Bought a nice used vehicle couple of weeks ago. Very nice to work with.

I was scammed so hard that it nearly ruined my life. I spent about $10,000 on a used vehicle (Chevy HHR). 5 days after purchase, the check engine light came on so I drove it back to them to take a look. I overheard the mechanic talk to the dealer I was working with say something about a timing chain. But, when the dealer came to talk to me, he said the engine misfired due to a dirty cylinder, and it had been cleaned. I assumed that the timing chain discussion was about another vehicle and was satisfied and left. About 7 months later, my entire engine blows. Guess what? Timing chain. They had lied to my face about what this issue was and intentionally hid it from me. Now I had a blown engine that I couldnt afford to replace ($6,500). I still owe thousands on the car and its in a junkyard. I almost lost my job because I couldnt get to work. I still cant afford a new car because Im still paying off this one. For another few years. My quality of life is greatly decreased and I struggle a lot because of this. Imagine being so concerned with profits that you would intentionally lie to someones face and risk their livelihood over what had to be a couple grand profit for them. PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE.Update: they asked me to email so I did, never got a response. Any replies they make to bad reviews are for show.Update #2- It has been years since this happened and Im still struggling because of their lies. Please please please dont go here.

I went to Joe Hicks for help, as I wanted a newer truck. I told him what I was comfortable paying and what I had to offer for a trade and down payment. He helped me figure out what range of vehicle I could afford, because he did not want me to be unhappy with it down the road. He offered up great suggestions, Dave helped find a vehicle too, Bob helped appraise my trade, and Nick helped get me financed. Couldnt be happier with the experience. They all really cared.I totally was expecting a negative experience, but figured itd be worth it to get a new ride. We were interested in buying a used car. After a test drive the price was then quoted at $2,000 more than the price that was in the window. Not much help from the salesman.

I had Joe Hicks assist me with buying my second vehicle from Dahl. I requested that the original vehicle I wanted to look at from Lacrosse. That vehicle didnt work out with it being older. Joe and the business manager took the time and found 3 different vehicles in Dahl inventory that they knew I would be approved for, which happened to be a next to new vehicle for me (2017). Thanks for selling me a car that:Only has one key, the ignition key, no keys to the doors if the fob happens to die.Came with keyed lugs but no key for the lugs.Had an inspection and APPARENTLY you (you inspected it) missed one of the front wheel bearings that is now bad less than a year after buying the car.Had a sticky trunk latch that now has pretty much completely failed and now the trunk only stays down if I go over 40 mph.

I ask Scott Florin to keep a eye out on a specific car. He called me a few weeks later, and I got to drive away in the exactly what I wanted. It was a fast and simple process for financing. Highly recommended by me,to at least go see Dahl for your next vehicle.

I have come too expect great treatment at my local White Bear Lake Toyota dealer. When I had to have my oil changed at Dahl because I was in town for a few months, I was not disappointed. I was treated just as well as at home. Although I doubt that I will need to return to them before I leave, its nice to know that I neednt worry about it.

I recently purchased my 4th car from Dahl. Up until now I had been very satisfied with sales and service. My last purchase was a 2017 SUV and part of the agreement was that O would receive a second key fab at no cost. Four weeks later I still had not received it and needed to constantly call and follow up in order to obtain the key. I finally received a call that the key was in but when I arrived to pick it up, I was sent to another establishment to pick it up. Very poor communication and follow up between departments. I will look elsewhere for my next purchase.

Stopped in to the express lane to get an oil change and ended up waiting an hour and a half. When I got there there was only 1 person ahead of me. While waiting I walked around looking at the cars in the lot after about 30-45 minutes I noticed my car was still sitting outside and nobody as ahead of me. I asked the lady at the desk how long the wait would be and she said another 30 minutes and hopefully they would have it done by 6 because that is when they close. Overall highly disappointed in the customer service and communication of the front desk. A heads up in the wait wouldve been nice, I wouldve gone someplace else.

My mom got a new suv here and the staff here where very nice and the car is in great shape and it runs great I highly recommend this place and well, who knows you could maybe make a good friend here because of the very kind staff!!!

Awful! They advertise all day on the radio $19 black Friday oil changes. They did a full synthetic without my permission saying my car only can use that. Kia dealership puts whatever oil I want and I know its ok to go back and forth between conventional and synthetic. Then they over filled my oil and radiator overflow. I have pictures of everything and Kia dealership even wrote 3.5 quarts on the top of the motor.

They usually fix most of the issues in one go but theres an equal chance that I leave with a different, new issue with my vehicle on my way out.

I had a great car buying experience and I will be a return customer.

My experience with Dahl was just the best!!! I needed a car ASAP to get home for Thanksgiving; having recently wrecked my existing car, and was able to work with their excellent staff to give myself an early Christmas present. The day before Thanksgiving my rental coverage was due to expire. Through working with Matt, Kayleigh and their manager I was able to test drive a 2014 Jetta on Monday, then on Tuesday they kept the store open late so we could write up paperwork and workout a plan where I could drive my new car off the lot before the insurance check had even cleared. My V-Dub has very low miles and was several thousand dollars below MSRP. When all is said and done I will be saving money each month by upgrading my car. BONUS, its a TURBO!!!
