlynn and the Legacy staff were so warm, welcoming and kind. They were so flexible and accommodating with us as all of our wedding vendors, decor, etc. were already confirmed. Sondra and Caitlynn were professional and prompt when communicating. I love that ALL the staff were excited to be a part of our day. It just makes you feel MORE excited. We have had so many of our friends and family tell us how much they loved our venue. I would recommend Legacy 10/10, forever and always! I am so thankful and happy our wedding was at Legacy Stables.

Getting Married at Legacy Stables was a dream! We got married November 2020 in the mist of the madness of COVID and Legacy worked with us every step of the way to insure that our day was all we ever dreamed of. Erin & Caitlynn were so helpful and easy to work with. They were organized and made sure we knew the answer to any question we might have had the day of.

I got married here in November of 2019, and wouldnt change a thing! Wedding planning was super difficult for my husband an I, because were both airmen stationed in Minot, ND, but wanted to get married back home in Winston Salem. We even got deployed to the middle east and were hours and hours behind NCs time zone which should have made the planning process even harder, but it didnt. Caitlynn and Erin made wedding planning so easy for us.They were available to facetime us when we had questions about our floorplan to help us see our vision in the space, and even went as far as to help us hire our other vendors based on their recommendations since we were not physically there to plan. They were always happy and cheerful even when I was freaking out about my dress not arriving on time in the mail and recommended a seamstress to get it altered days before the wedding.Legacy did way more for us than they were expected to do, and we appreciate their effort and hard work! I would recommend this venue to anyone, especially if youre in the military or not in the area because these ladies make everything easy!

Upon arriving for a tour at Legacy, we were taken away by the landscape. Erin showed us around and talked about different options for us. After my fiancé and I talked it over, we decided to make our dreams reality. Erin and Caitlynn worked very hard to get all the details we wanted for our special day. Responded quickly to any emails or calls that were made. We were blessed to find them in our time of need and I would tell anyone looking for a venue to choose Legacy Stables and Events. My now husband and I had our DREAM WEDDING at Legacy Stables. The venue was absolutely magical, and our event coordinator, Erin, was the best. Our original venue canceled on us 6 weeks prior to our wedding date, but Erin along with the other staff at Legacy worked with us and made sure we got our wedding back on the books! Erin was attentive throughout the evening to all the guests and as the bride and groom. we felt well taken care of. I highly recommend booking with Legacy!

I can honestly without hesitation recommend this to venue to anyone and have full faith that their experience will be as great as mine. Legacy was the first venue i toured and the ones after that were a waste of time because my mind was made up as soon as i stepped foot on this venue. the bridal suite is an absolute dream and the grooms suite is great as well! i worked mostly with Caitlynn and Sondra and they were both fabulous. The only thing i would say is i wish the bridal suite didn’t have to be completely cleared out prior to the ceremony so it didn’t have to be fooled with until the night was over, but really that wasn’t a huge deal anyways. I got married in March 2021 and everything looked amazing, just as i was promised!

I can not EXPRESS how much Legacy Stables went out of their way to make my wedding PERFECT!! Erin and Caitlynn listened to me rant about my planning stress and always were there for me to offer advice and guidance! Sondra was there for my wedding day and she was so kind and always checking in to see how she could help!I always felt like they were as excited as I was about my wedding!!! You need those kinds of people around you when you get married. They will HYPE YOU UP!!AND the place is gorgeous! You will not find a venue in the area with more open space, or more well decorated than Legacy! From the bridal suite and mens quarters to the big barn, its just so well thought out and well done.

Legacy Stables was the venue for our office Christmas party. We toured a few other venues (to weight our options!) before officially deciding to go with Legacy. We quickly discovered that Legacy was the perfect choice for our company. The property is absolutely beautiful and the staff was a pleasure to work with. They were all very responsive and hands-on when it came to coordinating our event. We were able to customize everything--linens, tables, decorations, catering, you name it! We will definitely keep Legacy Stables in mind when planning future events.

I had my small elopement at Legacy in July of this past year, with my actual wedding postponed to a safer date. Legacy let us get married with a few close friends and family without charging us any extra, and transferred all our payments to the new date. The Legacy staff has worked with us through this whole mess, and we cant wait for our wedding this year!We especially love the Salem Stallway! Its just as pretty in person as it is in the pictures online. Will update this review after my big wedding!

