Cookie was alright. Staff was thankfully upfront about the fact that literally everything is cross contaminated with peanut butter though, and since my husband is allergic he unfortunately wasn’t able to even try it out. Which then made us question the sanitation…. Also made us wonder if the vegan cookies are really even vegan if they can’t even provide a common allergy free option.

Jake was super amazing! Had a cool necklace (spray paint can was baller)! He was super kind to us and gave us stickers so naturally he is a fave. Raise for Jake!

I have heard about Insomnia for years and found out there was on 10 minutes from where we were staying. I told the cashier I was new. She groaned…. I ordered a 6 box and did not know the rules of ordering. When I ordered two from the delux section I just figured there would be an up charge. Instead I was lectured about how to correctly order if I was going to purchase from Insomnia. I did not need the lecture and did not appreciate the newbie treatment. The situation could have been explained in a graceful way. Instead she chose to use embarrassing techniques. No cookies are worth this treatment!

Cookies were great! We got a 6 pack for I think around $10. Blueberry cobbler was our fave! In my opinion, better than crumble cookies. Crumble cookies are just too rich. Staff was friendly as well!

Seriously need to do some training with your employees . I walked in and no one was there, about 10 seconds later a girl walked out from the back and acted angry I was there. This girl wanted no part of working there . When this business goes under, the owners can only blame themselves for having employees like that. I bought a 6 pack but probably will not be back .

We ordered insomnia cookies in Wilmington. Let me say we have ordered before. These were well doneAlmost burnt. I called the number several times for a replacement. No one ever answers the phone.So I emailed. No response there either. If I wanted rock hard burnt cookies I could have gone to Walmart and bought a 3$ bag off the shelf instead of spending 49$.I know things go wrong but somebody should at least answer the phone and say sorry or whatever.

Tried the strawberry cheesecake ice cream and it was great! The white chocolate macadamia nut cookie is my favorite.

I have been to this insomnia a few times. Most recently last night. I got a chocolate chip cookie with some chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream. As usual it hit the spot. Nothing like some late night sweets. Haven’t had a bad experience here yet. Due the location, on weekends you may encounter some weirdos but overall you should have a smooth experience. Employees are usually helpful and patient. Street parking is a hit or miss but you can always park in the garage that’s not too far. It’s hours can’t be beat also, so you can pull up late night! Price is also reasonable. Cookies have also always been soft and semi warm.

The cookies are good. But the service is horrible. I have never been to an Insomnia Cookies before. Stopped in leaving an appointment. Employee seemed extremely put out to help me and annoyed. I wasnt aware their dining area wasnt open. There wasnt any signs posted. Employee proceeds to snap at me, in a very condescending tone, informing me you cant eat in here. Yeah, I wont be back again.

I bought half a dozen of the deluxe cookies and an icing big wich cookie. The cookies are really, really hard and the consistency is grainy like eating hard sand.I dont usually leave bad reviews. I would rather say nothing. But for the price, it is a bad product.A previous reviewer mentioned there were no signs saying you couldnt eat in there. We ate one cookie at the table and they told us you couldnt eat. Thats fine, but a sign would have been nice. It was embarrassing in front of other customers.

Ordered last night for delivery, waited over an hour to contact the store on the status of the order. Got sent to the national call center and was treated very nicely, the lady said they were very busy but that it would be out as soon as possible, never was offered a refund but instead a reschedule of the order. I fell asleep waiting because I have to work this morning and still no cookies. This has happened to me before and I would love to be enthusiastic about this business but the service is lackluster and the prices are a bit much. Would not recommend honestly!!

When you pay 20+ dollars for a dozen of fresh hot baked cookies thats what you want.

Man when I went there I got these caramel homemade cookies with ice cream in the middle like an ice cream sandwich but I had I was able to make it myself and that was one of the best tasting desserts other than Applebees Walnut brownie ice cream second best dessert in town but Im fighting going because of weight and diabetes this place is a fat boys dream or in my case nightmare haha

I didnt know that was a thing. Someone came over the radio and said Mike your cookies are here. Best surprise ever. But not only did I get cookies delivered to my work at 1am they were still hot. And delicious. Thanks to whomever thought of this.

