Took 6 weeks to fix my front corner side swipe. The first week of which absolutely nothing happened. My car just sat. It also required two visits because they didnt fix everything the first time and tried to claim that since a part couldnt be repaired there was nothing that could be done- instead of asking my insurance company for extra money to replace the item- which my insurance company was happy to provide. Very disorganized: they never knew when the car would be done and kept extending it a day or two at a time, making me and the insurance company constantly update the rental, they told me I needed to give them a check that they had received 3 weeks earlier and they incorrectly reported that I returned my rental car 3 days late, so I was initially charged $140 extra and they liked to not return calls throughout and claim it was my or my insurance companys fault. Luckily the rental car company (Enterprise) and my insurance company (GEICO) carried this fiasco on their end.
Old manager “Chris” was horrible. From what I have been told he is no longer with the company. As of this week Jimmy Ferral is the new body shop manager and he took over the repairs on my vehicle and went to every possibility to ensure that the job was completed correctly. He is very professional and thorough. I have no doubt that he will turn the body shop around so it will be run correctly. I give him five stars and am so thankful that they have him as the new body shop manager.
