The installation of the parts on my truck was great, the staff were very friendly. The issue I had was I bought a bug deflector thru the GM website for my Silverado and picked it up at Bush Chevrolet and tried to install it myself with no luck. A day later I then purchased in-channel window deflectors as well and paid for the Bush Chevrolet to do the install for $34.50 when they called to let me know they were in I set up an install date, while I had the representative on the phone I told him about the hood deflector deboggle I had trying to install the hood deflector. I asked if I could bring it with me and at the same time install both the hood and window accessories, I was told I could. I then asked if there would be an extra charge for that I was told no and not to worry about it. So when the worked was completed on my truck someone came out and told me there was going to be an extra charge for the install of the hood deflector. I couldnt make sense that that, I explained that if I returned both parts and re-ordered them again thru the GM website again there would still be only be a one time install rate of $34.50 for both installs not two separate install charges. I went ahead and paid the 2nd install charge because the work was already completed but I felt taken advantage of.

The service that was performed by Andy was outstanding as always. However when I went to use the coupons that I had received in the mail it was declined. There was one coupon for $59 plus for the oil change and tire rotation and one for $10 and the one for 59+ was declined no reason was given as I could not find the service manager as she was in a Meeting.

Third vehicle I’ve bought from the dealership. Love the honesty. Spoke with Nolan and Ron, both have excellent people skills. Knowledge of the products. When I told them where I needed to be to purchase new 2021 Equinox. They made it happen. Also want to mention Tom who in my opinion is above the rest with the handling of the financial part. The team together excellent and professional. The way it should be done!

I’ve never met a place that didn’t want to take my money for tires and an oil change so bad!! Scheduled 4 brand new tires and an oil change a week before I was scheduled to go in for service...drop the car off and return two hours later and NOTHING had been done to my vehicle!! I speak with the Service Department and they tell me “oh we just got really backed up in the shop today”....turns out they never ordered the tires...they had a complete week! Apparently since they didn’t have the tires my oil change wasn’t important enough for them to deal with and I was shoved to the side. No call to tell me they messed up...no call to reschedule...just have a nice day....WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR RETURN THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!!!...good luck to future customers.

Be cautious of scheduling via the website. There was another patron scheduled with a similar name who wished to reschedule and my appointment was cancelled. My appointment was honored but I was pushed back over an hour and was almost late for other obligations.

Due to the expense of having my 2012 Equinox with 171,200 + miles and the cost to fixed it, I ended up looking at a new one. Dealling with Luke as my salesman & Tom with financing the over all experience was very easy (I make it harder for myself than it needs to be). Luke has been been very patient in showing me all the new features of my new 2021 Equinox. I miss my old car but I do LOVE the new one.

I had been looking for a vehicle for a couple weeks but had been disappointed in selections at other places along with a very bad experience at another dealer. Took in oil change and tire rotation.They mess up lug nuts trying to get off.They were the ones who rotated last time. So now have to buy lug nuts for my car that will cost me $200. And they only rotated one side.So calling today to see if they want to finish the job. A $50 oil change just cost me $250

Worst Chevy service. Dont recommend. I was going on vacation so I had to take my truck here for service and scheduled it. They changed the oil and was supposed to do the fuel filter. After they did the oil they asked my wife and kids wait till after lunch to do the fuel filter for a appointment that was for 10 am. Finally they said if she wanted to take it somewhere else and do the fuel filter she could. She went to a different dealership and done the fuel filter the came out and said no wonder why the messed up the fuel filter housing I am going to need a new one. Now I am on vacation 2 states away and my truck is leaking fluids (oil) the oil filter is caked in oil. The plug has oil all around it truck underbody is caked it oil.

Dishonest. Husband and I took a day off work and drove 3 hours one way to test drive a 2017 GMC Terrain with 66k miles I was advised went through an “extensive inspection” and had “no issues“. Luke in sales points out the “capless” gas tank when we get there (which we found later was NOT capless) and sends us on the road. Remote start didn’t function, during test drive check engine light came on along with traction control light, and a “Service Stabilitrack” light...car was vibrating like a sketchy carnival ride. We left. Colossal waste of time...save yourself the headache and take your money somewhere else.

