Great local shop, John knew his stuff and was more than willing to share to help us make a buying decision.

This was our first experience with Bobby Teague Appliance and it was an excellent experience. We walked in and were greeted immediately. We advised him what we were seeking and within 45 minutes or so, we chose the washer and dryer stack that we wanted. He was very knowledgeable about the products and explained things quite well. He provided all of the choices that he had available. It was delivered exactly when indicated and installation was flawless.

Their prices were lower than Best Buy, salesperson helped us pick the right stove and dishwasher, and their delivery was excellent. It was a pleasant experience shopping with them.

This is our second refrigerator purchase from Bobby Teague Appliances. The first one was about 13 years ago. In all transparency it started out a little rough because I called in the morning to see if they had any refrigerators available of a specific color, since there were a lot of places out of the ones I liked. I was told that the sales person would call me back and after a couple of hours I called again and still no sales person. The whole day I didnt receive a call so I decided to go to the store instead. When I got there they were nice and helped me out. I liked one of the models they had and it turned out they had a brand new one available for purchase. It was decently priced so we purchased it. I was able to pick it up the next day and everything went smoothly.

We were greeted as we walked in the door and directed to the hand sanitizer so we could safely touch whatever we wanted to. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We were looking for a dishwasher and got one from them at a lower price than offered by local big box store. The showroom is fairly large which was not the case at the other small appliance stores we visited on our quest. They had a great selection and we will be returning to them for a refrigerator very soon!

We just built a new home and ordered all of our appliances from John at Bobby Teague. He was excellent to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I would highly recommend John and Bobby Teague.

Have had two great experiences with Bobby Teague recently. Jon Cohen is incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with.

Would never buy from this place again. Wanted to patronize local business and bought all new appliances for kitchen. Had all furniture moved so install crew would have easier time bringing appliances in. Installation crew left mess, under the new appliances but still there, after we had moved and cleaned the floor prior to install. Dishwasher was not cleaning dishes so I checked to make sure water shut off valve was turned on all the way. It was only turned about a quarter of the way on and when I turning it to open all the way water started spraying everywhere. You can make your own decision as to if the professional install man knew the shut off valve was bad. Discovered stove was installed without safety tip bracket. Called the store and was told it was not needed. Told them we wanted it installed. They told us they would come out and install. Still waiting eleven months later. Note, them and they were our sales guy and store manager. Dont waste your time with this place terrible experience.

Weve been buying appliances from Bobby Teague Appliances for more than 20 years now and have never had any issues that werent resolved to our complete satisfaction. Most recently, we ordered a refrigerator from them and needed to return it due to a manufacturing defect. They picked the refrigerator up promptly and ordered an identical new one for us. We have had the new refrigerator now for about a month and it is operating perfectly. We worked with John to get everything taken care of and he was great. Very professional, knowledgeable and responsive to our concerns when we called. Brian who handles deliveries also deserves a shout out as well. He was very careful with the handling and installation of our appliance, patient with our questions, friendly and polite. Well be going back for future appliance purchases for sure.

I have a 9 month old, and was calling around for information before I went into the store to buy and finance a washing machine. I just wanted to give 5 stars because I called and the customer service representative was stellar! The prices he gave me were competitive, and so was the price for their extended manufacturers warranty they offer. He answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently, and even after discovering the financing may not be what I was specifically hoping for - he was courteous and polite to the end. Thank you for making me feel important and worth your time! I am still considering buying here, just because of their excellence in customer service.

Ive been buying appliances from Bobby Teague for 30 years so when we wanted a extra refrigerator I ordered and paid for one over the phone. I could have gotten this same refrigerator from a big box store cheaper but I have had good luck in the past with BTI informed the sales person I would need the old refrigerator moved into my laundry room, he said no problem.I let him know that they would need to remove the doors on that refrigerator due to doorwau size.Sales person said they could do that but when the delivery guys got here he really didnt want to put it where I wanted it so he called the manager.He then tells me that the manager said if I want the old refrigerator moved in the laundry room and the doors had to be removed it would be an extra $125 dollars.I think this was a horrible experience now I have a refrigerator setting in the garage... Not where I wanted it.It was explained to me that they didnt really take doors off old refrigerators to move the and it was an extra charge but had they understood what I wanted they could have made me a better deal on the purchase???So I guess buying local wasnt the best idea if you are buying from Bobby Teague!I should have went to Lowes or Home depot, or sent the new refrigerator back.Lesson learned!
