This review is directed toward Service Department not Ford Product. In the last several years Service Department has steadily declined in service requests. My experience goes like this…I get online make an appointment two weeks in advance with a detailed description of service needed. I arrive Service Personal are fantastically getting me checked in multiple people making sure someone is helping me. I request a shuttle so to give ample time to render service request. Then 8 to 9 hours later have not heard a word I call first they can’t locate the truck then am told someone will call….call comes in and the last thing I want to hear is….”We Are Really Busy” apparently with everyone else vehicle but not mine (you know the guy who made an appointment). Today the same thing after 9 hours I call but am told well we didn’t get all your service done it will be tomorrow before it’s ready. If that was the case why didn’t I get a call letting me know so I could make arrangements to my schedule. It is glaring apparent that Parkway is overwhelmed with service request and not enough service bays to accommodate the request. This puts undo stress and strain on Service Desk personal trying to juggle all the needs. Parkway lack of returning Capital into there business is very notable. Where other Auto Brand dealerships have remodeled and or built new facilities Parkway has chosen to ignore client service needs.
*Aasha Marshall* She is the reason I am giving Parkway Ford on Peters Creek 5 stars. She helped my mom and me with her ford escape. Even when things got a little heated (had nothing to do with Aasha) she stepped up and made our experience here the best. She didnt give up or give us the cold shoulder when we had to come back multiple times; she was professional and very kind, never frustrated or agitated. She was helpful in every way possible, sorry not sorry this place would be nothing without her! If you ever need help or have any issues, she is the go-to person, understanding, patient, and excellent with customers, helps in any and every way she can. Thank you, Aasha you are outstanding at your job went above and beyond for us; we both appreciate everything you did.Amy & Patsy
The overall staff here is very friendly. I financed my 2020 Fusion here and they were a GREAT help with getting the monthly payment range I wanted and could afford. The Service staff are also amazing- very friendly and kind!
Our car situation was complicated! Jason Reale was amazing! He communicated with Ford and the rental company on our behalf. He kept us informed throughout the process. Jason is an outstanding service advisor. Dana L.
Worst car dealership my sales man was mike and he told me I had first dibs on car and when we asked him do we need to put money down on car to hold it so the other buyer did not get it he said no I had first dibs. So this morning I go pay for the insurance and send him picture of it and I was headed to bank when he said the other guy bought it don’t tell someone they have first dibs if your not gonna keep your word, the worst part about it was I told him I was going in the morning to do everything and I would be there after work that night with check in hand and I was sending a picture of check so he knew I wasn’t not going to get it, I feel like he judged me because I am very young and this was my first purchase . WORST DEALERSHIP EVER, TERRIBLE SALESMAN
First thing I was told is we dont shotgun your credit meaning they dont send your info to a hundred banks to get a loan. I even told them about the bank that I currently have an acct with. THEY SHOTGUNNED MY CREDIT! 12 Inquiries on my credit! I have a car thats 3 yrs old, I have plenty of collateral, I even had some cash, they didnt help me. This place does not want to sale a vehicle nor do they care about your inquiries. They just simply dont care!
Unprofessional. No greeting upon entering. People available just stand around and look at you. Recommend you go elsewhere if you want any type of customer service.
Jeff Tuttle and Jennifer in finance were fantastic. They made my buying experience a pleasure. Highly recommended and I would definitely do business here again.
Best dealership Ive ever been to, the absolute niciest folks hands down. Ask for Brandon or Henry! And I say this without being able to get my ride! They did everything my could to help me and never have I seen the respect these folks give you and the strait up honesty! Ill be back!
Painless process....they showed me choices based on what I said I wanted and let me make my own choices...no swerves...no switchesSales man mike dummett treated me like a friend instead of a customerAll in all the easiest time Ive ever had buying a car
This dealership is there for you during and after the sale. All the promises my salesman Mike D. made were fulfilled and when I had some questions on my financing and vehicle accessories, He always took my call personally. I have never been treated this well and will buy again at Parkway. Honest realistic salespeople and managers who will do their very best to get you in the vehicle you really want at a price within your budget. The truck delivered to me was the cleanest ever. Their incentive program is very competitive for such a well built truck. This is a no B.S. dealer.
