A cute quiet little area. Walmart here is very well upkept. Staff friendly and very helpful. I usually dont got to Walmarts, however sometimes I have no choice. Im very glad I visited here. Definitely enjoyed my visit here.

Love this Wally World!! Very nice and they’re carrying more of a variety! And should you pick up your prescriptions here, I mean how fabulous are they here ??? Absolutely grandtastic ! They work like a finely tuned machine . They have the one on Rte 50 beat hands down !! That one could learn from the Pleasant Valley Crew no question about it !🤔

Pay for express delivery at 4:30 pm Oct 28 is 4:35 am oct 29 and still no order been delivered it just say delayed contacted support and was told my express delivery order will be fulfilled on the 29-30 of October*finally got cancel on Nov 2 @ 6 am

Nice store. But man the customer service is nasty people. They get irritated when you ask for help. I ask for assistance because I have left my wallet in the car. The lady was very rude and rolled her eyes and said well Hurry then!! This happened at Wal-Mart on pleasant valley road. I will no longer shop that location. Very disappointing.

This was a pretty well stocked Walmart Supercenter. Clothing items we needed by size were available and ample choices. Of course the prices were pretty good.

Was going to do 3 stars but I was so impressed they actually had more than 2 cashiers working & I didnt have to check myself out.

Service at Walmart Vision Center was excellent. Sheryl helped me understand the cost before I shopped for new glasses, and made sure she understood exactly what was important to me for my new lenses.

What can I say? Its Walmart. Its a Supercenter. Convenience, low prices are just a few reasons I return again & again to Walmart. My (and Im sure alot of others) go to store for just about anything. Hey, its good ol Walmart! 😊

I go in for couple items and come out with more because I see pretty good deals...I bought what I thought were eclairs and went to share one and it was just a chocolate covered rectangle donut filled with cream filling...not the filling for an eclair so dont just pick it up because it looks like an eclair, I was in a hurry and didnt read the sticker🤨my fault but I was not very happy.

The store is well stocked and zoned, nice wide aisles and plenty of room to shop. We were extremely happy with the store until we checked out. I usually use the self checkout but with 2 carts full we looked for a register open. First time Ive ever shopped in any Walmart with not one single register open with a cashier. Plenty of self checkouts though... Regret buying as much as we did since we had to check ourselves out.

Sarah in electronics is a spectacular associate. Smart, kind, helpful, knowledgeable. Walmart management kept me waiting half an hour to tell them that unfortunately.

The grocery pick up was awesome for my husband who is a truck driver. While he is driving, I can place an order and he can take his truck there to get what he needs for the truck. Love this service. Never had any issues from any of the grocery pickups at any Wal-mart

Store was very cluttered and dirty especially for the time of day. Did like that they seem to employ alot of teens.

I was there to pick up groceries that I ordered online. It was perfect. My text helped me to check in, then the App easily switched to a screen where I could choose the number of the spot in which I was parked and asked what was the color of my car.The Associate who brought out my groceries, was polite, friendly, confirmed who I was and neatly loaded the groceries into my vehicle.It was an overall good experience.

Its understood this pandemic has caused shortages in some areas. I drink white monsters quite a bit. My wife usually places puck up orders which is very convenient, problem is when making substitutions, a zero calorie sugar free red bull is not a white monster. Or going g to look for a specific product in store, that the website states that have in store, but only available online, is a problem. Meaning I just wasted time and gas to purchase a product that isnt there. Other then that Im good.

I am using Walmart pickup for my groceries the time I have sat here and waited to pick up my groceries I literally could have gone inside and shopped for everything. Ridiculous. There is literally one kid doing everything.

I live i Charles Town and our Walmart is better than the one in Winchester you would think it was the other way around but its not they never have any sales or clearance items like the one in Charles Town

Used my card in the second lane and had multiple purchases from Walmart afterwards that I did not authorize or attempt to buy at all. I made sure I didnt leave my card there, it was in my wallet. Someone must have put a thing on the keypad that steals your card information. Walmart is super intense about making sure no one is stealing from them but allows this sort of thing to happen. Will be paying only cash if I decide to come back to this Walmart.

Waited 15 minutes for someone to help me at the fitting rooms. No one showed and I had to go find a worker. They called over the system for someone. I went to wait another 5 minutes or so but still no one showed up. Had to leave my product on the shelf and go home. Would’ve loved to buy the shirts I wanted but with no one there so I could try them on. I had no choice but to leave them and go home. Thanks for valuing your customers Walmart. Not!

