Love shopping here. The sales are amazing. I save so much money. The best part is the store is always so clean, the staff are always very friendly and helpful. I have stopped shopping at all other chain stores. Publix goes above and beyond to provide a clean friendly experience and not only do they stay well stocked but the offer a greater selection of items that are almost impossible to find else where.

I was having a hard time finding an oyster shucker nearby. I called and the customer service said they had 1, so she went to get it and hold it for me.great service here always!

Go there for the subs, but they never have enough stuff to put on the subs, they have to restock all the lettuce tomatoes peppers spinach black olives pickles by the time you go get two subs you done burned 45 minutes just waiting but other than that its all right...

Every time I come into the store and every time that I check out at the register, everyone is kind, patient, and friendly! Publix is not any better grocery store then Kroger, Ingles, Walmart. Publix is very expensive and has lousy customer service.

Deli is very very slow to cut sandwich meat. Takes the lady over 10 minutes to cut less then 1lbs of chicken and turkey. Overall customer service is not friendly. Not shopping there again.

I love the BOGOs. For instance, even if I know that I will not use 2 ten pound bags of fresh potatoes, I will either give them to other family members or, I might see someone at the store or in line that has kids or just simply looks like they could/would use them and I give them the extra one if they want it.

This use to be my favorite deli but now I just drive to Bethlehem. THEY act like I get on they nerves when I ask for Mardi Gras wings cooked.i even called ahead a couple of times still no wings. It was a guy there once upon a time that cared about customer satisfaction the ones in there now will sell you old chicken and get mad when you tell them

Publix is great. And their app is even better create your shopping list mark off the things that are buy one get one or on sale and then when you get there it shows you aisle by aisle what you need off your list couldnt be more convenient and the people there are so great. The wait in sandwich line & for chicken line selection was too long I waited 15 mins final someone the kitchen ask me if I needed assistance, deli personnel there 2 persons no one from deli never ask if I need assistance this was 6:30pm in evening,there were at less 7 persons behind me as well. Management no where around.

I have been shopping at the Winder Publix location for over 20 years, love it and the staff, especially Betty, and Ray, who have been with Publix for over 20 years. Miss Jane, who is now retired, and fighting cancer, but always stops to talk when she, or I, see each other, with her wonderful smile.Publix has always offered to have all lanes staffed at the busiest times of day,or when multiple people are waiting in line, open another lane. Lately, I, along with others, have had to stand with 3-4 people, with full carts, and only 2 lanes, except the 10, or less lane, waiting for 10-15 minutes, until we can place our items on the conveyor belt. We realize, with the Pandemic, many businesses have had to cut back, but having been in the Hospitality/Restaurant business for over 35 years, everybody as a worker, not just a manager. We need Publix, Winder to please bring back the service that keeps us coming to you, verses Bethlehem, where they now have self-serve and check out clerks, and always our wonderful baggers.Thank you for your consideration, and pray you are always right around the corner, and I know exactly which lane to go to for everything on my shopping list..

Disappointed that the electric a scooters were not being charged. My Mom and I had to use a Manuel chair because no one recharged the dead scooter up front.

I am always treated with respect and courtesy at this store. The pharmacy department promptly fills my prescriptions.

Sabrina and Claudia in the bakery department did an amazing job on my son’s Spider-Man themed cake! It was a hit and my son was thrilled. Definitely come see these talented ladies if you need a cake. You won’t be disappointed!

This was the first time that I have been in this Publix location in years. It was bigger than the other two that I normally go to and the layout was different but overall I really like it.

Nice, low traffic Publix in a shopping center that can be a challenge to get out of! Shopping center does not have a lot of traffic, though, so its good for seniors and people looking for some quiet time :)

Over all good store, but store needs more workers for deli/sandwich department, lines are way too long and they only have one person making sandwiches with 10 customers waiting in line.

I am a long time customer at this supermarket. They always have a great selection, fair prices, friendly staff and it always is very clean and appealing. It is the best place to shop.

I have been a dedicated Publix shopper for several years, and have been an avid shopper at this location. I’m a couple weeks posting this review but in all fairness I wanted to think more about the situation and write with a clear head. I have never been treated so poorly in my time at this location until the faithful morning of Oct 3,2020. I honestly had around 200.00$ worth in my cart and my last stop was the deli. I have bought from the deli countless of times, and even had there lunches during the work week. This day the customer service was totally out of bounds and unacceptable. I in turn proceeded to the front and asked for a manager. I explained the whole situation that took place and I really believe they”managers” do not know what “Customer Service” really means. I was upset no doubt and I knew I needed to de escalate the situation. I pushed the fairly full cart to the side and decided in that split second I was done with Publix. It was totally awful and I had to start over, meaning go elsewhere. I did and got my family what was needed at Ingles in Auburn. I had a pleasant experience there and even talked to the store manager while I was there and he said and I quote “Customer Service is number one”. Well,guess what, that’s where I will continue to shop. It’s a shame that I can’t drive 2 miles and shop at a nice store but I will not put up with bad people. To each there own, this is my true opinion/ feelings and I hope this gets fixed. Remember word of mouth will hurt your business and believe me, I’ve made it known.

Stopped in after work Sunday afternoon for a couple of sub sandwiches, I always get great service, I love this Publix, their always so kind and they work so hard

The people are nice but the delhi is NEVER stocked. Today the guy accidentally put mustard on my sandwich&I hate mustard. He said it was that or nothing because they had no bread. I also asked for extra extra onions&he gave me 5. When the delhi gets real busy things get crazy. There is no obvious format. Some people get subs or the other sides. The frustrating part is when you wait forever&another customer ignores people are waiting&they take him.

I love coming into Publix they’re always so friendly and nice and they take care of the customers and don’t just let you walk around the store looking for something for 20 minutes.

I went to pick up my prescription and the woman that was filling prescriptions accused me of being rude the day before. I told her it wasnt me and her response was yes it was. She is very unprofessional. I will no longer be coming here ever again. And i will be filing a complaint.

Today we had an issue checking out. The screen in isle three just stopped working on the last item of a large order. McKenzie, Alex and the person (wish I knew his name) that bagged our order was wonderful. Thanks guys for the great customer service.

So Publix is all about family. WRONG! My son’s unfortunate “virtual” graduation was today. So kind of Publix to let him off barely in time to make it and then expect him back at work to close. Wow! Great customer service. Produce fresh & available, shelves are well stocked even @ 0715. If I can’t find an item, staff will show me where the item is located. It’s a warm friendly atmosphere.