The lady was nice in the service area, but the issue has been half way fixed. The ac now works and is ice cold, but it now does not blow at all in the back of my car. When I dropped it off the ac did not work, but the air worked throughout the car. I expect that my current issue will be fixed since I am sure it was just a missed connection when they were rehooking things.. I live an hour and a half away so it is a 3 hour drive every time I visit the dealership so very inconvenient.. I hope to be able to improve my rating as soon as the issue has been resolved.

I was in Wilmington for a dog.show for Easter weekend. The wheel on my Chevy Express van started making alot of noise. Of course, it was Easter and no mechanics open and had to wait until Monday morning. Needless to.say, I had.to get home ASAP. The people at Bush Chevrolet were so nice and accommodating. We had to wait 3wks to get our vehicle back due to a backordered part and when we finally received the vehicle back the instrument cluster that was replaced in our vehicle was replaced with a cluster that is in Kilometers instead of Standard American MPH and our Service Airbag indicator light is still on even though this airbag was replaced. Im not satisfied with this experience, especially since I paid $2500 to has this work done.

Good experience with a couple of exceptions. In the beginning of the purchase discussions, there was some confusion on the numbers...total discounts and monthly payments.Wish there had been better accommodations for this truck delivery to Memphis, TN. Seems reasonable that when purchasing a 70k truck, having it delivered within a reasonable time frame at a low cost, would have been standard.In the end, it all worked out and I am very pleased with my 2021 GMC 2500 HD AT4!Thank you,Sean

I would normally give 5 stars because I’ve always been treated so kindly by everyone there, but this experience was not on par with the rest of them. My entire family has bought cars from Bush Auto and we’ve always had such great, trustworthy service, but I took my car in for an oil change that normally takes around 40 minutes, and it took 2 hours. After they brought my car out, they said they’re was a bit of oil spilled because it was overfilled so my car smelled like oil all day. Everyone was extremely pleasant as usual, but the service wasn’t as impressive as I usually encounter and it was disappointing.

My husband and I came here to look at a used car that we were interested in purchasing, and we came later on the day (probably around 4:15, they closed at 5). The salesperson was more than willing to accommodate us even though it was later in the day. She wasn’t pushy, and she was super friendly...she even gave us some bottled water. We ended up purchasing the car for a cash/wholesale price and they were very accommodating in making a deal with us. Smooth transaction as far as payment, paperwork, etc. Everyone was very nice and friendly. We would drive all the way from Dayton to buy a car from here again!

Went to the dealership at 2:30pm (a scheduled appointment) on 7/3 and didnt get it back until 4:30pm on 7/4. Main complaint was of my Stabilitrak saying that it needed check, traction control wasnt turning on, it was shifting hard, and it didnt want to go over 50 mph. I wasnt notified that it was going to stay overnight.I called the next day and they had only just got to it at 9am. My wife called again at around 4pm and got juggled around. We went there in person at around 4:30 and as I began to walk up to the building they called to notify me that my car was done.As it turns out my transmission was a quart and a half low and they had done an oil change, which I had requested. I had to remind them that I still had a coupon for a free oil change with my warranty.To be honest, I dont think it takes 26 hours to do an oil change and top off some transmission fluid. It would have also been nice to be called and told my car had to stay overnight. There needs to be better time management and more communication between service department and customer.

I had gotten stuck in a big snow drift. A friend came over and got me out and, I headed to Dayton to work. When I got on the bypass and speeded up my car started shaking. I got off the bypass and went to my dealer Bush Auto. I was in tears by then and they were busy. They never hesitated but took it right in. When they came in to talk to me they said it had ice and snow packed around the axels. They cleaned it out and took it up on the bypass to be sure it was ok. As usual they went beyond the call of duty. Would not go anywhere else.