I would give this venue more like 4.5 stars instead of choosing between 4 and 5; and 5 stars to Caitlyn for being responsive, accommodating, and very pleasant to work with! My husband and I chose Legacy Stables & Events for our vow renewal and ten-year anniversary party. The planning experience was wonderful! The grounds are beautiful, and the staff was always accommodating for meetings/tours. For it to be a large farm with a very rustic atmosphere, I was happy that it wasnt located in the middle of nowhere, and our guests were able to easily find it. Unlike many venues, they were not restrictive with vendor selection, and we were able to hire our same caterer, photographer, and DJ from our original wedding. We were able to arrive early that day to decorate and relax in the the beautiful Legacy House. The only critiques I have are (1) the Legacy House was very cold for most of the day, and despite the staff coming to adjust the thermostat, our prep area never reached a comfortable temperature; and (2) the policy of having the prep areas 100% clean/emptied before the ceremony was a bit unrealistic (my sister was pulled from our reception because staff informed her that our belongings had to be out of the room long before the reception ended), and we wouldve preferred being able to pack our things up at the end of the evening. Overall, our celebration was everything I couldve hoped for, and our guests raved about this rustically beautiful farm. I would definitely recommend this venue!

I am a wedding planner based in Raleigh - Durham, and had the privilege of working on a wedding at Legacy Stables last spring. My clients were so happy on their day. The staff was so helpful and kind. And the gardens outside are amazing. Definitely recommend this venue!

Wow! What a great venue and staff! This was really a five star experience especially in the middle of a pandemic. They were kind and considerate of everyone in the wedding party and really cared about what would make the event special. The grounds were beautiful and really came with picturesque back drops. Erin is a 5 star coordinator, frankly without her I’m not sure we could’ve had half the event we did. She kept us all on track and really knew what to say and do to have a great time and let everyone relax in the moment. Day of she really pulled all the stops and made sure everyone had everything they needed! I highly recommend checking these folks out! They are flexible and professional! Next time I’m in the area and need an event space this is the first place I will check for availability!!!

The staff and venue were amazing this past weekend for our brides wedding (10/24/20). Given the pandemic they were accommodating and followed safety protocols. Anyone looking to plan their wedding at Legacy Stables are in good hands. Erin, the wedding coordinator, is easy to get in touch with and does a great job getting everyone where they need to go. The home is gorgeous and the getting ready space was perfect for our bride.

This venue is absolutely beautiful and the staff was understanding and flexible. I was a bridesmaid in a wedding on 10/24/2020 and even though there were a few hiccups, I think the venue handled it very well. Another bridal party was still hanging around after their wedding, forcing us to make a few adjustments. The staff helped us make the best of this sticky situation. Everything else went off without a hitch and my friend’s wedding was absolutely breathtaking. Erin was wonderful to work with and helped the day go as smooth as possible.

My sister got married in December and I am beyond disappointed with my sister’s experience. Unfortunately I am the one that recommended the venue based off of the pictures I viewed of the venue. However, I should have known after reading the reviews that Erin would be a disaster to work with. Erin is extremely aggressive, insensitive and a complete embarrassment to your venue. I have NEVER met someone so rude and unprofessional in my entire life. The best thing you could do is get rid of her and hire someone with personality. I will make sure to let everyone know in the Clemmons and Winston area to not even consider this venue unless she is gone. Such a poor representation of your company.

Legacy was the best part of our wedding. They communicated with me throughout the entire year we worked together, made sure my day ran smoothly, and anything I needed they took care of. The legacy house and Stallway are breath taking. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. Caitlynn was the best coordinator, she even went as far as to put my lashes on for me and dig through the trash to find a lost letter. This company went above and beyond for us. They are worth the investment!

