I was happy with my vehicle though Brett and Scott are just selfish sales people. Lets just say I closed my deal with a person I didnt know because I had to go pick up my own vehicle. We agreed they would deliver they didnt couldnt who knows the road to hell is paved with good intentions. Me personally as a single mom looking for the best use of my money I would not go back. They dont seem to care or want to help. Maybe I didnt spend enough? I dont know really . Two facts there was no help from them for delivery and their insane push on extended warranty ugh. The Two stars are for the vehicle itself and the technician who checked it. The sales part Id rather do online and skip their sales team.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and a tire rotation. When I scheduled my appointment, I had also made a comment that stated my check engine light had come on, but was now off, but I would like them to check the code as to why it came on in the first place. I showed up for my appointment on time, and planned to wait for my vehicle on-site as I didnt think it would take very long. I was at Dahl for almost two hours. When I went to check out and sign the paperwork, I noticed that my car wasnt even given to the mechanic until after 1 PM. Seeing as I had an appointment for 12:30 PM, this was very upsetting. What was the point of having an appointment then? There is no reason I should have been there for almost two hours for a tire rotation and an oil change. I understand that sometimes things get behind, and thats okay. However, if youre a half an hour behind schedule, customers should be notified of that at check-in and prior to handing their keys and vehicle over. For me, I scheduled this appointment over my lunch break. An hour should have been plenty of time for a tire rotation and oil change. Had I been notified at check-in that the schedule was running behind, and it would likely be a longer wait, I could have made other arrangements or rescheduled my appointment for a day where my time was more flexible. After about an hour, someone came to speak with me regarding why my check engine light had come on. My understanding is that my system needed an update. I explained that I didnt have time for this today, as I needed to get back to work. I was assured that it wouldnt take any extra time because the technician was already in there and had done the bulk of the work. They were just waiting for the okay from me to do the update. Since it would take no extra time, I stated this was fine. I was also displeased with the notification system. After being there for an hour and a half, I had sent a message to ask how much longer it would be. I received no response. After waiting 15-20 minutes for a response, I finally got up to go speak with someone. Conveniently, he was just getting my paperwork ready. However, what is the point of offering this check-in service if there is no response? As I checked out, there was no acknowledgement of anything or an apology for my wait. Id been going to Dahl for almost three years. Due to COVID and Dahl being closed for a bit, I had previously went somewhere else for an oil change. I was treated very poorly there, and this time made a point to come back to Dahl. However, after my experience yesterday, I dont know that Ill be back.

My truck was in for a factory recall. I was able to schedule quickly and the dealership was more than accommodating with my needs. Items were fixed and a debrief occurred in the end. The dealership also inspected my truck and showed me potential issue and gave suggestions to get it fixed. Great work.

Made the appointment online on a Saturday and was in on Wed. September 16th to get my oil changed & a tire rotation. Worked with Russ and he was great. Asked if I had a sales coupon, which I did and I got the work done for what the coupon stated. Made another appointment for next week to get some needed additional work. Great experience as usual!

Service agents are great and kind. Why, however, do I feel that there is always something that needs to be tweaked on my one-year old truck? Shouldnt a Chevy be built to last? Its frustrating and demeaning to have the person at the service counter try to sell me on parts and maintenance. Make a quality product, please. Sales staff I encounterd here were friendly but didnt seem very knowledgeable. One manager however, I wont say rude but was rather argumentive. Drove 150 miles to look at a used vehicle here. Was disappointed in condition of the vehicle when I arrived including items like bent bumpers both front and rear, a dent in fender, holes drilled through bed, scratches all over, evidence of a prior accident, etc. Keep in mind on only a two year old truck.This wasnt revealed when I had specifically asked if the truck had any damages. Bottom line I thought the truck was overpriced for its condition. I was upfront with the sales guy and told him I wasnt really interested in purchasing this but he insinuated they would be willing to negotiate the price. So now Im waiting around for a manager to show up and instead of any offer being made the manager starts trying to show similar vehicles at other dealers. Instead of just stating sorry this is my best price he becomes argumentive with me including stating I would not be able to locate and purchase a new truck either... excuse me but no so fast my friend, why say something like that when you know its false? I hung around for an extra 20 minutes only to start argue with the used car manager? dumbest experience Ive ever had at a dealership.

