I loved this store ! It was very fun to walk around and I love the set up of the store and the home decor area. Its a bit understaffed in my opinion but then again, its a small store. I think itd be helpful to have someone who can walk around and offer help to any customers who might need it though. Im going back to the store today 😁

I love that Wilmington has a store like this! Its kind of like a Ross or a more sparse TJ Maxx...I like it a lot, and I hope they continue to stay in Wilmington!! Sometimes the shelves dont have a lot, but I hope in the future they continue to grow and stay in business!! Great brands and merchandise!

Was very excited to check this store out for the first time after it was recommended to me from someone at Walmart and was told they sometimes have a great clearance prices just have to really look. My son and I were there for well over an hour looking through it all. I finally found a mens large longsleeve on super markdown clearance and was so excited!!! After spending just shy of $100.00, I was excited and was telling the girl that checked us out about my awesome find. I get to the car, loaded everything up and was headed home, I had a weird feeling to check the bags. So I pulled over, checked my bags and sure enough, that awesome find I was so excited about was NOWHERE..... So I grabbed my receipt and NOPE, not on my receipt either.... Veryy STRANGE if you ask me. So I turned around And drove back to the store uploaded my little one yet again, go back and to the store to the desk and start telling a lady the situation, this sweet lady walked through the whole store with me as we checked everywhere.... she even checked with a couple other employees who thought it was very bazaar as well so then we all went back up to the register and I asked if I could please leave my name and number just in case it came up somewhere or somebody called and said it was put in their stuff by chance . The girl that had checked me out was the one who was writing my information down, she started to write the numbers to my phone number and then left out the last number... so it wasnt even a full phone number... So I said something like hey you forgot the last number... She acted irritated at me...for correcting her. I know Im probably one of the most honest people left in this world, but something just seemed very very off with this situation.... So to the person that recieves the shirt I was so excited to find, I hope you like it as much as the person I had intended it for! Needless to say, we didnt have a very good first impression here.... Unfortunately

I came in on a Friday at 8:45 looking for something for my daughter to wear home from surgery. And the only person I saw was very unhelpful, and wanted me out of the store. She told me the store closed at 9 and when I asked her why the sign says 9:30 for Friday s then. Well her reply was rude and said its 9.

First time ever going here and I just live this store!