We chose legacy stables and highly regretted it. Our wedding date was in October 2020. Obviously there was a global pandemic and we expected them to work with us. We couldnt have been more wrong. They were aggressively unaccommodating. Our wedding party was mostly comprised of frontline health care workers who were exposed daily to COVID-19. That mixed with elderly grandparents and others at high risk. (Type 1 diabetes, Autoimmune, etc) IT WAS NOT SAFE TO HAVE A LARGE WEDDING. Legacy pressured us to have our wedding on our date and even said if the Governor says we can have a gathering of more than 30 people then you must have your wedding At this point we wanted nothing to do with Legacy Stables but they would not refund our money. Since we were going to pay for it anyways we ultimately we had a less than 10 person wedding. We were not allowed to use the bridal suite or Groom suite to get ready, we asked for extra chairs to fill in the gaps but they refused. From May to October we had weekly phone calls with Legacy arguing about the safety of our guests. They also refused to talk about rescheduling until A MONTH BEFORE OUR WEDDING. The uncertainty cause my wife a ton of stress ON TOP OF ALREADY DEALING WITH COVID-19 EVERYDAY AT HER HEALTHCARE JOB. Legacy refunded us a marginal amount of our money. I wouldnt wish this venue on my worst enemy. DO NOT CHOOSE LEGACY STABLES!!!!!!

A beautiful place for a wedding!

Legacy is the absolute BEST wedding venue youll find!!! We came down to NC to tour several venues and Legacy was our third venue on the list. Right after we walked into the Salem Stallway we both said, This is it, cancel the other appointments this weekend!!My husband and I got married on 11/14/2020 and we had nothing short of a wonderful experience. We worked with Caitlynn who is FANTASTIC!!! Seriously -- hire her as your day-of coordinator because she made sure the day was perfect in every way. The staff is as sweet as can be and the space is breathtaking.We reserved 1/2 of Cates ballroom and the Salem Stallway for our wedding day. The Legacy House was perfect for me and my girls to get ready in and the boys had a blast in the mens house. We also actually reserved the Legacy House for both our rehearsal dinner and send-off Sunday brunch as well. People are still telling us months later what a wonderful time they had and how easy the venue was to navigate. Its so much more than a space for us; my husband and I will always cherish starting our own legacy at Legacy (haha). Thanks to everyone who made our day so wonderful. Cheers!

The way in which Legacy Stables handled the entire situation was unprofessional and unaccommodating. The bride and groom were told to wait one month before their date before they were even allowed to discuss rescheduling their wedding date. The bride is a trauma PA who is exposed to Covid-19 daily at work. She was working extra shifts and nights treating trauma and covid patients in the ICU. The last thing she needed to worry about was her wedding venue. Furthermore, The wedding party was also comprised of frontline health care workers who were exposed daily to COVID-19. That mixed with elderly grandparents and others at high risk. (Type 1 diabetes, Autoimmune, etc). It was not safe to have a large wedding. Legacy was going to force the couple to have their wedding if the Governor allowed gatherings of 35 of more which put everyone in danger. Thankfully the Governor didn’t lift restrictions. But Legacy continued to offer no accommodations or reasonable compromise. The way Legacy treated the bride and groom on what was supposed to be a day of their dreams was appalling. It was like a college student showing up to a Friday class at 8am. Unprepared, uninterested, and disorganized. While other companies were going above and beyond to help critical healthcare workers, Legacy decided to make things even more difficult. It is unbelievable how they treated the bride and groom. This should NEVER happen to anyone on their wedding day. The venue did anything but make this a special day. I will never attend or have an event at this venue. Save your money because you will get robbed.

I was the matron of honor in my best friends wedding at legacy during. They were very easy to work with and ensured the day ran as smoothly as possible. The bride and groom for my wedding was aware there was a wedding before theirs on the same date (unlike the 1 star review indicates 🤣). However, the other wedding that day was supposed to vacate the legacy house by 4 given their wedding was at 5pm at a different location. When we showed up at 4 and the other wedding refused to leave the bridal suite, Erin was a rockstar and made room for us to get ready. Although the other wedding party left certain areas of the house a mess the staff at Legacy made sure we felt welcome. When the men of the wedding couldnt find the pins for the boutenieres Erin stepped right in to help me pin them with safety pins. We felt safe the whole team and were very happy with the service from Legacy.

My wife and I were married here in November, and we absolutely loved it. From the start Erin and Caitlyn were patient and there to plan every detail, worked with us to provide the best experience. We loved everything from decor to how the mood was set by the lighting, to how friendly and attentive the staff was. Maria was especially helpful on the big day, making sure all needs were met and with a smile! Were very happy that we got married here, and would definitely recommend Legacy to others for any event they have! Thank you all for being wonderful.