Service Department: Absolute Professionals!! Needed some warranty work on my pickup (that was not purchased at Dahl) and was well taken care of. Called at noon on a Friday with an issue and they had it in the shop, issue located promptly and had me set up with a loaner vehicle (due to it being a larger issue) and on my way. Excellent communication on the status of repair. Im not typically a person to leave a review but was so pleasantly surprised by the level of service! Dahl will certainly have my business now!!

Amazing dealership! My car broke down near this dealership which is quite far from my home. Brad Hilton arranged everything including a loaner vehicle even though I didn’t purchase my car there! Unfortunately I brought another vehicle here for repair.I was going to go with 1 star (deserved) but went with 2 only because they DID chose to look at my vehicle and “repair” it THAT day (on a whim).Had been getting multiple sensor errors on my work vehicle (2017 Colorado 34,000 miles) such as “Svc 4 whew drive” “Svc stabilitrack” “Svc power steering” and my vehicle would chug as I tried to speed up.I brought it in and waited for a diagnosis. I asked them to fix that AND replace a tire I had noticed a slice in the sidewalk in, but had been holding air fine for a week. I was ok with leaving the vehicle and getting a ride to Wabasha home, but had only a couple hours to decide what I needed to do because I had a dentist appt coming up in Wabasha that day. I waited with no word until I went to them to say I was getting a ride home because It was an hour now from my appt time and it takes 30 min to get to Wabasha. I was told they were finishing it up.Long story short, I was able to get in the vehicle with barely any time to spare, so no time to look it over or argue about missing anything. When I saw the vehicle I noticed the tire was never fixed. They DID manage to “fix” the warnings and chug ... for my trip home.Next day, I wake up and the tire they were suppose to change and held air for the last week WAS FLAT. Called and had tow truck come to my home and repair it because we can’t work on our work trucks, and then went to work. Hours into my day, warning lights all come back and chug returns.A few days later I brought it to another Chevy dealer who did another diagnosis. They established it was a lot of things, printing out about 5-10 pages of coded errors that were happening or stored. They would dive into it if needed but my company ended up getting me into a different truck.Whatever Dahl did was not to correctly correct the issue. And I could let this go if it is not an ongoing problem I have when I come here.I have offered them five or so times to redeem themselves, both with personal vehicles and my work trucks, but anytime I have more than one thing I ask them to do, they only ever do one thing and most time it is not a true fix. They’ve overcharged me and my friends and I feel are very aggressive. Years back I literally hear employees arguing amongst each other that the place is horrible. Please be cautious if you come here. When they say your vehicle is “ready to go” you shouldn’t have to inspect the 3 things you brought to their attention to find the 2 things they skipped.

The guys here are awesome! I took my car in on the last day that it snowed this year due to major wiper problems on my car. I am not a customer here, meaning that I do not have a car from Dahl, and I was very relieved that they could help me. They were coming up on closing time, but they still let me bring my car in! The customer service experience was great, but something really smelled fishy. I had taken an older model trailblazer in to my local mechanic for muffler noise, and while yer at it, change the oil. He changed the oil and did his routine inspection, and told me my exhaust noise was coming from a cracked manifold. Hooray.....Chevy has an extended warranty recall on that item, but I have to go to dealership. I chose Dahl in Winona because thats where I bought my car.Dahl can fix the cracked manifold, but all of a sudden, I need new breaks on all 4 wheels, a tie rod is loose, and the air cleaner needs replacing. All after an oil change where these items have been checked. $1600 later, Im out the door. My own mechanic chuckled when I told him about the experience. Dahl has a reputation of doing unnecessary repair work. Had I known, I would have least got another opinion from my own mechanic.I would never trust Dahl again to work on my vehicle. I have no proof they did anything wrong, but I have a VERY STRONG vibe. Ive known doctors who operate or do procedures unnecessarily too.....or shun non surgical options. Not ethicalIf I did use Dahl, I would want my trusted mechanic to verify that the work indeed needs to be done.. I once had a mechanic try to sell me a second headlight because if the first one went, the second is not far behind

Worst communication ever!!! Went in for an oil change and I guess that supposed to take 8 HOURS!! WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY!! After 5 hours of having my car they finally called to say that my brakes are bad so I told them to fix it... 3 hours later I had to call to see if my car done. Like I said terrible communication and customer service. And this isnt the first they did this to me either....