Horrible customer service liars the printout says the driver side sensor issue. THEY STATED MY TIRE BEING FLAT ON THE PASSENGER SIDE CAUSED THE SENSOR ISSUE. Which was no where near the repair is to blame or what their own printout reads. Not to be trusted. Run from this shady dealership.
I called Friday (4/23) to inquire about the cost to have my windshield washer pump replaced, and was told by the woman on the phone it would be around 230 including the part, labor, and tax. I thought that seemed okay, so I made the appointment for today (4/26) and dropped my car off the night before. It took all day with no calls from anyone before I finally called to find something out. I was told it would be $550! I was also told, “we don’t give estimates over the phone.” That’s clearly not the truth. I declined to have the service completed and went to pick up my vehicle. As if the whole ordeal wasn’t frustrating enough, they misplaced my keys. It took a handful of people to figure out where they were located. It shouldn’t take taken a half hour to pick up my car after *not* having any work done. Very disappointing all around.
Terrible customer service. Would not recommend.
Found a car online. Called to set up a test drive. Even spoke with someone got an email a day text confirmation. Upon arrival, after driving from Lexington, was told they sold the car, right before I arrived. Was told the otherot sold it, and picked it up 10 minutes before I got there a day they were unaware.. A call would have been greatly appreciated instead of wasting my time. Poor communication between dealers
Jason in service made it happen. Traveling out of town and needed rear brake work. They were able to schedule me in the same day and had me back on the road in 2 hours. Excellent service.
Drew and Robert have always been great since I’ve moved up here in Winston-Salem. Drew takes care of my truck service every time. Mr. Robert’s shuttle service is convenient and he keeps a great, friendly conversation. Will continue to come back to Parkway, from the woman that greets you at service to the women at the cashier desk, everyone’s friendly and helpful.
I delt with Jason service advisor in service he does not call you back for anything. You have to figure out everything for your self. I guess customers are not his priorities.
Took my brother in law here to get a recall performed. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
Great people. They do great work. Bought one of my favorite cars from them.
My last four cars were ford all but the last one were purchase in GA. I had a 4 month fiasco dealing with two order ford dealerships. I had lost patience with the ford brand because of the situation. I reached out to Neil at this location within a week the issue was resolved. Every person I came in contact with from this locate, specifically in service and the owner were exceptional. I felt another dealership was trying to take advantage of my situation being a single mother it was hard I was preparing for a legal fight. But it worked out only because of Parkway ford in Winston-Salem stepped in. **update** Came back for basic repair and they did not honor the warranty they claimed they corrected. They basic put in the system like a repurchased the car to fake the sell saying it would correct the warranty and did not. So they used my issue to fabricate a sell they pad the books here.
Worked “with” Shannon. I purchased a lemon from another for dealership and was approved for a buy back. Parkway Ford would not work with me. Shannon kept giving me the runaround “recommending” to have another dealership trade for the vehicle I wanted (at Parkway). She expressed phony sympathy about how she feels bad that dealerships make it hard on buy back customers and it’s not right...then I asked her if she would work with me and she kept saying “I recommend going to (another dealer)” over and over until I said “so the answer is no?” Terrible customer service...only about a profit. It was almost sickening that I believed she felt sorry for me...what a joke
Make sure you ask for Neil, he will take care of you!
My car had a check engine light on and the code led me to this dealership. This was my second visit here. Great experience last time as well. This time was more serious; transmission problem. I will just end this by saying that my car hasnt run this well since Ive owned it. Thanks guys. Kudos to Bradley and the guys who checked me out Saturday afternoon.
Josh M. Helped us pick out a new SUV. He was very patient with us even with the last minute “change of mind” we had. This is the second time we purchase a vehicle from this dealer and I have no complaints.
Parkway Ford FTW! I called Parkway after the Ford dealer in Kernersville refused to work on my vehicle because it has over 150,000 miles and I’m not a current customer. Whatever. Drew and the rest of the service team had my problem diagnosed fast and my car back in a couple days. Thank you Parkway Ford!
Brought my vehicle to the service department on 8-1 my service writer Drew assured me they would take care of everything, 6 days had passed so I was curious on what was taking so long I called Drew only to be informed that my vehicle had never been looked at because he forgot to write it up and they would get started on it Monday 8-10.Today is 8-8 there are no service loaners for me to use hopefully things will get better and I can update my review.
