Cost a little more than the box home improvement stores, but the staff is much more helpful. They know where everything is in the store and are happy to help. Id gladly pay a tiny bit more for better service

This place was awesome. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The store is a nice size too theu have everything. They need to get rid of that guy selling smoothies on their property, he was In a dpoefiend nod when we were there today scared us.

Great prices on propane gas, friendly staff helped me everytime Ive been there, last time, they helped me with several tanks, if you need anything for your yard, call them and ask them they always respond :)

Went to a couple of the big name hardware stores and couldnt find what I was looking for. Found it in here!

Our Turkey fryers washer needed replacing. We went to a home improvement store and were directed to 3 different areas and still left empty handed. We went to a nuts & bolts store and left empty handed. We went to Ace and very shortly were asked if we needed help. The young man took us to one isle and tried several washers. When non of those worked he took us to the next isle where after trying a few washers success was found. My husband thought he was going to have to wield the spout to the fryer, however, thanks to the Very Helpful young man at Ace that is no longer necessary! 😁Ace IS the place! So sorry we didnt get his name!

We moved to Castle Hayne from a small town in Maryland. It is such a pleasure to have this clean and well stocked hardware store right down the street from our new home. The people that work at the store are very friendly and extremely helpful. I will never go to a big box store again and will shop here on a regular basis. I highly recommend the store to all in the area.

They are always nice, knowledgeable and helpful. In seem to wind up there about three times a week. Its not the biggest store but its a lot bigger than it looks from the street.

Hardware store with great veriaty of new and old stuff good service fast the only thing is its not that great for handicap or older people do to over normal amounts of steps and a small parking area and also not that easy to see from the road it is tucked in a little congested area across from the fire station
