We absolutely love this store and go often. They have fantastic items and awesome prices. They always have new items. Its just a great store and friendly staff.

I love the store but the customer service sucked. They stood around and talked. They pick and choose who they decide to help. They walked past us to help someone else.

Omg I’m so happy to FINALLY have a Five Below in Wilmington! I’m from Ohio and been here 3 years and FB was one of stores i always missed the most so I’m a happy person! Store is extremely clean, organized and has a neat layout. Especially love the self check out! Five below always has the best stuff

Great spring and summer products at great prices. The employee that helped me at the front was fabulous. She was Super Happy and helpful.

I am absolutely OBSESSED with Five Below!!! I could spend all day and night in there looking around and shopping. My fav thing is probably all the books they have!! I am a bookworm and they have a ton of books that I was going to buy on Amazon but for half the price!

A great selection of inventory to choose from. Staff was helpful and helped me check out plus store was clean and organized.

Need better staffing. But the tall African American lady at the door was great.

I love this store. It was my first visit to this location and is way bigger than some of the other 5 belows I have been to. I was very impressed with the size, how clean and organized it was along with the items they have. Will be returning.

I usually love this place. Good atmosphere and pricing except they help scalpers. I went in to see a whole bunch of squishmellow behind the counter (axolotls,hermit crabs, etc)I asked if they are for purchase just to be told they are saving them for someone who works there husband to come get them. Dont get me wrong i get workers wanting to hide stuff to purchade later. It happens at every job but it wad a bunch of the same kind. If it was one of each i would understand but it was 3 of the same kind and felt it was unfair to customers.

Not impressed with the selection or customer service. Went in just to pick up a few little treats for the grandkids & some of the Barbie type dolls they had for $5 Ive bought ar the $ tree for $1. If you need candy they have a large selection but as far as other stuff Id save a few bucks & just go to the $ tree. It is completely self checkout which could be tough for older individuals & craziness when its busy. I saw no one wiping registers down between customers so no sanitation standards at all.

Selectively rude employees. Great selection with okay prices. The t shirts are cool with good pricing. Due to the bad social experience with employees directly ignoring me while still doing product control while I checked out was rude. If you literally step beside someone and watch them check out you can say hi or bye. Looking another direction and talking to your group of employee friends is so rude and a choice of rude behavior. They seem to be very nice to some people but rude to others selectively. I felt like I was in highschool again. Obviously not cool enough to shop there by their standards?

Love this place! So happy one finally opened in Wilmington. We got canvases, rugs, socks, books and more. Definitely going back soon

One of my favorite stores for quick stocking stuffers and or certain collections. Love the t-shirt selection! If people are so worried about proper mask wearing and social distant, you should really consider staying home and keep safe ;).

Nice size store. Wouldn’t recommend going when busy (not enough room to walk) and employees tend to be overwhelmed and rude.They ask for a rating at checkout, I gave my first bad one when I was given a bad attitude from an employee. The next time she helped me check out, she did the review part herself... just sad.Will just walk right out when I see her from now on.

Went today. Less than 1/3 to 1/2 customers and staff wearing masks properly - under nose or not at all was a popular look. No way to socially distance as they were letting in too many people - way over safe capacity.

Never going back. They dont have much. Most of it is over priced. The aggressively confronted me about having a mask. I said I had a medical exemption and they scoffed at me.Then 2 employees stood around taking while they pointed at machines for ME to check myself out.Save a trip. Nothing here you cant get anywhere for the same price online.

Staff does not control the amount of people allowed into the store which in turn does not allow for safe social distancing. Both bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and toilets were covered in diarrhea. We were excited to have a Five Below in our area, but sadly will not return unless some changes are made.