Buying a new or used car is never an easy process. The sales people can be overbearing and sometimes dishonest about the car youre interested in buying. At most dealerships the experience can be like playing a chess match where you constantly feel like you are at a disadvantage.This was not the case when I recently bought my car at Bush Auto Place.I found the car I wanted online. From start to finish I was treated with respect and professionalism. Amber was my initial contact and she provided me with a lot of great information, answered my questions. Amber put me in touch with my sales person Richard. When I arrived after nearly 3 hours of driving just to see the car, Richard was both helpful and sincere. He got my a great offer on my trade-in and gave me a fair offer on the car I wanted to buy. At no time was Richard pushy. He was pleasant to talk with and advocated for me during the negotiations.Finally, I met with Luke. He finalized the details of the sale and helped with the contracts and financing. He was professional and clearly explained all my options and what I was signing. Usually, this is where the dealership tries to add on additional, unnecessary warranty options, but Luke didnt put on the pressure that I have experienced in the past. I was in and out of his office quick, keys in hand and I was on the road enjoying my new car.I sincerely appreciate the entire team at this dealership. It is obvious there are people there that care about how their customers are treated and take a hands on approach to training their staff well. I would give them 0 stars if it was an option. The sales associate was fantastic however the sales manager or your finance manager was down right rude and very aggressive.  Whoever the sales associate has to talk to about making a deal, That guy.  All we were trying to do is make a deal on a 2021 Chevy High Country. A $70,000 vehicle. And we were also considering buying a 2008 Toyota FJ as a second car. We were in the waiting area and as my better half was getting the VIN off the Chevy. I asked the sales associate about the price on the FJ. He stated the price is according to the issues that it currently has. One issue was the parking brake did not work. He was told that there is no law in Ohio to have a parking brake. Well he was wrong. I have copied and pasted below the law. The after we got the VIN we put it in the google and check what would be a good barganing number on the truck. The sales associate told us to give him a number. So we did and then all of a sudden the Manager comes out of his office, very aggressively, slams down the paper that the sells associate took him and very aggressively and loud states This is my offer then turns around and stomps away.First off, there is no need to get upset about the customer trying to get a FAIR and REASONABLE price.  The dealership has a price to make money and the customer has a (Vauto) market price resourse to make a reasonable and fair offer.And telling me that there is no law that requires a parking brake was way out of line.  I was there to purchase two different vehicles and this is the type of treatment I receive.  That is sad.Ohio law is as follows:4513.20 Brake equipment for vehicles.Since we are talking about a vehicle only I have taken out the other sections.  (7) Every vehicle and combination of vehicles, except motorcycles and motorized bicycles, and except trailers and semitrailers of a gross weight of less than two thousand pounds, and pole trailers, shall be equipped with parking brakes adequate to hold the vehicle on any grade on which it is operated, under all conditions of loading, on a surface free from snow, ice, or loose material. The parking brakes shall be capable of being applied in conformance with the foregoing requirements by the drivers muscular effort or by spring action or by equivalent means. Their operation may be assisted by the service brakes or other source of power provided that failure of the service brake actuation system or other power assisting mechanism will not prevent the parking brakes from being applied in conformance with the foregoing requirements. The parking brakes shall be so designed that when once applied they shall remain applied with the required effectiveness despite exhaustion of any source of energy or leakage of any kind.So telling me that one of the vehicles I was looking at does need a parking brake is completely incorrect.

Hi I recently returned home to Ohio from Memphis TN. I was having trouble with my 2005 GMC Canyon 4*4. It was suggested by a smaller autorepair service that I bring my truck to Bush. I was leery of a large service dealer because of their high prices. I was pleasantly surprised to find the Bush family service employees are kind, helpful,and very informative about my trucks problems. Before the repairs were completed I was called explained what the problem was and the cost of repairs. I will recommend them to others and consider this dealership for any vehicle purchases in the future. But as of now. I love my truck. Thank you for you kindness. God BLESS

This dealership is the worst chevrolet dealer around i have spent thousands of dollars and got treated poorly and I didnt take my truck to this delaer on the 11-11-20 my truck broke down and it was in the shop for transmission work and they went in my glove box with out my permission and I called and ask why nobody has returned my call I would never do business with thus dealership and would not suggest thus dealer to anyone I have had three truck s and gm would not replace the vehicle I have spent over 150.000 and i bought these truck from the loss of my leg and no one from gm seems care less about there customers and family who spent 39 years of his life working there and offered my dad 7 grand for his death I dont recommend gm to anyone

