If they could allocate funds for staffing a mini stock shift two nights per week, the sparse day employee time could be utilized more efficiently.

This store closes each day between the hours of 1:00 and 4:00pm. Why? Because they dont have sufficient help. Okay Ill be the first former retail manager to accept that; because I have been in a high pressure sales atmosphere. However, this location has had exponentially high shrinkage for the past two years as well. Yet, NEVER have I seen a single member of district management or corporate management in this location.

The cashiers named Sam was very courteous

⭐️WOW! What a great store to get or even just find amazing deals & offers! The customer service was just top notch awesome! Especially for being so understaffed as they are, it definitely doesn’t let it phase them. They treated me with such kindness & so respectful! Oh & I personally love how strict they’ve become on following covid-19 precautions & making everyone wear a mask to go inside the store & will NOT let you in if you do not. It’s not only the law but the right thing to do, and a lot of other stores have gotten lazy and don’t care either way-which looses customers and money. The store associates are so awesome and just so nice, with the exception of only one or two, and even with the job they have, their customer service is just exceptional. So people remember, just give them a break, their just doing their jobs the best way they can with what they were given ⭐️

While I understand this place isn’t in the nicest of neighborhoods, what 48 year old woman do you think is going to leave her backpack purse behind the register? Also how is my bag different because I carry mine on my back rather than my shoulder. Many businesses employ ex cons which is good in a way but I’m not taking chances leaving my bag there for them to copy my info down. Get a security guard if you want to have a store in an urban area. That’s crazy. Just lost my purchase.

Its quick its an easy in and out kind of store. Not the cleanest, but they do have a multi-pack of paper towels with prints (which are not easy to find these days 😊)6 rolls for $5 bucks

Its ok but i still think dollar tree better cause they sell the same stuff and mostly everything is 💲 1.00 except for electronics. Family dollar is good for when is close by you and you dont want to take the drive to dollar tree 💯

Disappointed they would not refund my $10 for purchase of shorts I never wore. I had my receipt! They claim because of Covid! They can get credit from vender if they cant resell!

Ive lived near this store for about four years. The price, convenience, location and overall friendliness of the staff is fantastic. this store is definitely a place for a quick stop shop and be able to grab several items on your list.

Liked this place before. Not now. This morning my friend wasnt allowed to go in for senior hour, which is absolutely great. Except. When he was denied entry a man around the same age walked out after shopping. A young person. They selectively apply their covid policies. They should be reprimanded. If one young person cant shop in senior hour then not one can. The cashier said to him no exceptions while literally allowing an exception in front of him.

Manager Gabby refused me a refund because she assumed I used an EBT card and I do not own one and paid with cash. She said she did not read the receipt and said I had to accept her apology or get out of her store and refused me a refund. She assumed I used EBT because she said 90 percent of customers use it. But I went to get a refund in less than 10 minutes and paid with a 10 dollar bill. She was rude and racist. It was wrong and hurtful to know people like this still have the prejudice mind set.