We cant say enough good things about Legacy. We were in a situation where we had to plan an event VERY last minute and the staff was amazing, flexible, and accommodating. In addition, the event spaces are beautiful. We couldnt have asked for better service!

They are all about the money, argumentative and RUDE! Erin is THE WORST!!!! Don’t worry about the contract you sign . They will attempt to sneak addendums in, stating you are aware of double bookings (which in our case, neither bride knew anything about) causing you to have to have everything moved out of the beautiful BRIDAL HOUSE while attempting to take pre-wedding pictures of the first viewing of the bride, etc. During COVID, the venue takes no time to clean or sanitize between groups. The second group was moving in literally while the first group was still in the house. CAUSING UNACCEPTABLE stress on the brides and mothers.When hiring a wedding venue, it’s a HUGE investment for an event that brides dream of their entire lives. Now mind you, the owner did contact the bride after the wedding and attempted to make things right . . . but that was too late . . . the damage was done.. With all of this said, just be very careful about what you sign, what you assume is going to take place and what actually takes place. If you want to rent this venue exclusively, you might want to have it included in the contract.

This was the first venue we looked at and we are so happy with the outcome of everything. The staff were so helpful during the ceremony and reception which made the day run smooth. This venue is absolutely BREATH-TAKING, if youre having a barn-themed/rustic wedding. All the staff ensured everything was right from the beginning to the end. Ive gained friendships with Erin & Caitlyn ( Legacy Wedding Coordinators), they understood my stress and worry with planning. Their attention to every detail made the whole entire process smooth. My guests absolutely ADORED the venue. Love you guys❤ Book it, its Worth it👍!!!!!

This place was absolutely awful. The venue is so pretty, so that’s a shame. They double booked a wedding without telling either of the brides and grooms during Covid after they were already impossible to work with in regards to rescheduling due to Covid. Because of this we were already having to leave the bridal house early, and then the next bride and her group showed up early and edged us out a full hour earlier. It completely ruined 2 brides pre-wedding experience. They made so many promises to the bride and groom and could not meet them or stand by what was included in the contract. Erin is incredibly rude. I have never met someone in the service industry more combative and less interested in helping in general. Not just on the wedding day but every interaction leading up to that. Kaitlyn was the only redeeming member of staff, so while we appreciate her efforts, it certainly doesn’t make up for the terrible experience. I would recommend setting yourself on fire before working with this company, I assure you, it will be a better time.

I just got done working a wedding at this venue and have to say I was thoroughly impressed. I see venues of all types through my work with catering and was quite blown away. The layout is functional and luxurious, the staff are fantastic, and that wedding had a heck of a time. 10/10 would recommend.

Good for a wedding

I was a vendor and also an attendee for a wedding on 10/24/2020 at Legacy Stables. I arrived early to set up, and when I walked into the bridal suite the chairs were dirty and covered in hair. I wiped all the stations down and door handles at this point due to concerns for lack of covid safety.Everything was off to a smooth start until we looked outside and noticed there were chairs being sat up outside of the bridal suite, turns out they were hosting another wedding at the same time and wed have an early exit from the room. We were blown away by this...regardless of your feelings about COVID-19, its absolutely unacceptable to allow two weddings one with 65 chairs right beside another one.The wedding party for the later wedding came an hour early and tried to rush us out of the bridal suite. I was literally changing my clothes and getting dressed when in walks a maskless woman to tell me shell help us clean up so the bride could have the room...We were unable to move our date due to the current restrictions state wide with mass gatherings, already a super large red flag guys **MAKE SURE THEY HAVE A FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE IN THE CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING** So not only had we paid thousands and thousands of dollars to be forced to have a wedding that was heavily scaled down due to a pandemic -- but we also had to share the grounds with an entire wedding party we didnt know.We at one point were standing there waiting to be shuttled in for the 5pm wedding, and were asked to leave by the venue so the other people could start their festivities, leaving our bride outside...standing in the middle of the open where anyone could see her for 45 minutes.Then, we found out neither bride knew the other was going to be there! This venue is all about money, no safety protocols at all, and doesnt care about their clients experience at all.So ultimately, if you want a dirty venue with black mold, an event staff that doesnt give you any information, being forced to have a wedding in a pandemic with strangers, and no access to the beautiful scenery for photos due to overlapping weddings...then Legacy Stables is right for you!