I have been working with several other dealerships for over a month for a SUV to fit my needs and was still no car as of 8/26. On 8/26 I made one phone call one appointment with Nolan. I went to the dealership of Bush Auto at six pm and left with a new SUV at nine pm. Im still in disbelief that the team there was able to meet my needs in such little time, but I have keys in hand and in my new SUV today. I couldnt reach anyone regarding the mileage qualifications to keep my power train warranty, when i finally got an answer, after asking multiple people, i got all different answers, i got 2020 gmc in for a oil change quickly but was told there were no loaner vehicles for me to get back to work but they had a shuttle. obviously the ride back to work was fine. However, i requested that i be picked up and brought back to my vehicle by 4:30pm. i dropped by car off at 9:30am roughly. after calling multiple times to remind them i needed picked up by a certain time, i was reassured it would work just fine. an hour prior to the time i needed to be picked up by i called and the lady told me the guy was leaving now to come and get me. i am 15 miles away from Bush Auto in Wilmington Ohio. Over an hour goes by and i still didnt see or hear from the guy so i called back and the lady once again told me he should be there to get me any minute. 20 minutes go by and the guy that was supposed to be picking me up called and told me he was lost but couldnt tell me where he was, he said all he seen was a bunch of houses i tried to help him but he didnt know what town he was in or anything so i told him to google where i was and then call me back, he called back and told me that he took a wrong turn and that he was an hour and 20 minutes away from me. i was not happy considering this was my first oil change after buying my brand new vehicle from bush auto. They sent another guy out to pick me up and i was picked up an 2 hours late!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i am not happy at all with this service, and i have no problem telling everyone i know about the horrible first experience ive had. i would actually like to transfer my vehicle to another chevy dealership if that is possible. My wife bought a new car there last June. Today she calls to talk to service because the check engine light came on, they transfer her to service and stays on hold for a while then its like someone just hangs up the phone. She did this twice. So I call after work and the lady says that the service department is on the phone with someone else, no big deal she says they will call me back. Never heard back. Its like once they sell you the car they dont want to back it up. Do not buy here if you want good service

I had a very poor experience when my wife and I saw a car listed on Facebook and we went to see it. We spent 4.5 hours at the dealership because of poor communication between the sales person and management. We waited probably 90 minutes (conservative estimate) for the finance guy. We only found out that the deal we had with sales had gotten intercommunicated somehow with management when it came time to sign paperwork. Beware of tricky sales pitches and poor sales performance from associates at Bush. We purchased several cars there in the past and you can bet well be telling many friends and family about this terrible experience. Never again will we buy from Bush (and we were trying to buy local to help out during the covid-19 stuff). You lost my business for good Bush. Shame on you.

We bought a truck in February, in March we realized the ac didnt work, it had clearly never worked since we bought it, however when we discussed it with them they told us they wouldnt pay for the repairs even though the service department admitted they should have caught that initially. We finally talked them into going halfsies. If you get a vehicle here, make sure you do a complete inspection and dont miss anything. They do not work with you once the papers are signed.

I have always heard the tales of horror when shopping for cars. The tricks, the scams, the time, and the pageantry display of things you cant afford. Because of the stories I decided to do a month of solid research on what I wanted and what to avoid. On a Saturday I scheduled a meeting with three dealerships and let them give me their pitch on the two cars I had in mind. Bush was the first dealership i went to. Surprisingly It was very laid back and casual, it really had that home town feel. True or not, it really felt like the dealership was there for you, not for your money. As i walked out, the dealer that was helping me ( Nolan ) said something that stuck with me all day. Nolan said I understand that you want to shop around at other dealers to find what you want. If you find a car you like at another dealer give me a call....maybe i can get you the same car and your business . I spent the rest of the day at other dealerships. Every dealership i went to had the car I wanted but the dealers were awful ! I quickly realized at the end of the day that the stories were all true. Feeling defeated I sent Nolan at bush an email .... I told him what I wanted and how much i wanted to pay for it. He made it happen, it was painless. Bush auto really is an asset to the community. I love my car, I love the low payment, but most of all I love knowing that I made the right choice when i gave my business to Bush Auto Place.