This was the dirtiest Walmart I have ever seen. The floors were all marked with black marks, shelves were not stocked, items were not placed in the right places, and they were out of so many items .We stood in a line 20 deep to check out. Thats ridiculous! They had several registers open with actual cashiers.I am thankful that I dont live here, just passing through, and dont have to shop here on a regular basis.

Self Check out and like 2 lanes open.Rarely see any Express checkouts. As is every Walmart. Not enough employees to man the check out lines.Have waited in line for 45 minutes before on a weeke d outside of holiday season.

Steering wheel bushing went out. Unfortunately I was at mercy of dealership because of electronics in steering wheel. I call and get a $125 to repair and appointment. Also told that I will need an alignment after work and it will be a separate charge and I agree. Get in site and tech instantly jacks it up to $230. Tech then tells me it is $89 for the alignment but charges $100 on the bill without taxes. Would not recommend this is place.

I put my things back and left. i cant shop there anymore. there is never more then 2 or 3 cash lines open and they are always backed up into the main section of the store. no matter what time i go.Walmart is no longer worth the 20 or more minutes to check out for me.

Tried to calling from 7:06 until 7:43 and no one answered. Absolutely ridiculous that no one answers the phone at multiple extensions!

Wanted to buy a storage box with a locking lid. They had the boxes but not the matching lid. Said I would have to pay full price even though I wasnt getting the lid which was included in the listed price. Also informed me that they often just throw those away because some people dont take them with the box and the fact that they dont have the same number that just happens all the time. I went to Target and got the same product with the lid.

I kept receiving an error while trying to check in using the Walmart app so the staff member assisting another pick-up customer looked my order up and I was assisted very quickly!

Friendly staff and usually in stock of most items. Clean and well organized. Can get pretty crowded occasionally. Overall and awesome family friendly WalMart.

Clean store. Had everything I stopped in for. Had a couple of items I couldnt find. Staff was very knowledgable and pointed me in the right direction. I dont usually shop at Walmart and I was pleasantly surprised. I used the self check out with no issues.

Helen the front end manager is absolutely an amazing employee. I lost a receipt for my job. I called her and asked her to research by card number and the date. I had the wrong date in my system and she searched days ahead and FOUND it. The whole time she had a positive attitude and told me not to worry she would find it. She placed it at the front desk for me. I came in after she left and the front end manager had it for me with great customer service also. Thank you again. I was also very pleased with the door greeter. I forgot my mask at work. The door greeter was there to greet me with a smile and had mask available for me. Keep up the great work ladies!

This Walmart is just as good as the one I usually go to closer to my house.

Usually lack of cashiers, lately struggling to keep up with carts as well. Grocery side is ok and I mostly go to buy sports cards and this Walmart Sports Cards selection is the worst ever, never anything in stock, if you ask anyone to check the back they usually blow you off. I actually found around a thousand dollars worth hidden throughout the store, manager didnt care. They need a better system, stop rewarding the flippers that sit and wait for hours for product and usual take it all, only product I find is a flippers stash.

Consistently there are long lines at both manned and self check out registers. Its not uncommon to stand in line over 20 minutes. Complaining to the corporate office is useless. They responded by handing off the complaint, to the store stating local management will reach out. No response there after and its been over a month. Consequently, I dont shop there any more and I discourage others from shopping there. Target is a much more pleasant experience.

I came to Walmart pleasant valley and there was an elderly lady with short hair near jewelry section. I asked her for assistance at the bedding section she refused and didn’t even talk properly and turned away. And now she is helping people as they are white and I am not! Now this is not expected from Walmart Pleasant Valley! Very very very shameful.

Im from out of town and first 2 times I visited this place in Oct they had no avail buggies. Ive also never been to a Walmart where so much was out of stock all the time. You would think closing at night to clean and stock would allow for better stocked shelves by they are routinely completely empty shelves. Get it together.

There are no shopping karts inside, myself and others had to go tobthe parking lot to get one. I ask the girl at the front why arent there and shopping carts inside, she replies The mule is broken. I ask her why cant the pushed the in manually and she started making excuses. This Wal-Mart sucks.

Cant keep up with products when they are sold to replace them. Cant find anyone to be in the department for which they are trained, if they are trained.