The cookies are phenomenal and Ive absolutely gained at least 15 lbs during quarantine because of Insomnia Cookies. Absolutely delicious! The amount of time it takes to get your order is disappointing. It takes over an hour and its not worth it sometimes.

Changed from a 5 star review to a 1. This place used to be great, but the last 3 times I’ve ordered it’s taken over and hour to deliver and they’ve messed up the order by either giving me the wrong thing or forgetting things. No more chances from me. The cookies are good, but unless you’re going to the store yourself, it’s not worth it.Edit:Tried again 4 months later now, against better judgement. I was running errands with my daughter and decided to stop in for a treat with her! WOW, the Apple Pie cookies were AMAZING! I never would have thought to try baking those. The oatmeal raisin and M&M cookies werent really anything special but still tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful with any questions. Definitely plan to stop in again.

Who doesnt love fresh baked cookies? Especially when they deliver them. The prices can be a bit steep for a single cookie (over $3 for a deluxe), but they are bomb. The staff is always friendly. I probably would be friendly to if I were surrounded by delicious cookies all day.

Amazing Late Night Cookies baked fresh! Went here with my family after a long day of visiting attractions around Wilmington. Having a warm and gooey cookie as a dessert at the end of the day was a great way to conclude the adventure. There is a good variety of cookies to pick from and they even have milk and ice cream available to go along with your cookies. We ate in, I wish that a few of the seats and tables were not raised so it is easier to relax. They also have an option for delivery if you want to get cookies brought to you. I will definitely be going back here and would recommend Insomnia Cookies to anyone.

My husband took me here on a whim. It was a nice little surprise. I had salted caramel cheesecake icecream. It was great. There were not many people in the store however they had many delivery drivers on the go delivering cookies. This was around 9am.

Expensive.... yes, but they discreetly (lights off sign on top of car turned off and will call to let you know they’re outside if it’s late and you have dogs. Yeah they’re not cheap, but who else is bringing you freshly baked cookies, I’ve cream and chocolate milk at 2:00 am? Brilliant business model and all the drivers I’ve had are polite and professional.

I have mixed feelings. While the food was very good, and I was super satisfied with what I ate, the vibe of the place was really weird/uncomfortable/off-putting/uneasy. It was unsettling enough that Im not sure I want to come back, despite the good food. I walked in with some of my friends in the middle of the afternoon on a weekday - a time you wouldnt expect anything too weird, and there were these two guys just sitting there at the table in the corner. They didnt order anything. They didnt have any food. Im guessing they worked there and were on break. Im not quite sure why else they would be sitting there without ordering. One of these guys was playing some kind of sex video on his phone with full volume on. Im not sure what exactly it was but it definitely wasnt something you should play in public. It made me really uncomfortable. The guy seemed to be completely oblivious to the fact that what he was playing was totally inappropriate. Either he doesnt understand how society works or he didnt care. Either way, not good. I am a store manager myself and if I saw that in my store, whether he was staff or even a customer, I would have told him to stop or leave. I would certainly hope that management does not allow someone to sit there in the corner, taking up space and making customers uncomfortable by playing some kind of loud sex video on the phone with no acknowledgment of the people around.

Cookies are warm and yummy. Ice cream shoved between two warm and yummy cookies even better! Good place for an unhealthy dessert. Very sweet so not a bad idea to share the cookie cookiewhich with someone!

WOW. Cookie delivery?! Enough said...the cookies were DELICIOUS and we were delighted to find that there was a location closer to us as well! [we visited this location while on a trip] The store was very clean, cookies are served warm and chewy [seriously, PERFECT!], and the ice cream was amazing too - it was the perfect temperature - not too cold to get your spoon through, but that super soft creamy perfect texture that we all crave. Cant wait to go back!

He just stood at the register lifeless and lack of expression. So I just ordered and grabbed my own receipt from the register because he failed to do that. Cookies were amazing! Like AMAZING!!!However; the girl who was working the check out wasn’t the greatest. She kinda had an attitude, and made it seem like I was keeping her from something or something. If it was my business she wouldn’t be around that long. Could have been an off day for her/ but regardless I won’t forget the poor service.

Had an excellent first visit. The attendant was very helpful, made suggestions that turned out to be very tasty. The cookies melt in your mouth. We will definitely be coming back.
