Mis leading prices nothing matches there web site when told about the rep gets a flat out hostile attitude then hangs up call back to speak to manager about the issue and been on hold for last 45 mins this company need to be shut down dont waste ur time with these guys go to amd better service

False and misleading free shipping advertisement, even after i met the $200 min order. Poor customer service and no remedy to my complaint with rep. I would of just cancelled my whole order and ordered from somewhere else, but the rep made me feel guilty by saying he Special ordered my parts and couldnt really cancel my order. The parts were SLOW to arrive, and they said they didnt have certain parts so they just pulled them from my order. They made no adjustment to my outrageous free shipping even though they sent less parts. I will suggest you do some research before you purchase from this company.

The employees do seem a little ill but not mean if you get what Im trying to say, but I love this place when my husband is working on his Camaro or Nova, because we dont have to pay that expensive and crazy truck delivery fee when we have bigger part like fenders and doors or lower front valence like we do when we order online. So its nice to be able to get a lot of the parts that were looking for here at Classic Muscle and they have a great return plan also I know with our vendors that we got for a 77 Camaro Z28 you could return them if you didnt need them or if they didnt fit within a year as long as you didnt modify or scratcher ding up anything. So they do have a pretty flexible return policy which is great and you can go in person instead of having to deal with the whole online situation which is great too but its nice to save on that Freight delivery you know.

Wow such a waist of time! I was told the part I needed might be in the back just not unloaded or it would take two weeks to get it... so unprofessional their only job is to sale parts but it seamed like he was playing a game an telling me he couldnt find it only when I went to leave did he ask a coworker who automatically knew where an how to get what I needed

Didnt receive parts after a month and a half. I call and the price they originally quoted me for my product is now over triple what the original quote was . Not to mention they did not follow up with me at all on my order. I had to call once a week just to check for myself. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone at this point. Customer service is terrible and I ended up canceling my order due to a ridiculous price change.

I had a great experience with this company! There was a disconnect between google and the Classic Muscle website that caused me to receive the incorrect part. They sent me the correct part at no charge to me and had the part to me in two days! Great customer service!

Classic.muscle is an awesome parts supplier, the sales people are first class. BUT their website however is in need uf modernization. I usually go to ricks or classic camaro, to het my PNs then order from Classic muscle because their prices and service are that much better.but that website is needs help.

Be careful what you order. Had a bad experience with returns. I suggest ordering a book therefore your able to verify the parts you want. I asked Mitch for a bolt kit for a 4X4 and he sent one for a 2WDR. After I asked him to verify it was correct part.

Wrong parts,and some things are WAY overpriced. Wanted $147 for a belt for GTO,got same belt at Orileys for 26 bucks.