Best wedding venue by far in Winston Salem!! Had my daughters wedding here absolutely stunning!!The staff is amazing to work with and the grounds are beautiful for pictures and other events also! Have a beautiful White House which is the brides quarters to use the day of wedding for herself and her best girls and also a grooms quarters for the guys to use!! We opened the front doors right before the wedding started and you could hear the gasps in the guests because it was simply breathtaking with the sun shining in and a white horse was standing in the field behind with all the trees silhouetting the cross we used!! This place is AMAZING! They were very professional and comforting in helping my buddy get married. They were nothing less than exceptional for him and his fiancé. Everything was top notch, and they even fixed the TV in the groomsmen’s room when it was broken. I could not be more satisfied, and I can honestly say if you are looking to get married then this is the place you need to come to. They are SECOND TO NONE!

The other review by Samantha Elam is a fake review. And due to that review, me and my fiancé almost lost our spot for our wedding because legacy stables confused this person for me (because I am the only Samantha Elam they have in their records) and assumed I had booked another venue after already giving them a deposit. We have had a great experience so far with them, the venue is beautiful and they have been very helpful. The photos on their website are not misleading, the venue is beautiful in person and was by far our favorite venue we toured, clearly, because we booked this venue for our wedding.

Classy. Not easy to findyour way around the buildings. Need to be marked better. More signage. The staff were great. And overall its a nice venue. My daughters wedding this past weekend went very well. Thanx to legacy stables staff. Thanx you.

The wedding experience our family had at Legacy was second to none! It is a fabulous venue that allows you to have everything right there. We had the rehearsal dinner, the wedding, and reception all right there. The staff was there whenever and whatever you needed them for. So helpful and kind! For any season of the year, Legacy would be a great place to have a beautiful wedding, just as we did. The Shiflet and Mendes Families.

First class venue to have a corporate event. Erin and Caitlynn were extremely helpful and gracious with the tour of the property. We highly endorse legacy and their staff for any corporate events you may have!

My fiancé and I are getting married 11-16-19. We fell in love with Legacy first online, through pictures, and then once we took the tour we were completely blown away! The property is gorgeous! You can tell that there is a passion to preserve the property as well as to make improvements when seen necessary. So much thought has been put into each and every space. There is something for everyone and anyone there. Caitlynn and Erin from the moment we arrived to now have been amazing. We felt so welcome and wanted looking around the property. I feel with the utmost confidence from now until we are married that they will continue to go above and beyond. We have nothing but good things to say for our experiences so far!

If I could give Legacy and the staff more than five stars, I absolutely would. The venue is beautiful and many of our guests are still talking about how much they liked the ceremony and reception spaces. I dont think there is anything else like this venue in the area - and I toured several before finding Legacy.The bridal suite also made the day even more special. I truly felt like a princess getting ready with all of my best friends. There is plenty of space, several mirrors and to be honest, I almost didnt want to leave the it!I also cant say enough about Caitlynn and Erin. Caitlynn was so sweet, calm and professional even when I made changes in the week leading up to the wedding. I think sometimes its easy for brides to just feel like customers, but Caitlynn went out of her way to make sure I knew she cared about me and my special day.I am so glad we found Legacy because I know our day wouldnt have been as perfect without it.

