This company is one of the worst company that I have to deal with. When I tried to call to check price and availability, It always keep ringing but no one answer the call. When we tried send email to salesperson, it took forever to email back. Sometimes we have to send second or third email to request for a quote. There are couple times when we sent purchase orders, we did not get a respond for receipt. And sometimes we emailed to check on the purchase orders, the same salesperson sent an email back that the order was never received. If we do not have to use Spiralock products, we would never use this company again.