Our experience with BUSH AUTO was a wonderful one for myself, and my son who was purchasing his first car. Each person that we dealt with (internet team, sales team, finance team) all were very helpful and insightful. I truly felt that they did their best to work with us in getting the best (and fair) deal for the us and them. My only suggestion or comment is concerning the lifetime powertrain warranty that is listed on many pages of the site. This warranty does not apply to all the used vehicles...so please be aware of this. I dont know if it is possible to remove this from the vehicles that the warranty does not apply to, but if so, that would be nice to avoid any confusion.Other than that - we had a great experience at BUSH AUTO and will definitely consider them in the future when looking at used vehicles.

I visited the Dealership for Factory Recall service on my used Denali. The efficient, friendly service was outstanding. While I waited, I talked Charlie Perrin, Sales Department, and was very impressed with his knowledge and interest in my needs. Dealerships are always tough places to go when you have issues, because normally The repairs are costly but at Bush auto Place the prices were very reasonable especially for the amount of work that they had to do, the people there are very friendly and the waiting room even has plenty of amenities whether it be computers with Wi-Fi television popcorn coffee juice snack bar it’s all there and it’s all free so it was a great place to sit for a minute until my truck was done

Very disappointed in their misleading advertising. The guy helping said he doesnt know the pricing yet was able to go get me printed disclosures on why the price was going to be $2500-3250 higher than advertised. These disclosures were not listed on their mobile site. Other Chevy dealers clearly list the rebates available so you arent lured in with false expectations. Starting out with that lack of trust will make me steer clear. I was prepared to buy today.

I purchased a used car two months ago from Bush Auto. The car was listed on Auto Trader and Zach at the dealership was extremely helpful in answering all questions I had about the car. I went to the dealership to purchase the car and even though it was a 2003, it was in pristine condition. I could immediately tell that the dealership had done a thorough job detailing the car.After purchasing the car; however, I noticed it had some transmission problems (trouble going from park to reverse), but it was by no means undriveable or major. I took the car to a mechanic and had the issue fixed. I contacted Bush and notified them that I had to have to car serviced a week after purchase. Technically, I knew what I was getting into purchasing a used car and the dealership was not required to give me any financial compensation. Pete, the manager, was more than apologetic about the hassle and sent me a check covering the full expense of the service I had to have done. Bush has contacted me multiple times to make sure Im happy with my car, even a month and a half after purchasing it. They definitely take the mentality, were not happy, if youre not happy. My car runs beautifully and everyone asks if its brand new. I couldnt be happier with my purchase and the service I received from Bush Auto.

Bought 2 new cars one in 2016 the other in 2017. Everything was fine until I needed service work done. Thats when I found out that after they get your money they could care less if youre happy. Had both cars in for unsatisfactory service to say the least. Ive bought 11 new cars from 1995 to 2017 nine of which were General Motors. If they dont care if Im happy they definitely wont care about a one time buyer. Ive owned my last General Motors vehicle

A couple of months ago get a car from them after totaling my other car, and they had to do the “inspection” on the car before we got to take it home and a couple of months after that we started having problems with the shocks and the tires rubbing the wheel well. Called to see if they would fix everything and re look at it but they said that I would have to pay to have them look at it and pay for anything that they had to fix because the “inspection” said everything was good to go. Never getting a car from them again. And not recommending anybody to shop there.

I had previously had a bad review for this place but I wanted to correct it. I was taking a negative viewpoint due to a comedy of errors regarding a vehicle I was looking at and the tenacity of their sales folks. Personally I was crass to them when the situation was innocent and I have since apologized.I was able to view the truck I was interested in and their salesman Luke was very helpful and welcoming, answering my questions from personal experience (had owned one before) and while he did put some effort into sealing a deal while I was present (it’s sales, it should be expected) he was not pushy and respected my schedule to try another vehicle that day. I did not end up purchasing the vehicle, but it was only because of my own preference. The vehicle was as represented and a good price. I recommend looking into Bush Auto Place and asking for Luke, you will not be disappointed.