Legacy deserves so many more stars than just the 5 I can give on Google! My husband and I could never have dreamed of a more perfect venue. There are far more reasons to choose Legacy Stables and Events for your wedding (or any event honestly) than I can list here but I will share the most important ones:1. From the moment we found this venue online to the moment we left from our personal tour of the event spaces (there are multiple) we knew the venue was absolutely beautiful and every detail was thought out in the design/functionality for each of the spaces. Again, multiple options for any event! We had our rehearsal dinner, wedding, and reception in three different spaces at Legacy.2. Pricing. Lets be honest, its all about the price. AND what you get for your money. When I tell you we were keeping the budget in check every step of the way I mean we were PINCHING PENNIES yall. Every single penny mattered. When it was all said and done we found that not only was Legacy our first choice for our venue it was also the BEST choice for our budget because of what they provide. Most venues (and we saw them all!) do not provide the essentials without additional fees. I mean tables AND chairs AND linens AND places for the bridal party to get ready are necessities, right?! You shouldnt have to pay more for these things!3. I could keep going but Ill leave you with THE MOST CRUCIAL PIECE OF THE PUZZLE....the staff!!!! The people you are relying on to make sure your perfect day goes smoothly and all the details have been thought of, THATS WHAT YOU SHOULD FOCUS ON! From the initial email to get more information about this place that I somehow stumbled upon online to now, weeks after my wedding, Caitlynn and I have kept in touch every step of the way. She has become a great friend! Erin is fantastic too, she spent so much time helping during shooting my Bridal portraits lighting candles and helping set up my crazy vision with my photographer. So many others were instrumental in setting up our wedding, too. From the groundskeepers planting beautiful new flowers days before our wedding to the cleaning crew who shined the ballroom floors, these are the people you want on your team when its down to the wire and youre starting to freak out wondering what you may have forgotten to do or plan - or maybe that was just me doing the freak out thing - either way choosing Legacy made our wedding day more phenomenal than we ever dreamed it could be!

Pictures on their website are quite misleading and staged. The location is pretty enough, but nothing compared to Willstella Farms. I prefer the sense of family and personal touches that I receive from the staff at Willstella too. I know I made the right choice..

Legacy Stables. Where do I begin?! My husband and I got married at Legacy Stables on April 13, 2019 and it was the best decision we made other than deciding to marry each other!Caitlynn and Erin are sweet, knowledgeable, flexible, fun, organized, and professional. They make the experience at Legacy Stables low maintenance and stress free. Im not exaggerating when I say that Caitlin and Eric will go above and beyond to deliver whatever experience you envision for your day. We would have been lost without their patience and attention to detail. I joke that I walked away from Legacy Stables with a husband AND two new best friends!Location, location, location! Legacy Stables is stunning and there are several different venues in ONE (ballroom, stallway, house). What is so unique about Legacy Stables is that when you rent the venue, you rent the WHOLE venue. You have access to each of the venues (ballroom, stallway, house) and if you change your mind about your original selection, you can select a different one and pay the difference! For example, on the day of our wedding, the forecast was not looking good. We simply gave Caitlynn and Erin a call, moved the ceremony to the stallway and the reception to the ballroom; we had a seamless, dry, transition for ourselves and our guests. The stallway and the ballroom are gorgeous and spacious for any wedding - they are very versatile and can take on any theme!The bridal suite is dreamy! The mirrors, celebrity lighting, detailed rooms and nooks are perfect for special photography like first looks, bridal party, and bridal portraits. There is also a full kitchen and dining area where the bridesmaids can store food and drinks the day of to make lunch and snack time a breeze. As for the groomsmen, I will say this - my husband and his groomsmen were dreading being at the venue all day waiting on us to get ready. But when they saw the groomsmen suite it was a miracle we got them out of it to come to the ceremony! They have TVs, pool table, basketball hoop, Bluetooth music, kitchen, couches, you name it!The location is incredibly convenient. Its close to I 40 and Hanes Mall Blvd, making it the perfect location for out of town guests and wedding party - there are tons of hotels and restaurants within minutes!All of that to say, Legacy Stables and the wonderful people who work there gave us our perfect day, perfect experience, and happily-ever-after!

The 9th Annual Beating Hearts Zumbathon® 2019 took place on February 22 at Legacy Stables and Events. From the moment we stepped on the grounds of Legacy Stables & Events, we knew our event was going to be a huge success. Margaret and the team at Legacy were so welcoming and positive. We knew we had found partners. Every detail leading to the event was coordinated with professionalism and charisma. They certainly go an extra mile in everything they do. Erin & Caitlyn helped us relentlessly! Day and night, to make sure all the little details were covered. Our guests were blown away by the location. The Hispanic League is thrilled to share there were about 300 people in attendance and thanks to all, we managed to raise 2 scholarships for the Hispanic League Scholarship program. Having our wedding anywhere but here would have ultimately been a let down. Caitlyn and Erin were absolutely phenomenal, everyday. If I had to pick a complaint, I still couldnt. Everything we needed was available, they made decisions and answered questions quickly, and no task or request was too outrageous. I never felt that my experience was just business; Caitlyn, Erin, and Legacy Stables truly want your event to be the best it can possibly be.
