This is for shoe carnival in Winston Salem by Michaels. I had to find an associate. When i did they did not acknowledge me. I had to interrupt them and ask for assistance. I got my shoes and went to the register. One person working it, same one i had to interrupt, comes up but doesnt help as there were 5 people in line. She walked away came back and now 4 people, come to find out she in the manager. She cant stop and help customers as she is much to busy. I only went there because I was told it was the best. Well know i will not go back, i have never seen a hag so rude. Cashier asked for my email i said no way. If the manager doesnt see fit to assist customers she doesnt deserve my business.

The staff was rude. When I went to checkout, it was whats your email and a process of me repeating it a couple of times before I could even get started being checked out. This is the dumbest policy ever and the staff had 0 personality or politeness at that.

I went here based what I was told about this store. I needed a pair of sneakers....I dont wear cheap shoes. I found some here. I waited and waited.....and waited for help. I wasnt the only one. Thirty minutes went by. I seen the staff and so did the rest of the shoppers. One man got rude. I left after he said what he did. I didnt need to hear all that.

Great prices, my daughter and myself found the shoes we were looking for.

Customer service is lacking in this store. Abigail waited on me. I had an online pick up order & there were a few things that were unpleasant with this experience. First she seemed bothered that I wanted to look at the shoes before I signed and left, then tried to rush me into signing for them. I’m glad I did look at them because there was a pair I didn’t particularly like. I looked at the shoes, asked to return them and of course that bothered her. She asked for the card I paid with, I said “PayPal”, then she said they don’t take PayPal. I pulled up the order, sure enough it was PayPal. I had to put the money back onto a random debit card, which is fine but the entire transaction she was just completely rude and acted as if being there was the worst thing she could possibly be doing.

They had my Rainbow Shoes! And they a ton of selections of shoes, book bags, socks, etc. very clean! You go Shoe Carnival!!

My family loves going to this store usually every year to buy new shoes but this year we were disappointed. Nothing was really on sale except a handful of uncomfortable suede boots at the entrance. They didnt have my size n most shoes & didnt offer to order them. Actually the entire time we were there no one tried to help us. They did have some tennis shoes that 3 of us ended up getting for around $70 a piece (Ill post pics of those). The store was very clean but there was nowhere to sit and try on shoes & even tho there wasnt many people shopping inside we had to wait in line for a little bit bc there was only one register open and she didnt seem to know how to work it (there was an issue redeeming a coupon). So we plan to go look elsewhere for comfortable womens dress shoes.

The staff was very helpful and the store was clean & organized. They didnt have my daughters size so they found them in another store and are shipping them free! And Nanas Lil Man got a new pair of shoes!

I buy shoes for my children at this Shoe Carnival location, they always have a great selection of tennis shoes and have frequent deals on shoes. Since the pandemic, I am not taking my children inside of stores. I do wish that Shoe Carnival would set up an outdoor area where customers could bring their kids and have seating and shoes brought outside for fitting.

Not very crowded which was nice. Sales staff never approached me in over an hr and a half except for one young man, but he seemed to have very little knowledge of shoes (which were good for walking running etc). Cashier was friendly. Overall pretty good visit.

Decent selection and prices, but customer service is severely lacking. I asked one associate where I could find the slip on socks/nylons to have my daughter try on shoes and was met with attitude. I decided to leave it alone and continue to look. I had problems measuring my daughters feet for shoes and no one bothered to help. At checkout, I was met again with attitude from an associate, Paige, and for no reason. Had my daughter not fallen in love with the shoes she found, I would have left without buying anything. I wont be returning. Theres no reason to be rude to a customer whos only making a purchase. Absolutely ridiculous.

They have a good selection of shoes at decent prices, but customer service is severely lacking. When we walked in first, I noticed the long line, hoping it wouldnt be there when I came back through to pay for our shoes. When we went to go pay, the line got long pretty fast. Thats when I noticed the problem was that they only had one register open. There were at least four other workers in the store, three of whom were putting up a poster. When it looked like they were finally going to open another register, they told us instead they were just going to check the sizes so the cashier didnt have to. I was pretty upset about that and the snotty attitude from the person checking the sizes, so I called to speak with the manager. I think I ended up talking to the same person who identified herself as the manager. She told me that they only had one person who could run the register. Really? So, when they have six customers waiting, the manager cant open a second register? Ive decided to spend my money somewhere else. I ended up not buying the shoes, because I missed the fine print on the sale that excluded a pair of the shoes we picked. My fault, but I would have sucked it up off I felt like they wanted me as a customer.

They usually have a lot of inventory to choose from and I can almost always find my size. Their prices are reasonable, especially when they have sales. Parking is always adequate. Its convenient.

Wonderful staff, both helpful and informative. There was a great sale on kids shoes, which was important since school starts in a week, so mommy got a new pair as well. We usually get 85% of our shoes here each year, so theres nothing that I can say about this place in the negative.

Would have liked a sales associate to greet me or ask if I needed any help, but selection was acceptable. I ended up buying some great shoes on clearance (they didnt have exactly what I was looking for). The check-out line was pretty long with only one cashier, and a nearby associate never came to help.

Went in to buy some shoe laces for my lilo and stich sneakers because the ones I had were too long and kept coming untied !! I asked a employee what size I needed since my sneakers had 7 eye lets he wasnt sure so we went up the front counter and asked another co worker about what size I needed he said 45 inch ! I asked him once I bought the show laces if he could put them in for me and he said he would . After i bought the show laces he and another employee put them in for me ! Great customer service !!!

Nothing against this location. Or employees. Im just realizing that this chain doesnt have anything worth buying. Walmarts shoes are more comfortable and half the price. I cant really seem to find anything of quality at either.

Great selection of top quality shoes with reasonable prices. I love that each aisle is dedicated to one specific brand of shoe. Store was clean and associates were very friendly and ready to answer any questions I had.

Got what I was looking for. However, my daughter should have gotten boots that she found four days ago when we were there she wanted. They were ALL sold out today. Cant find anymore anywhere. Hopefully they will get more in before Christmas. Sales staff very friendly and helpful.

The shoes were all mixed up the pricing was off and the receipts have no total price on them. I was wrung up 3 times and it was still incorrect. I do not recommend this place

Nice help and a friendly greeting when you enter this business. Selection for men was a bit limited unless you are looking for sneakers or similar footwear. They do carry mens leather shoes and work boots, but was disappointed in selection available.

Good place to check out many pairs of ahoes, with lots of styles and sizes in stock. I wear size 14, and try on at least 3 pairs of dress shoes and 5+ pairs of athletic and hiking shoes each time. If your 13 size and other theres probably 100 pairs ypu could try. Prices are great, but their discounting programs are a bit murky (as one would expect).

Nice associates and store is lean. I have a big foot so sometimes finding shoes in my size is difficult. But this is true with most places.

Tons of options! This place has anything and everything you are looking for in shoes. They have mens, womens, teens, childrens, and toddler and baby shoes. The prices seemed a little high to me but overall it was a good value for what we purchased.
