In the past they have been excellent! Deserving of 5 +stars. But calling to see if they have tools for rent, today, proves lengthy and almost unwanted. Ive been put on hold 2x in 16 min waiting period. Hopefully its just a need for employees, not employees that do not wish to help. Ill happily change my rating if employees seem to care as I continue shopping.

My experience at this particular home depot was excellent 👌🏽 was kinda skeptical of stopping by this Home Depot do to me being put so late from work and I needed to get home to my my family plus its sooo far from home I decided anyway to stop by and grab some utensils for the house and the 15min. I was impressed of the store the experience, it was Amazing every associate I walked by ask if I needed any help Lucky because I used to work for Home Depot for 6 years I kinda knew my way around the store. In conclusion if I am ever in the area I will make sure to stop by this particular Home Depot you guys Rock Customer service experience was Incredible 😁💯

One of the things I like best about Home Depot is the way they continue to honor veterans with a discount. Veterans get more done at Home Depot.

We found everything we was looking for and the two employees that helped us was very polite.

Ordered some products online that the website said they had in stock. My order said it was ready for pickup so I went to go get it about 3 days in (you have 7 days to pick it up). Took a while to find out that they misplaced my order, but the lady who came out to tell me was very sweet about it and had been looking for it with another coworker. I called two days later and come to find out that some of my order had been put back on the shelf because they didnt have my full order. No one called to let me know or sent an email notifying me that they did not in fact have my order ready.

I got ripped for a item because I had no receipt. There is a very small sign by the return register about a new rule that you must have a receipt to receive a store credit. When I purchase the item a couple of weeks ago there was no sign by the checkout register about you must have a receipt to get a store credit. I have always been able to get a store credit for items purchase.Now all of a sudden I used cash and now I cant get a store credit,This is not fair to the customer without advance notice. I am sure alot of people are in the same situation and probably on even bigger purchases.This was a way to rip a lot of customers off and collect a large profit from items that are no good or cheap and need to be returned. I purchased a small air conditioner that did not produce cool air.I talked with the manager and explained I did not know about the new rule to see if he could make an exception. He would not. I was very upset about getting ripped off and left the item with him. For the last couple of weeks I have been looking for the receipt but I cant find it. I find alot of home depot receipts that are faded out somewhat. Im not sure if I have the right one or not. It was very frustrating to me to lose my money because they changed a long standing policy and no signs were posted at checkout register. I feel the manager should have made an exception since it was my first time and I did not know about the changes. If anyone else has this same problem please let me know, I want to take legal action as a group complaint. Im sure someone lost a large amount over this unexpected change. It was not implemented correctly or posted throughout the store.

Customer service counter was great. Simple easy return. In the aisles, was less than impressive as the only ones to offer assistance was the gentleman that was promoting HVAC systems. One of my least favorite stores, because of the lack of engagement by associates in the aisles.

I love Home Depot, but the prices are rising way faster than anyones salary. Other than that, this store is laid out thoughtfully with the contractor in mind. Staff was helpful and selection was plentiful.

Great store, but they have been having problems with supply, as has everyone. But they work with me to make sure I get what I need, when I need it. Employed are friendly and helpful. I like shopping here.

I like home depot. Their prices are cheaper than Lowes. I do alot of my own home renovations. I do not hire Home Depot out any longer.... they do not stand behind the customer when theres an install problem on a job you hire Home Depot to do.

Its Home Depot, they sell stuff you need for your home and sundry items. Lumber is way overpriced right now, but thats everywhere, not just at Home Depot. Anyway, friendly staff and a good selection make this a good place to shop.

Its a home Depot so as usual experience will vary. However today I was very happy to meet Susan over in gardening who is a joy to talk to and actually took the time to explain how some of the products for weed killers work. Ive never gotten that level of service from any hardware store and I really appreciate it.

Alexandria Rainey in the flooring department is the best! She saved me almost $700 for luxury vinyl plank flooring over the quote I received from Lowes for comparable flooring. She provided the best customer service I could have ever asked for!!

Very pleasant people. I would suggest when asking for what you need be as detailed as possible or provide a picture so they can advise you of what you would really need. No complaints.

So it all started when the a/c in my house decided to stop working. We were in a rush to find a window unit. Jumped on the app to find one. When we got to the store, and the one we wanted was no where to be found. We went to the appliances area, and ask the clerks back there. Megan, and Reese they were so helpful. They walked up and down the aisle helping us look for it. Then Megan went to get the Assistant Manager on duty Charlie. He also looked up and down the aisles, but still couldnt find it. Charlie found another one in stock, and helped us out with the price because it was more than the one we came in for. Thank you so very much for the amazing help from every one.

