As the owner of a commercial lawn service who offers power washing as a sideline; Kelly, Brian and the entire staff have always treated me like I am the biggest spender to walk through the doors. I live in a suburb of Buffalo, New York. I have been pressure washing concrete and vinyl siding for twenty five years and wanted to upgrade my equipment. I was referred to ICE by a factory rep from a power washer manufacturer as I was having difficulty locating new equipment in my area. Wayne from ICE reached out to me and said, “This is what I have, this is what it cost, this is when I can ship it, contact me if you want it. I contacted him a short time after and asked some questions. Everyone working there was friendly and courteous. I ordered my equipment and within three days it was at my door. I can’t tell you what a pleasure it is to deal with a company like that. Not easy these days. They were great !

If I could give zero stars I would! I contacted this company over 3 weeks ago to build a new rig for me, and after spending over $18,000, I have had nothing but problems. Within the first week, the electric hose reel broke, the “brand new” gas air system stopped working, they put a used air pump on my rig (I paid for a new piece), and overall cheap parts put on. Once contacting Wayne to come and fix my issues, they sent a sales rep and showed up to my house at 7pm who tried the best he could to fix my problems. After spending this much money with one company, I would have expected to at least be one of the first that day. I am still having issues and have not been able to get in contact with anyone to help. Needless to say I will never be working with this company again.

Quick shout out to Wayne and ICE Companies in Wilmington, NC. I am brand new to the game and this will be my first season coming up. Im actually doing LLC paperwork here soon.Wayne reached out, spoke, and heard my complaints about a few things, heard my needs, and got me situated with a washer I wanted and thought would best fit my needs. Bought a pressure washer from this company very easy to get hold of the salesman when I bought it had a couple of problems messaged him never heard back now that I have spent the money no response after I messaged and called him on May 4th been 20 days I would recommend going somewhere else