Great people! Helpful and resourceful, especially their parts department.
Just purchased an Explorer from Parkway and I have never been happier with a dealer then I was with them. Tyler Smith did an awesome job helping me find the right Explorer for my needs, reasonable pricing and having the SUV brought to Parkway. Everyone from the owner down to Tyler were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend them.
This is the second time that I have had repairs completed at this service department and had to return because either it was not repaired correctly or another item was damaged in the process of completing the requested service. The first time the back hatch was not working. It would go halfway up and then close. We picked up the car and tried opening the hatch before leaving the lot and it was not fixed. They did not seem to know why it was not working and it continues to work sporadically. The next time we needed the sensor in the door repaired and the heater case was leaking, so we requested both be repaired. We received the call that the car was ready. Upon arrival, we found two rubber stoppers in the floorboard and the service adviser did not know where they went, so he checked with the service department. He returned to place them in the door and noticed the bolts in the door had not been fully screwed in. He returned to the service department to have them tightened.Driving home, I realized that the blowers were not working in the air conditioner, which had been working when the Edge was dropped off. I returned to the service department and they explained that the water had back up into the motor and it shorted it out. Granted I am not the car expert, but this seems peculiar to me. However, my stance is we went directly to the dealership because they are supposed to be the experts. At no time was there ever any mention that this could possibly happen. In fact, we had the same problem one time previously, had it repaired, and did not have a damaged blower when we got the car back.I am very disappointed in the service that we have received at this dealership and told the service director before I left. He was willing to give me a reduced rate on fixing the motor, but I have let them work on my car for the last time.Update: Two weeks later and the heater case is leaking again. My husband returned to let them know and they offered to repair it for us again. REALLY!!!
They were very courteous and helpful. Thank you all!
The best sales and service departments I have ever been to. Kenny in sales is great, he works with you to get a vehicle you can be proud to own. Jason and Drew in service are the best. They tell you what you need and the price. Then work to get your vehicle in and out, fixed properly.
Parkway was very prompt and helpful with my question and orders
Nice people to deal with. Always curious
Been taking care of me for years. Great place. Drew Hopkins is awesome
Great people. Good experience. 5 stars. Bought a Hellcat from them! Overall was one of the best dealers Ive been too.
I purchased a used F-150 from this dealership and I am happy with the truck. However, I do feel that they lied to get me to buy it. Shortly after my purchase the truck began a shuddering at certain RPMs. Culprit was a bad coil pack and the truck needs a set of new spark plugs (literally 50 miles after driving it off the lot). I asked the salesman whether this job had been done before my purchase and they assured me it had...I decided to respond to their email asking for a quote on this job from their service department. Crickets...meanwhile they claim to stand behind their sales. Pfft.
Sent me all over the place.....Peters creek to University and then back to Peters Creek. All this back and forth for them to work on my 2016 f250 with 27k and then get back there and they say they cant warranty any work because of lift and wheels and tires. I have had it there before for power train issues and they were covered with lift and tires.
Very nice experience. Will return for future business.
We had a fantastic experience buying a car from this dealership. Everyone involved in the sale went over and above to make it an easy process. We will buy from them again. Highly recommended!
Great people, very helpful
My experience buying my Mustang here was great and very painless. I got the best price around, even when I compared to quotes from bigger cities like Charlotte. The process was very transparent and easy to follow. I definitely didn’t get the “car salesman” vibe from the staff.I also just recently had my mustang in to have the rear tires changed. I was quoted $150 cheaper than Sam’s club. They did the work well and the service team was great to work with. Drew was a great service advisor too!
They are very professional and friendly. Clarence will try his best to get you financed. Go by and see him tell him angela junior Eldridge sent you.
I TAKES MY F-150 THERE FOR ALL MY MAINTENANCE, I HAVE KNOW PROBLEMS
Easy buying experience no high pressure sales tactics
Did great body work but had lug nuts missing from a tire that shouldn’t have been even touched in the process of the work being done on my car. A day later I made them aware I had lugs missing and I noticed the ride was shaky when I left the shop so I knew they were missing when I left. The gentleman swore to me no one touched my tire and that he trusted his men but still..... I know they were removed at that shop and not replaced by someone.. Carelessness.
