Very clean well lit store. Beautiful fresh produce presentation. Selection on every aisle was well stocked. No empty shelf after empty shelf like competitive stores. They have fairly unique product choices in many areas. Prices seem to be a little higher than others, but shopping experience is a pleasure.

I went to check out at the self check out, because the register that was open had people with a lot of items in their cart. When I finished. I only had 3 and.the star bucks I had already paid for.I did not see the NO CASH SIGN. The light was blinking and a lady started over I said its ok. I didnt see the NO CASH SIGN. Here response was ok Have a nice day. I will be so glad when the publix down the street opens

They gave me a free mask at the customer service counter when I walked in in a gardening 😷 mask. I was asking how I could buy one like the employees were wearing- and the manager gave me one! Also the best place to get bones for my sisters dog. 🐕. So glad I can go back now that the US is getting vaccinated. Most people that go in ARE wearing masks, so that is also a little better, and everyone (practically) is social distancing. Plus they have the buttermilk I like. And great wheat-free items.-T

They have killer specials and the other day a lady asked me what city we were in. I told her Winder. She remarked that the Winder Ingles was exceptional. I agreed with her that it was one of the nicest Ingles stores Ive ever shopped in.

Staff is very friendly, items are high priced though they do offer some things for a good price when on sale. They have a deli with a Salad bar, Wing Bar, Fruit bar and an all Olive Bar; kinda like a restaurant with some seating. They also sell flowers and other plants and have a good produce section.

Nice clean store have everything you need only complaint price is a little high but if you get what you pay for its nice to clean they got what you want.

This is a pleasant place to shop. The prices are fair with an Ingles card. No one wears a mask. This I have a problem with. Many of the customers wear one but the clerks do not.

This Ingles has many many self checkouts and always many workers to assist you. One thing I enjoy about Ingles is that they are trained to be nice to customers and almost even welcoming. Most of the time, they start conversations and make you feel like family. The only downside is that the prices here are more expensive than other grocery stores. Overall, I will be returning to this place but not as often due to the high prices.

They got my groc mixed up charged regular price I was charged for the items and spent 52.00 and savings I don,t have money to spend that s why I went there was to get on sale items, I will never shop there AGAIN OR MY FRIENDS as hard is food to. Come by 52.00 was took off my food stamp card now I,m gonna run short for the month

I dont know why but this is the best place to get ripe avocados. Most places you have to wait a few days but they always have ripe ones.

Called ahead to make sure they do tap to pay and they said yes, i get all the way up there and the machine doesnt work. So they lied abd i wasted my gas and time and didnt get my groceries.

Some people just WANT to be well and truly helpful, not just collect a paycheck. I chuckled a bit because he was so enthusiastic. Okay grocery stores first time Ive been to grocery store like this Im used to the grocery stores up north mainly Pathmark ShopRite Aldis which I did come to find they have all these down but Ingles Market all the food was so fresh very appetizing just to look at them its like they cleaned all the food like as far as fruits and stuff like that it was well kept as far as the hot food I did not purchase any of their precooked food but Im pretty good at at judging just by looking and smelling the food smells awesome I wasnt hungry till I got inside the store because I saw the food and it was smelling superb good grocery store

Always high quality food and selection. The floral department is where I have shopped for 10 years when it comes to corsages.However, there are cheaper options in town and I havent shopped here for groceries in years since Aldi opened. Its too expensive for me to justify buying my weekly groceries here.

I like the store, but the deli workers are unbelievably slow!! They need some personality too. Zero communication skills. Very very disappointing.Follow up, they have improved dramatically. Very nice people.

The hours for Starbucks online for Sunday says that they open at 6 AM so I get up early I come to the store I get here a couple of minutes after six. They’re closed. So I go to customer service to this snippy blond girl and ask when they open and she said seven. So I politely suggested that they update their hours on Google so that it won’t be an inconvenience to their customers. She said it says that they open at six Monday through Saturday and at seven on Sunday. I pulled up the Google search and showed her that it said 6 AM on Sunday and she said oh, Google owns that we have nothing to do with that we can’t change that. And I advised her that I own a business and I update my Google information all the time. And she just very snippy said OK! And wouldn’t say another word to me all I wanted was for her to just say I’m sorry for the inconvenience and I’ll get that updated or I’ll let them know. But instead she sat there and argued with me about everything! 6:09 am at Ingles in Winder on 11/29/2020

They have one of the biggest frozen food sections I have ever seen. And they have a fantastic bakery/deli. The prices tend to be on the higher side though.

I shop this store about twice a week. They have great prices on Laura Lynn products. I like shopping here because its very clean.

It was a quick visit, but give them credit. Asked for the restrooms, (long trip to final destination) was greeted and shown the way, bathrooms were very nice. Flowers on the sink, proper soap and clean.Seafood counter was our plan. Good selection. Will use this store again if Im in that area.

I have enjoyed using this location due to many reasons until today when I was told im not able to swap a pack of size 2 UNOPENED huggies diapers thst were purchased just yesterday for a size 3. AND HAD RECIEPT. Walmart and all other grocery stores are able to swap anything now, including formula and clothes and other small things but yet CDC wont let this one place not?I will no longer shop at this store, not after how I was treated today.

Your prices are higher then other places but your sales are great. The only issue Is I had to get a new ingles card because my number wouldnt come up. (And I had used it a few days earlier) but worth the sale price.

The ladies in the deli werent very nice and the older woman didnt do my order correctly, but I wasnt going to complain about it because it was loud.One of the two younger ladies shouldve come over to help instead of just standing there with their arms crossed with RBF.Regardless, I love taking my mom here, since its conveniently right down the street.

Im getting SICK!!!!!! of ingles salad bar people..now i no i have spent thousands of dollars at this store because i fetch rewards...went to get me some fresh peppers off the bar and saw they were mushy...i went and told the deli lady and she told me she just put them out...i said maam look at these and she shrugged her shoulders and walked off...

The last 3 times Ive been there, their shelves have not been stocked, last night if you wanted cream to make dessert no luck, last week it was dog food and coffee creamer. Tighten up Ingles.

Beautiful store !! Clean as a whistle. Wide isles, well stocked, lots of friendly help. Starbucks Cafe. Large salad bar and hot deli to eat there if you want to. I only stop in to pick up a few items now and then because the prices are VERY high. Example...off brand half and half 2.89 (Aldi, half that price) English cucumber 5.00... Adli and Walmart, half the price. You pay for the shopping experience at Ingles. Im a bargain shopper, so its not my regular weekly place to shop.

We shop at this store 3 or more times week.The manager is a very nice man and runs a very clean efficient store. The employes there are helpful, courteous and friendly .Its one of the nicest grocery stores in Winder.