The grocery pick-up at this store is the absolute worst. There are always too few employees, and they always seem flustered, confused, and slow. (Not all.. some of them are fantastic. But they have to pick up the slack for others.) I blame poor management for them being undertrained and understaffed. I consistently wait at least 20 minutes for groceries. Last night I waited over an hour with a screaming baby in the car! The worst!

Needed a flat repair was told 30 mins. Been here an hour and 30 mins and theres still 2 cars in front of mine.

Vegetables always smashed down, old looking. Cans are crushed on sides.Out of alot of stuff.Some Employees rude, dont want to be asked questions.Walmart needs help

It was a cold, dark, windy night snow and sleet in April! But that didnt stop April and Joe from going out of their way to provide extremely helpful, polite and professional service!! I was outside in the garden area trying to pick up mulch which I had a question on about the price. April went out of her way to assist me ascertaining the correct price while Joe who totally looks like an NFL defensive linebacker loaded four huge bags of mulch into my trunk. I never even had to touch them. Thats how kind and such a tremendous help Joe was to me in the FREEZING sleet and snow of April 1, 2021 in the late evening. April helped me take a picture of the barcode, so I could just go inside, show the cashier, tell her I had four bags, and that April sent me. LOL!! Even the cashier was sweet as she could be. This is why I love Walmart. Walmart Associates rock!!!!!Thanks again, April and Joe!! You guys were a lifesaver!! On a freezing cold, windy, sleeting, snowy night, you guys warmed my heart:)

The pick up option is fantastic. Its more convenient for me most days. It can be a little hectic and time consuming, but Id rather sit in my car and do this than have to shop around, plus theres no long lines for check out!

Good prices, as always. However, was at a scan and go and the lady in front of us had an issue. Not a big deal in and of it self. Three CSMs later and the issue wasnt resolved and still standing there with not even an apology or off of assistance

The shelves were empty & it was hard to find the items. The employees were very busy filling carts for pickups. That is a very hard job & should be done when they are closed to the public..We had a really nice cashier to check us out. Also the Handicap walk way was in bad shape.. Very icy & full of snow. Im starting to dread coming here. Things need to change. I understand the pandemic has caused some of this, but not all of it..☹️

I got my order a little late but the service was great!

This was the worse visit to Wal-Mart I have ever had in my 63 years of life. I had to wait over 1 hour for assistance after calling customer service, 3 times, spoke to other sales people,And finally assistance was rendered to me after an hour wait. I am elderly, and disabled . There were no riding motorized carts. When I finally got to the register there was 1 cashier in the whole store. I complained to the stores customer service but they said covering shifts, staffing, ect.vwas handled by the Corporate office, well someone isnt doing their jobs as each time Im in your stores, the line for the 1 opened full cashier is 10-15 people in line. I have been a patron of your company for to many years to count as Im 63 years old. I will have to take my $ 300.00 a week business elsewhere if the staffing situation is not resolved.

Filthiest parking lot I’ve ever seen in my entire life. For the amount of money this place takes in, in a days time they should be able to afford a parking lot sweeping company to sweep the lot!

This is a good Walmart. There really is no bad Walmarts in the area. Some stores have a little more than others but that is to be expected. theres never a whole lot of lanes open but I usually go through the self-checkout anyway no matter how much groceries I have cuz that always seems to be the fastest route to check out.

Express Delivery is a nightmare. You stand around for over a hour waiting for someone to go get the “express” order and then you wait even longer for them to find their way back to you. If you don’t ask multiple employees to page for assistance, you’ll be waiting there a lifetime. Waste of time and energy.

I have made a complaint to the CDC we have pandemic our president has placed an order of a state of emergency for COVID-19 and in VA there is an order for a mask your employees need to stop for touching all over your stuff and getting with in 6 feet of someone and their children and possibly infect them. Wearing a mask in a public place is an order right now and I understand some people don’t agree with it but then they should not be working around the public and they are putting others at risk and Walmart is allowing it. A lawsuit may be in the near future.

Ordered all food through Walmart.com and all I did was pick up. Checked in online through applications. Arrived and food was brought oit immediately. Everything was as I ordered. Saved time.

This is a very large, clean store with more variety than most. Clean and Friendly.

Went there recently to buy some fake foliage to make some wreaths with. The selection was smaller than I hoped, but I got everything I needed, and the wreaths turned out great!!

Store is a little disorganized and customer service wasnt the best. But it was stocked well.

I love this walmart. Usually a very pleasant environment. Very clean and super speedy check out compared to other walmarts in the area. Also seems a bit bigger. Stop by, they always have good clearance deals!