2.5 hours for a simple oil change. Be direct when you ask them what times they anticipate will be needed to finish the job. I was, but must say the lack of sincerity in the response has me determined to look elsewhere for service. It may seem pretty but I cannot recover that time. I would have opted to come back later if given the choice!
I went to Parkway Ford to have a key made for my Focus and also with intentions of purchasing a truck with the year end incentives. I made an appointment for 10:15am to have my key made. I had brought a key in to have made and the service rep said that if it didnt work I would have to pay a service fee on it. I said that would be fine as the key didnt cost much as long as he would cut one before I left. I had to wait for almost 2 hours to find out the key I brought didnt work and was charged the service fee. I asked where the Ford key was they were suppose to cut if it didnt work. The rep said I would have to reschedule and come back another day that he couldnt do it today even though I asked him to. I had to take a 1/2 morning off work to be charged $68 with no key and told to come back another day. Needless to say I will NOT be purchasing my new truck from Parkway Ford. Customer service was terrible.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
I purchased a Continental from them 6 weeks later I still dont have plates for it . Sales was excellent but the title clerk left alot to be desired. When i called she explained it was still being processedWhen i called she casually says oh we should have them later today. In the meantime were cant drive our car and she doesnt think is a big deal.
Review of Service Department. They DO NOT CARE about the customer or about customer service - they only care about milking the customer for every penny possible on every transaction. Had a terrible experience there and so wrote an email to the Service Director and to one of the owners explaining the situation (too long to get into here). The email wasnt at all nasty. Instead, I thoroughly detailed my experience and my reason for dissatisfaction and invited them to explain/defend their employees actions - OR hopefully, to offer to make things right. They never even bothered to reply. This tells me that my terrible experience wasnt an accident or an isolated experience. It is their culture and this comes from the top down. The owners and executives dont care about their customers experience or about Parkway Fords reputation and so why should the employees?I would give 0 stars if possible. Parkway Ford is one of the reasons that dealership service departments have such a bad reputation.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Wouldnt recommend any other dealership. They were very helpful and provided me with all the information I needed. Loving our new Ford. Definitely make them your dealer!
I called to quote a headlight bulb replacement they quoted me $40. For me to set the appointment at 8 am sit for an hour for him to tell me that it will be $400 to replace my headlight in my Ford Fusion this place is a rip off and they did not honor my pre quoted priceNow I have to leave after sitting here for an hour and 24 minutes without my headlight installed. This is unprofessional and very inconsistent inconsiderate and deceitful. I will never use them again knowing they don’t always quote correctly isn’t professional bad enough they unproductively waisted my off morning that I don’t get often .-Angry single mom
They were great. They sold both my husband and me a car in the same week and we both got better deals than expected.
Bet place 👍to go in 💯🙄shop in get 💯 a car 😁 take your family in friends you love 😘 shopping for a car 😁 😉 go 😉 in shop
Some one needs give Mike Dummett A raise. Best car buying experience ever.
Every part of the experience from start to finish was outstanding! From the customer service to the loaner vehicle, I felt that individual attention was given to my every need. Jason at the Peters Creek location went above and beyond. Two thumbs up!!
Just purchased a Ford Ranger for my son graduation. Had excellent communication with BOBBY WHITE and everyone on the lot helped Henry in getting all setup on panel for him. Got exactly what I wanted provided excellent service!
Ask for the service manager and he was available almost immediately. Brian Miller and I discussed issues and recalls about my 2013 Ford Focus. The meeting was extremely informative and I was able to address all my issues and walk away feeling I had actually accomplished something. They were slammed in the service area but I can only appreciate how I was treated. I am glad I went to Parkway Ford to address my issues and would highly recommend them. The whole staff was very cordial and helpful.
Just bought a preowned vehicle from this place. Best experience I’ve had. Me.Shepard helped us with everything and went on and beyond to assist us. Would definitely recommend!
No one was willing to help when I asked for a parts price when I shared I would install myself. It’s 3 screws in a sun visor! If they can’t install themselves for about a hundred dollars an hour, they not interested in helping. Wouldn’t even give a price for the part. I suggest shop around for another dealership!
