A lot smaller than the one I usually frequent, but they had a decent selection. I was able to find one wine that I was specifically looking and another that I wasnt looking for, but caught my attention. The staff was attentive, friendly and very helpful. The next time Im in the area, I would definitely stop in again.

Large selection and very knowledgeable staff. There is a substantial selection of small add on items as well. It is not the largest location but its bigger than most liquor stores in the area.

There is an enormous selection in this store. The few times I have gone into this place, theres someone who asks if there is anything in particular Im looking for and they have great suggestions. They have a tasting section (!!) and the staff is very knowledgeable. Michelle will give you a total enthusiastic rundown of wines. You should know that there is a legit training for employees so they can actually know what theyre talking about. The cigar selection is nice too.

Better location for us as our old store in Claymont means going up 95 in Wilmington which is complete disaster with never finish construction going on. What a cluster _ uck.

Huge selection of wines, craft beers, and spirits. They are usually sampling wines, too. I love the staff picks and customer service.

Really like the convenience of the pickup option. Shopping within their mobile App is easy. Each time Ive ordered, no mistakes or omissions of items. Pickup service was quick. Waited no more than 3 to 4 minutes for attendant to place items in my vehicle.

I’m giving 3 stars because they have a huge selection and generally associates are helpful if I have questions. However, on more than one occasion, an older male employee has walked by me and joked, “well don’t start day drinking now.” I wonder if he says this to all of the men shopping in the store or just the women? I found this incredibly sexist and rude.

Went for a wedding consultation. Eric Henkels was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and helped us pick out everything we needed for our big day! On top of that, Total Wine has a great policy you can return unopened bottles, so if you have excess after a wedding you dont have to keep everything.

Great place to stop on your way anywhere just be careful in the parking lot its a circus!

Wow, so much better than the Claymont store! Plenty of parking, no crazy Philly junkies, helpful employees, and the same large selection in a condensed size store. It’s worth the drive to this location to avoid the crazies.

Small store with a decent selection and good prices

Extremely Knowledgeable and POLITE Staff!! I was helped by a couple of young men who were able to help me find a particular Liquor AND had it ready for pick-up when I got there!! This is a Popular Shop and I can see why!! HUGE Selection of WINES, Speciality BEERS, LIQUORS etc..etc...and FIRST RATE Customer Service!! The Lady who rang up my purchases helped me sign up for E-mail Specials!! I definitely will return here!!

Decent place. Im always struggling to find mead around here and they have the biggest selection, though thats still only a few options. The staff is always knowledgeable and the prices are decent. I really like how they run this store. Theyd get an extra star if they had a real mead selection, but dont listen to me, Im biased.

Lets talk selection. You want it, they probably have it. Creme de Violet? Yep, they have in stock. How about Aviation gin to make that aviation cocktail with? Staff is plentiful, knowledgable, an helpful. Want to know which tonic water has quinine? Just ask. In this where layabouts want top dollar to be rude, the folks go out of the distance to be professional.

Staff are friendly and good place to stop by for Liquor...I felt they are little expensive compared to different places

Much smaller than I was expecting, compared to other Total Wines that I have visited, but that didnt affect the amazing customer service and knowledge the staff had. Received some excellent recommendations that were definitely spot on.

Usually a very nice place to shop with very helpful and courteous staff. Today I was very disappointed with a female staff member who was very rude and NOT at all helpful. When I asked her for something she said, I dont know, and walked away, only to see her again talking with another staff member with cell phone in hand. Not at all helpful. I can only imagine that she is temporary, but Total Wine & More should screen their new hires more carefully. I will also include that the manager I spoke with was very concerned and apologetic.

Product selection is what you expect, but its the staffs product knowledge that makes Total Wine a pleasure to patronize.

They have this drive up pick up aced. In addition to great selection and prices, it is genius the way they have drive up pickup worked out. A top ten company for sure. Drive up to a spot, text them your name and spot #, bingo, your trunk is filled. It would be a great model for Covid testing.

This is, without a doubt, one of the best of the large, full service liquor stores in the area. Great prices with friendly and knowledgeable staff make for a great place to shop. The only downside I see is that they need a bigger store and psrking lot to handle the shopping traffic. They are presently part of a small strip mall thats always crowded.To have a separate store and parking lot would psy for itself in no time......EC

Wow. What a selection!! Almost overwhelming with so many aisles and so many bottles. Super attentive and knowledgeable staff members in the aisles ready to assist and answer questions. Clean, wide aisles with easy-to-see/reach displays. Prices are comparable. Big parking lot with easy in/out. Highly recommend.

Perfect place for seeking out favorite drinks, new beverages, and mixers! The staff are always courteous and helpful. The staff are informed and are always down for quick opinion exchanges, inquiries, and even a few recipes. If one employee doesnt have an answer, another will. My experience has always been that the employee will stay with me until my search is fruitful. They also have a rewards program that is helpful in trying new and promoted beverages.

Total Wine always has the best selection compared to its competitors in the area. You can even find rare collectable bottles!
