We have been to EVERY boot barn. This location is 2nd to the one in Bristol. Kind helpful staff and great atmosphere.

Great place to shop, store has everything you need western. The reason it doesnt get five stars, they fail to carry traditional cowboy boots in my size, especially Lucchese and Tony Lama boots. Always have to order online for those brand boots. But I love shopping there!!!

My five year old just got her first pair of cowkid boots! The woman who helped us out was great, she seemed to be the only person working but was managing it all and still gave us the time we needed. A good selection of boots was to be expected, but they had some other great clothing as well.

Awesome staff and a great selection of clothes. I took advantage of the exotic skin sale and one of their employees (Sam) was patient and helped walk me through the care of conditioning snake skin boots. Ill definitely be going back for ALL my clothing needs.

My son had bought a pair of boots had them 3 hrs and they were hurting his feet. He took them back to get a refund and was refused even though they say you have 30 days to return them all because they had a few scuff marks on the bottom. Also they have limited sizes on the clothes. My son can never find clothes he can wear. Customer service sucks!!

Not very much inventory to fit me. Almost everything is smaller sizes. Hardly any different brands of boots. Mostly work boots. Not many dress western boots

If you are looking to shop in a place that is abhorrently disregarding COVID precautions, look no further than Boot Barn in Winston-Salem. Staff were wearing their masks properly but I counted 18 customers not wearing a mask at all. Had to dodge and weave to get out of there as quickly as possible .

Its a boot barn what do you want me to say

We went on a Sunday after Christmas. Lines were constantly long on both sides. Had to wait 35 mins to get help from Manager. He was very helpful and even after dealing with the madness he had been, he was pleasant. He took care of my return and ordered a replacement.Great store..

Lots of sizes of boots, but not a good variety of styles of boots. Help full employees.

Always a friendly greeting when I come through the door. My favorite jeans are Shayanne bc they fit my curvy figure.

Their women’s section continues to get smaller and smaller. Asked a sales associate as question about a brand of boots the website advertised as selling and her response was “no. We don’t sell those” asked about recommending something similar and her next response was “i don’t even wear boots, the only time i wear them is when I’m here so i don’t know”. I appreciate her being honest but i wouldn’t walk around a boot shop advertising that you don’t wear boots and acting proud about it. More than anything i was very upset to see the women’s section shrinking. It’s already hard enough to find decent women’s boots here in the area now that Pergussans has closed so shrinking the women’s section doesn’t help. Doesn’t make me want to come back anytime soon.

Found two pair of boots. Got some care products too. Will be back soon.

This was my first time here and no complaints. The atmosphere was definitely western/country themed and I loved that given the nature of items sold here. I walked in to return some boots I had bought online and the process was easy and the associates who helped me were friendly and attentive. They even offered to order more boots for me, which was unnecessary but also appreciated. My only regret is that i didnt go to the store in the first place to try on the boots before purchasing them.

They were really helpful and were willing to answer my dozen questions since this was my first pair of cowboy boots. Recommend.

Very good customer service

I bought a pair of boots several months ago, the people were very helpful attentive and well trained, they were very comfortable and higher priced. A few weeks ago the sole began separating from the uppers. I contacted the manufacturer and I had to submit photos, then I was going to have to ship them back to be inspected. Then if they felt the workmanship was at fault they would ship me a replacement pair... I called and spoke with Erica she pulled my information and had me bring them in and looked at the problem and gave me full replacement price for them. The guys I work with and I assumed they wouldnt do anything to help. So I am impressed with everyone at boot barn!!! I will be buying all boots etc there from now on and recommend them to everyone!

Love this place. The only place I will be buying boots at. I have 2 pairs (one has last me afew year and still lasting till this day, and I just got another pair a week ago). Staff is very friendly. Will help you out. We got our kids boots their and one of my kids feet are wide, the lady told us they could stretch the kids boots but did tell me a easy and safe way to stretch them at home. I say this is the place to shop at for boots.. and work boots.

I love the western wear and accessories. It makes me really miss my horses and my cowgirl days. Lots of beautiful purses, belts, boots jewelry and all kinds of horsey things.

Walked in this location and wasnt greeted by any employee in the store, nor asked if I needed any help with anything. All I got was a crazy look from the female employee as if I was going to try and steal something, or rob the place! Definitely didnt feel welcome at this location by any means. Also this location doesnt carry near as much merchandise as other locations. If you want to visit an excellent Boot Barn go to the Burlington, NC location!

Very limited selection In smaller womens sizes and childrens sizes (shoes & boots). Made a special trip b/c theyre one of the few that sell twisted x, they didnt have a single pair of those or Justins in my size or childrens sizes. Only cowboy boot style in childrens sizes.

Love my country clothes! Have been buying more and more clothes here since I found out about Boot Barn.

Clean place, stock was low on a lot of their cowboy hats but still had a decent selection.

The staff is very helpful and patient with returns and exchanges from Christmas.

They have a great selection, however the boot I really wanted wasnt in my size. They can order it, but other than that I loved my entire experience.

Went in to try a pair of boots I saw on their website. Wasn’t greeted. Nobody there to assist. Couldn’t find the boots. Couldn’t find somebody to talk to. The service killed the experience.