I called service for a price on what I wanted. Agreed. Made an appointment. Showed up on time. Wait 15 minutes to get to my advisor, only to have him help a lady that walked in and ignoring the other people waiting. I was told my service would take about an hour while I wait. 1 1/2 hours later, I asked how much longer. Said he just got the car in, hold tight. After another 25 minutes it was ready. But only to report only part of my service could be completed. Exasperated and out of time, I made my way to the service desk to pay. Only to be told the cashier had my paperwork. They had a clerical problem and took 10 minutes to fix. Only to find out that my bill was $24.00 more than the quote. The next day a rep from there contacted me asking me about my service. I told her ... She said she would pass on this information and someone would get back to me.......over 3 weeks ago. Still waiting.
This is a great place to shop for a car. The salesperson we had was top notch and made the entire experience comfortable and easy. Ford makes a great car and Parkway Ford did a great job of selling one.
Thanks again for the wonderful service. Bought a Ford Fusion 7 years ago, and 150,000 miles later it is still running strong Everytime I get it serviced at Parkway, Drew does a great job.
WOULD HAVE RECEIVED 5TH STAR IF IT WERENT FOR MIX-UP IN PRICE OF VEHICLE. OVERALL THE DEALERSHIP IS GOOD AND OUR SALES PERSON TERRY OTIS WAS GREAT. SOMEHOW, HOWEVER YOU ALWAYS HAVE TO BE ON YOUR GUARD WHEN YOU WALK IN A CAR DEALERSHIP. NEVER A WARM FEELING OF TRUST AND INTEREST IN BENEFITING THE CONSUMER.
I went to test drive a CPO Lincoln MKZ HYBRID. The vehicle was making a loud noise coming from the rear passenger wheel and the pressure was 12, it was filthy, the engine light was on, the was a crack in the front bumper, paint was missing under the left front headlight, there was a dent in the rear left quarter panel. The salesman Mike Dummett, was telling me and my girlfriend that things would be taken care of after I purchase the vehicle....what a joke. I told them I would not be back.
Great service,great people.
Great people. Fair prices. A pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend buying your next car here. I have bought at least 5 cars there.
We stopped here with a code on my friend’s F150 and the service team was super friendly and cleared the code so we could continue our journey. Thanks, for reassuring my friend, Jason!
Parkway made me feel at home. No pressure sales. I bought a truck from here on December. Staff has been very accommodating and helpful.
Service department is top notch! Friendly and efficient! Make an appointment, they stay busy.
Awesome place very nice people always helpful
At first, my experience was great. Got into a brand new Ford Focus, great. About 3 months later, problems started occurring. My service advisor was Drew Hopkins... was helpful and nice at first. Now... I really dislike the man and will never go back. The kind of service I received on multiple occasions, the man should not be working in customer service. He has single handidly ruined this dealership for me. I had 2 Fords I took into get serviced and have been disappointed with every visit and try to keep short with him because I get him every time. Tried to tell me nothing was wrong with my daily driver, didn’t trust him, took it to Green Ford in Greensboro only for them to tell me that a lot of guests go to them because of Drew and found out that my duel clutch system was slipping and needed to be replaced. The car was an automatic and I am not hard on my vehicles. Then took it back to parkway, because they were closer to home, for other service needs and hated every minute I spent in there. Also asked about trading it in for something else and I was going to be flipped upside down $13k because they only wanted to give me $3000 for it. Only a year old. Ended up going back to Honda, a brand I can trust and never had issues with and wasn’t flipped upside down at all. My focus was the reason Ford has the nickname of Found on Road Dead because I was constantly broke down in a car that was brand new. Then our truck needed a part replaced, Drew told us that is was going to be $800 to replace. Thankfully we research things before we okay them and we fixed the problem for $20 and it has been fine since. Today marks the last day we will ever deal with Ford. Went to the body shop, the gentleman at the front was so nice, I feel bad because he has to deal with irate guests because Ford doesn’t care if they lose business. We have rust spots on our 2013 f150 truck and Ford REFUSES to do anything about it. This was the last straw for us. We will never deal with this dealership or Ford ever again. If I could rate this lower than a 1 star, I absolutely would. Completely unacceptable in every situation.
Jason in Service Dept. Is excellent. Very professional and courteous. Got job done in time as promised.
The servicemen are very friendly. I had a problem after a recall was performed but they assisted me as best as they could to fix the underlying problems. I predominantly worked with Drew in the service department and he is phenomenal; he is openly honest with what needs to be done and is very understanding.
