I always have a professional cashier. The deli folks are excellent, they know me and always have my order ready. The best staff ever. Keep up the good work!

This used to be a nice convenient little neighborhood acme but unfortunately it turned it to a dump. The place is dirty, trash everywhere in the parking lot, never any carts available. I got things from the bakery this weekend and it was stale and had a long hair in it. The new staff is unprofessional, I tried to get the bags filled at self check out but the staff was too busy listening to music and other time someone was eating chicken wings at the registry. Just turned into a gross place. Sad.

It was a pleasent shopping experience, shelves full, employees very friendly, found what I was looking for, plus more! The only down fall, it was very cold in the store

Compared to other Acmes that Ive been to, this one is fairly small. Kinda gives off that nostalgic mom and pop grocery store feel. Selections arent great due to the size but they do sell hot food which is always a bonus in my book!!!...friendly staff and the customer service is great. If not for the limited selection, this would be a 5 star all day long.

Tried to return an item. They told me the only guy in the store who could process it was on break so I had to come back later. I feel disrespected. This is seriously the worst acme.The issue btw isn’t that someone took a break. It’s that this store is understaffed. I think the people in charge of this place are greedy and don’t want to pay the proper amount of employees.I’ve shopped here for years but from now on I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Good but expensive. Only four stars cause its expensive but they do have lots of specialty items.

This is a good, if not small ACME market. They have a limited selection because the store is so small. But they have a terrific produce department. I dont know how they always have fresh produce on display, but they do. Its a great go to place for a quick grocery shop, especially for the produce.

The people were disrespectful and demanding. I was asked to give them my phone which is no approached to ask the customer about just for u coupon, that I had put on my phone. It was not honored. I asked for my monies back and left it like that. I subject you all have some training with your employees so they can better assist the customer. You just lost a good customer.

This is easily the worst managed grocery store I have ever been to. They are not mean, but they are unhelpful and certainly not going out of their way for you.

Convenient but the prices whew. It is 3 or 4 on my list of grocery stores. Often /he staff doesnt know every items actually are, and where they end up doesnt seem logical for placement. Friendly but bossy staff. Some Management reprimands in front of customers at timesby yelling marching orders at cashiers. EGAD.

This Acme has a wide selection of most any and everything you want. Always clean and employees are courteous and knowledgeable of where things are in the 🏪 store. Its well worth a visit 👌👍☺️

I enjoy my local Acme. They have a variety of goods. They are helpful when I need help.

Every time a go to this location i feel I am being profiled. Why? 🤔 there can be many people not of my race ahead of me but are not even looked at but as soon as I walk up to the self checkout line they walk up and watch very closely. Dont blame me for others actions!

This acme literally has everything I need, it’s small but packed and very clean and well kept. The bakery has a great variety of fresh breads and pastries. Definitely my first place to go for fruit and veggies ! However it can be a little pricey compared to shop rite. Addition to that the self check out is very intrusive, which I would have to say is my only issue. I’ve watched a lot of profiling going on when guest are scanning their items, as well as with my self even on occasion. Don’t get me wrong I understand the security, however the subjective targeting is what bothers me when shopping at this location. Other than that the store had everything I need.

Very rude employee staff!!!if it wasn’t so convenient I would NEVER EVER sop here! I go to Giant food store now and only go here when I’m just picking up 1 or 2 items-I’d rather drive the extra 10 minutes than to be talked to in a rude unprofessional manner!!!!

As a former associate of Acme, service has undergone a change since the pandemic last year.

Small nieghborhood supermarket, but surprisingly diverse inventory. Consider stopping here first before driving to the Rt. 202 markets.

I called an hour before they closed to ask if they had an item and I was told to call back tomorrow. I asked if someone could help me with the item and the person never responded.

Out of many things. Very small aisles.

The checkout women were exceptionally nice. Was able to find everything I needed.

I called ahead to customer service and asked if they had any empty boxes I could have that they would otherwise throw away. They said they had 4 banana boxes. I said I would come pick them up.Upon arrival, a man led me to the back of the store where they keep the spare boxes. He said nothing and moved very quickly. There was a stack of boxes on a wheeled pallet. He grabbed two banana boxes from the middle of the stack and yanked them, letting the rest of the stack tumble to the floor. He threw them in front of me and, still without saying a word, speed walked back to the main floor.5 stars because I didnt pay for the boxes

Remind me while in Delaware to not go to Acme markets again. If you dont have a phone number in the system you dont get the sale. In Florida a sale is a sale .

Stopped in for a quick visit to pick up a few items. It turns out that they were easy to find and I was in and out in a very short time.

While it doesnt carry everything that large supermarkets do, I really appreciate having a supermarket within walking distance.

The manager Terry is so rude. Does not know how to speak to customers, very ghetto and most of the employees have poor hygiene. The only nice staff is the bakery department. The store itself is well equipped but the staff and manager is horribl!

They are getting on my nerves. They never have enough of the sugar fudgesicle. Blueberries always so HIGH for the little container. You always have to spend a large amount, just to get a digital item.

First time here everybody was very friendly and the store was super organized I loved it and great prices!

This Acme is the better grocery store out of the three in the City of Wilmington, DE.They are very expensive and a bit OVER PRICED on most of their items compared to the other two, but the food itself is better and a lot fresher..** The Fresh Market located in Adams Four ( that use to be fresh grocers) is back to their old bs of selling meat thats spoiling in the packages and you dont know it until you get it home or go to cook it. This store is the least expensive of the three.** Shoprite in Christiana shopping center down by the River Front.. They either dont have what youre needing, the fruits like grapes were moldy and dirty.. They are 2nd in line for being expensive and Ive also in the past 2020 year gotten bad meat out of this store and didnt know it until I was cooking it..( The smell of bad, spoiled meat is horrible and undeniable.. Once you smell it you NEVER forget that smell.)

I love this Acme! Its my neighborhood store and have been going there since 1997. Shelves were stocked, good sales going on and nice to see familiar faces. Terri and Larry are the best!!!

Bathroom was horrible... came in to shop my toddler had to use bathroom.. of course they can not hold it.. urine all over seat, floor, walls.. looked like no one came in to check or clean the bathroom the entire day. Had top hold her in a cradle position too use the bathroom.. with all this covid19 stuff you would think the restrooms would be cleaned often..

Store is so small and the customers as well as the staff are the rudest people within this state only reason i gave it 2 stars was some of the meats looked very good

Its not small and it has a good selection without losing its small town appeal. This is my go-to grocery store and, believe it or not, I have never seen anyone other than myself fill their cart up! Most people here only get 10-15 items it seems. Which is good because the lines move quickly, that is, until they start checking out my overstuffed cart!

I can honestly say I do like Acme because its one of the closest supermarkets to me in walking distance. but Im not really pleased with the meat, because it seems a little high. but the produce is pretty good and the other items or just a little high for me. to go there just to get produce and because its somewhere I can go quickly to get what I need.

Forgot chips for christmas dips. Acme always comes through.

This is the worst supermarket Ive ever been to. I dont know why I went back again. I would rather drive 15 min out of my way to the prices corner acme. I have never gonna there without an issue.. Ive also never written a Google review but thats how bad this place is.

Dear Acme,Please close down, so a better grocery store can open within walking distance of my apartment.This place stinks. This acme closes earlier than any other, its hard to find anything youre looking for, and theres always a long line for the registers. Go to Shoprite or the Farmers Market!!