Pulled up and asked somebody to help me get a toilet that weighed 96 lb out of my truck and the guy told me I was in the wrong place and I needed to do it myself. He then mocked me and laughed and then walked away. Another guy standing next to him helped me, never been treated that bad before from any store. Ask for a manager told him I would point the guy out he said he would figure out who it is and take care of it which I highly doubt happened. I will never in my life go back to the store!

If there were ZERO stars thats what I would rate todays visit at Home Depot. At least 5 employees WALKED BY/just looked at ME in plumbing & hardware departments and NOT ONE offered to assist or help me. Its usually that way but today because of the icy weather the store was exceptionally slow. They were idle, standing around, doing absolutely nothing, including assisting customers.

What can you say, its a big box, wood store that employs the least knowledgeable people trying to sell you stuff.

On line pickup was easy but had a hard time getting help from a associates with a item in the store

You know how theres that one person that ruins it for everyone else? While sipping today, my boyfriend I were looking at some items. Two younger girls, one named Bayley specially was incredibly rude. The other girl with her walked by and said let me know if I can help yall. While walking away, Bayley said aw youre so nice, I wouldnt have helped them. Okay, Bayley. Dont have a job in customer service if you cant cut it.

Staff is so very helpful and friendly . Usually have what I go for and if not they usually can give me a date when new stock will arrive . They usually offer a different brand product if what I’m looking for is not in stock . Recommend this Home Depot

Front of store is well organized, better than others. Friendly staff.

Customer service is not very good. We bought a gas grill, had it assembled and delivered. When we got the grill it was dirty with foot prints on the base and a smiley face drawn on top in all the pollen that was on it. They could have had it cleaned up before delivering. Very disappointed.

While being stuck at home, weve been working on a few home improvement projects, so HD has been our go-to place for pretty much everything weve needed in order to get the job(s) done.Most of the employees have been incredibly helpful (very few have seemed to be less than helpful) when we require their assistance.Occasionally we enjoy wandering the aisles, getting ideas for any future projects.And, of course, we like to go window shopping...ogling the amazing selection of power tools...🧰🤤😏😉😄

I understand that covid19 is running around but you would at least think when your buying something expensive and heavy that at least one employee would offer to help you with it but not at this location. The store was very clean and well stocked but i dont think i will go to this location again due to the lack of customer assistance.

So excited to learn about the First Saturday of the month! Kids can come and participate in a DIY project. They get an apron the first time they come and every time you complete a project you get a pin for your apron! Our first project was a periscope. So fun! Will definitely be returning!

Called today to check on the status of an online order. Called 3 times. No one ever answered the phone. So we went on over to get our order which was placed yesterday afternoon. All items we ordered were in stock at the store. They told us they needed 24-48 hours to get our order ready for pick-up.

Took over an hour to rent a truck that was supposed to be ready. Although it was ready the help didnt know what to do.

This is a busy store however some of the staff is helpful however some of the staff is not helpful nor do they care based upon my own personal experience I was purchasing an item and trying to get them to do a price match one cashier said that should be no problem and asked another cashier how to do it and they said no we dont do that, I didnt ask for a manager to get involved and they gladly approved it with no problem, then upon trying to load some material and getting assistance to load the material that was very heavy there was no one there to help load and it was very disorganized from now on Ill be going to the Athens location or to any other location than this one.

Very crowded today, lots of Christmas shoppers, store well stocked, staff helpful as usual.

Have had noting but problems from the Bethlehem/Winder location. Ordered DeWalt kit online. Bre/Bri (not sure how her name is spelled) called and said item ordered is not in stock and she will have to refund my money. I told her how I was still wanting item and wondering if I can pick up at different location. Apparently Home Depots system isnt that intricate. Bri/Bre was able to change my order from in store pick up to delivery. She called the next closest store to check availability, and they had what I ordered in stock. She told me its set up for delivery from that location but if I want I can go in that store and pickup before delivery takes place. Bri/Bre was very helpful at the Bethlehem location and was able to resolve the issue to make the customer satisfied. Isnt that what its all about? THE CUSTOMER. Have dealt with other staff at Bethlehem location and have not met anyone that is helpful yet excluding Bre/Bri. If Bre/Bri isnt managing the customer service desk yet, she should be.

Easy to navigate and friendly people in the store. Patient people as well as I watched an extremely foul customer cuss out an employee, and the employee just took it and kept trying to be helpful. I went here three times during my trip to Athens 2019 and was grateful for the convenience of the store to where I was staying. It made the work I needed to do easy.

Nice people and clean store. COVID-19 compliant with respect to the store and most employees. Customers were certainly not at all respectful of social distancing or with face coverings. While this may be common in Bethlehem, you may want to avoid this location if you are concerned or susceptible to Corona. Shelves are a little bare and stock supply is sporatic. Otherwise, great place, good prices.

I love this store they had everything I needed. I went to to other home depots and in the system it said they had the white marble chip rocks but no backs was to be found but when I came to this location they had exactly everything I need it great job keeping up with inventory does matter.