They changed our perception of car dealerships. We initially did most of the legwork online and over the phone. Then only thing left was test drive and paperwork which took well under 2hrs. Ask for Chandra if your interested in little things like customer service and detail. Also Charlie the numbers guy was great to work with, very professional.
Great service, always take great care of my vehicle. Keep it running an driving like brand new !
Awesome place to buy a vehicle
My daughters first vehicle! Mike is terrific!!
My wife had used the car and the battery was dead (mind you this is supposed to be a brand new car). So I took the car to the Ford dealer the next day as an emergency, and I was told they had no time to work on my car! And if I wanted to leave the car they might make time for it!! (What kind of response is that!!) I finally just made an appointment instead, and they made it for me 5 days later!! I regret buying a car from Ford, and I should have stayed with Toyota. I have bought several cars with Toyota and never had I experienced bad service like the ones I continue to experience with Ford. Now that I got a Ford, either I experience someone lazy, or someone who just simply does not want to help me! And now that I want to cancel my appointment, I cant even do that! First and last car I buy from you guys ever again!
Friendly reps, good selection and decent price points.
Im a little disappointed simply because I received 2 phone Iderton Dodge to bring in my automobile to trade it out only to find out that the Gentlemen was in training and quite no what he talking about, now that was a waist of my time and gas,in the future maybe monitor the new employees a little bit better
Service department staff were very friendly and helpful
The service has always been very good. Ive had my car going on two years. The prices I pay for servicing my car is comparable to other places but I feel like Im treated real well here.
Brian Keo was excellent--food infro/knowed what he was talking about/very effectively--great young man!!!
Great experience with Parkway Ford. My wife and I purchased a used Ford Explorer from them and everything was smooth sailing. Our salesman Michael Bray was a pleasure to work with as well. They gave us book value on our trade-in car instead of trying to get away with payoff like other dealerships. We were also pre-approved on a used car loan through our credit union, however we went in on a Saturday and would have had to wait until Monday to take the car home. Instead, Brad, the used car finance guy got us into a lower APR and we took the car home that day. Car was clean and nice. Will purchase from them again.
Great experience...Great service guys! Prompt and efficient!
The level of customer service when getting repairs at Parkway Ford is amazing! I spent most of a day there stranded by a CarMax Ford from MD, and the folks on the phones & service desks are top notch- knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, polite and helpful.
Nice folks and very helpful. Have bought a couple trucks here and they were both an easy and straight forward experience.
Purchased a new F-150 here. Top notch customer service! You won’t find a better Ford dealership in the Triad area. A++++!
I have purchased seven vehicles from Parkway Ford. If I told you the truth about these folks it could be blown off as hearsay and conjecture without proof. There are unimpeachable witnesses but this is not a court of law.All I can do is tell you dear consumer avoid this market. They lack candor! They also charge you $99 for nitrofill on your tires on every deal. Unless you are driving an Indy car at over 200 miles per hour..... This is pure BS!My future purchases will not be at Parkway Ford.
I dont know why I even try with this place. Used cars. New cars. Parts department. All have been subpar experiences and Id rather drive to ANY other Ford Dealership to do any future business.
We have always had a great experience with the service department; however the sales department is terrible and the reason I will not return now after 4 years of taking my work truck here. Attempts at blatant up sale and laughable trade-in value quote. We went somewhere else and were offered about 4 times the amount.
Service Dept. Great. Jason Real great Job. And he did not try to rake me over the coals, like some dealerships do.
Parts department not very knowledgeable. I ask for one thing, they said it wouldnt fit. So I ordered what they said would fit. Yes it fit but I wanted an upgraded part they said would not fit, but guess what. They both would fit just like I told them. Not only that but the part they brought in for me was a remanufactured part. The one I wanted was new. I could have gotten the same part from any auto parts store cheaper. Oh yeah. I had to pay up front no refunds. If I would have known it was going to be a remand part I would have went elsewhere.
Their service department is garbage they take advantage of women I bout a 2015 ford fiesta and they had a recall on transmissions not only for that car others I will never buy a Ford again its a waist of money and they wont honor warrantys nor recalls!!!! Do not waist your money here avoid ford at all cost I had to get a lawyer and everything and my car is still not fix😠😠😠😠😠😠
